Lauren Riggs: I was referred to Vandy 6 years ago and he has kept my rates competitive. He can switch companies to get a better rate but he is still my agent. Nice to deal with one person even if you switch companies. He is also very knowledgeable on the industry and why can effect your rate for home or car.
Tushar Bajaj: I had a very poor customer service experience in speaking with Vandy today when I requested a quote. First of all he asked me what was my lowest quote from other providers. Upon receiving that information, we decided to touch base later in the day. Few hours later, he provided me with a low ball quote and upon further inquiring on the limits of liability, dwelling coverages etc, he sounded irritated that a customer was actually trying to get facts of the quotes from him since he never provided a written quote. I learnt that the dwelling coverage he provided was 20% lower than all the other providers quoted in the area. He went on to explain that all other providers were quoting me wrong prices. I asked if he would increase the dwelling coverage in his quote system so I can compare apples to apples on his quote. He mentioned unless I sent him one of the other quotes, not to waste his time ! Really, here is a customer trying to give you business but wants you to provide an accurate quote and you treat them with least care? Speaks volumes of your character, service and value you would provide to customers. If you are looking for a quote, please find another agent in the area.

Bob Fennel: Went in for an overall insurance review and Kaley offered up a few suggestions that will save us a bunch of money. Very concerned with pleasing and doing what’s best for the customer. Recommended one additional ‘rider’ that will cover one of the most common claims a homeowner has but unless this rider is in place, coverage doesn’t exist. That extra cost, which is very small, is well worth it and another way Morgan and Kaley have the clients’ best interest in mind.

JP Conklin: After twenty years of working with Nobles Insurance, we moved our insurance to a competitor in December 2019 in order to save nearly $3,000 per year. We cancelled our policy with Nationwide and made our final payment per the online account invoice. Three months later, we received a collections notice for $400. We had never received an email or a mailed invoice indicating we still owed $400. When I emailed Susan Stevens to ask about the notice, she said she had attempted to call me but had never heard back. She and I have exchanged countless emails over the years yet she failed to email me and explain why I still owed $400, she just sent it to a collections agency.Find another insurance company to work with. After twenty years of working with this one, I wasn't even sent a simple email explaining the situation. Imagine how they will be with an actual claim.

ne zee: If I could give negative review, I would. Vic Fisher HAD been a customer focused and friendly office throughout my 30 years and 3 of their agents handling my coverage over all of these years. I HAD recommended them to others but this no longer is the case. Today is the first time I reached out to the agency since my former agent retired. I was just asking them to fix a typo on my name for the policy. BTW, my name has not changed since I had the policy. As other reviewers have stated, they now have an exceedingly rude and unprofessional receptionist who has prompted me to seek another agency for my business.
SL: My mom had a very bad experience, the lady who attended her was very arrogant, very bad customer service, luckily we found another agency.
