The lady at the front desk (Mandi) saw me entering and put her mask on immediately. I appreciate the respect. When I introduced myself she knew who I was and she already had the invoice ready printed out. She was polite attentive and professional. I paid and in couple minutes a guy with a forklift arrived. He loaded the boxes for me into my SUV. He was professional and polite. Excellent service! Definitely coming back when another stones are needed! Kevin Jones: My wife and I heard about Mogastone from a friend after they had a great experience while redoing their kitchen. To be honest, I've driven by their shop on Chapel Hill rd countless times but had never considered using them. But, after a ridiculous bid and limited selections from Home Depot, we visited Mogastone. We couldn't be more thrilled with the company's investment in their clients and their satisfaction. The moment we walked into the store, we were greeted warmly and were shown the countless offerings of Marble, Quartz and Granite slabs they had on site. While we picked the perfect granite, they didn't have enough for our kitchen counters. Rather than push that selection off to the side, they worked with us to find more slabs from a local wholesaler. Once our slabs were selected, we were involved in the layout to get the exact design we wanted -- even tweaking the design an hour before cutting the slabs! Finally, installation was flawless. Despite anticipated challenges around the size of the kitchen sink and our cabinets, the installation crew made some clean cuts to our cabinetry that were hidden and allowed everything to work. While the install took 5.5 hours on a Friday afternoon/evening, it wasn't because the crew was slow, rather the opposite. They worked tirelessly from the moment they arrived until the swept up the dust and polished the counters. If possible, I would give a much higher rating than the 5 stars Google offers. Give them a try, I'm confident you won't be disappointed!

J Lets: The only reason I would not recommend this place is because of the office manager. My husband and I went in on 9/13/22 to pick out a hearth for our new fireplace. We worked with a new sales person who was trying her best. She told us we had to take the stone hearth that was on top and they wouldn't even consider moving a piece aside so we could see if the next one down had less veins and orange coloring. The young lady said she would have to ask the office manager again if that was possible. When she did the office manager was rude and short and said they would have to take what was on top, end of subject. We were just going to leave when right in front of me she proceeded to correct the young lady telling her how many times do I have to tell you to tell them that they have to take the one on top. Whatever happened to making customers happy or working with your customers. We were going to pay several hundred dollars for this hearth and we weren't even going to get to select the one we wanted? We ended up driving to New Bern and selected a beautiful stone hearth from a wonderful place with very friendly owners! So glad we did not buy from here!

Commodity Management: Good selection. I bought a pallet of stones for hardscaping. These guys gave me good advice on how to construct a raised bed wall. After I finished with the pallet, I went back and grabbed another one. I think they were 1.5tons each at around $350 each. I’m very happy with how it turned out. Many compliments from the neighbors

Laura Spader: Please beware. We were convinced to order extra boxes of a stacked limestone we were going to use for a fireplace. It was a show room item, nothing exotic. The project was completed and three full unopened boxes out of the twelve ordered were left over. We asked if we could drive by to return them, but were told they do not take returns. Of course we're now regretting we took the advice to add extras to the order. Going to be looking for a different supplier for the next project, and also pass this along to our tiling specialists.

What she replied with was not the exact product I was referring to, and as I attempted to explain what I was looking for, and needed for my project her response tone and words were extremely rude and condescending.When she finally was able to distinguish between the product I was asking for, and the one she kept pushing, she told me she would get a shipping quote since it was stocked in their Georgia facilities…never heard back.I was able to contact the Georgia facility on my own and received an answer within 10 minutes. (They were extremely friendly and helpful, as well as the Greensboro, NC location).I would highly suggest some product and customer service training.
