Steve Moore was born in Goldsboro, NC on July 9th 1960. Steve has always been a fan of the outdoors and in 1976 he earned the rank of Eagle Scout. In 1978 he graduated from Rosewood high school. After receiving his diploma Steve went on to attend Atlantic Christian College in the summer of 1978 earning a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and a minor in accounting. During his time in ACC he joined the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and received the Committee Chairman of the Year Award and the man of the year award the following year.


In 1996, Steve joined an insurance agency as an office manager. Since then he has become a well-recognized agent who has received numerous awards which include the Honor Ring, National Conference, Chairman Conference, and Southeast Region Star awards. The agency has grown to multiple locations in the cities of Cary, Goldsboro, Pinehurst and Boone.

As for me, I am a Native North Carolinian born and raised in Moore County. My husband and I have been married for 8 years, and we the opportunity to relocate to Colorado Springs, Colorado for 5.5 years. While living in Colorado I was able to grow in my personal and professional life. We knew early on that having a family of our own one day was a dream/goal of ours, and we had the wonderful and fortunate opportunity to experience to adopt our son in 2018. We also have two Pugs Bentley & Archie along with 2 cats Jasper & Casper. I enjoy working out, being outdoors, wine tasting, visiting/supporting local businesses in our community.

I joined the State Farm family in 2014 and always knew we would call Cary, North Carolina home.
