Joelle Cirimele: I had my initial appointment at the beginning of December and was prescribed 2 new medications. A 6 month follow-up was to be my next appointment (which I find odd a sooner appointment was not offered given the start of 2 new prescriptions). After a couple weeks of starting the prescriptions I had some concerns and left a voice-mail asking for a return call. After 24 -48 hours, without any return call, I left an additional voice-mail. Again, noone called.That weekend with concerns growing, I called their emergency afterhours line and spoke with the on call person who worked for UNC but not specifically for the practice. The following week I left a third voice-mail asking to discuss the new medications. 2 date, I have never received a call back. To date I have been in the ER and had migraines everyday for 2 weeks consecutively. The failure to return a phone call, let alone 3 calls from any office is completely unprofessional but for a medical office it's damn near mal-practice.

Joe W: Dr Cook cares about his patients and does his best at helping his patients. He dosen't rush through an appointment so if he's running behind it's for a good reason. I wish there were more doctors like him. He understands the problem and treats you well and I recommend him this wonderful doctor.

Aredrik Snow: Dr. Cook is an amazing doctor, the best doctor I’ve ever seen. I’ve been seeing him for 14 years. He is highly compassionate and cares about his patients, listens, and spends extra time making sure that every concern is addressed. His staff is also incredible. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Cook, but unfortunately I’ve never met any that even come close to equaling him. It will be a sad day when he retires.

Cammy Knightlinger: I have been seeing Dr. Cook for 9 years now. I was almost bedridden at 30 yoa until he was brought into my life. I have some medical issues and he seen fit to help me. I gradually started getting better over time. I am currently now working full time as a Teachers Assistant as of July. Before that, I was just part time for the last 4 years subbing in the classroom. There has never been an issue with him. He listens to me and my concerns. He even asks me about my family life and how my husband and children are. He is an amazing Doctor who knows his stuff. I will be so lost without him when and if he retires. I also can't say enough about Ms Sandra and Ms. Tracy. They too, go above and beyond to help me in anything I need. They are always very courteous to me. If I needed something they all found a way to help. Even with samples that helped greatly as I didn't have insurance. One day a really storm came up and they knew I had an hours drive back home. They called to make sure I got home ok. I give Dr. Cook and his staff 5 stars. Well deserved. I wish he could be my neurologist forever. 💜

Kim Deane: I have seen Dr Cooke since 2008, He is very knowledgeable about what he talks about and if he not sure he will make sure that that he finds out he will do every thing in his power to help you. i will never see any other Dr do to the fact that he knows his stuff. Oh the front desk desk Sandra and Tracy are great to have the same staff is great it means he must be doing something great.

Michael Grady Sr.: Dr. Cook has been great. He will take all the time you need and will actually LISTEN. Did you hear that? He Listens. You are not rushed at all unless you are there too long then Sandra will pop in and remind him to finish up lol. But if it takes a hour to tell him what is going on with you then that is what he will do. I saw another review saying they didn’t return phone calls. I have NEVER left a message that the call was not returned by the next day if not the same day. So overall Dr. Cook is a rock star to myself and my family. He has improved my quality of life which in turn improves theirs as well. Thank You Dr. Cook and Staff for everything you do for me.

Marci Gibson: Have been a patient of Dr. Cook for years and he is the best doctor I have ever seen. He genuinely cares about his patients and what they are going through. He never rushes you in and out. His staff is awsome also! There is absolutely nothing bad I could say about them.

Frank Enstein: They NEVER return your calls to schedule an appointment. They do not take any insurance. Unsure as to why anyone would want to see this so-called doctor. Not sure that he even exists.

Joyce C: Wasn't impressed. Dr. Cook should work on her bedside manner. When she introduced herself she avoided shaking my hand. My appointment was at 1:30 and I wasn't seen until 3. This place is grossly outdated. At the end of my appointment, I was told I had to pay $130. Shouldn't that be something you tell a person upfront? Also, I needed a doctor's note for work and the receptionist stated that that would have to come from Dr. Cook and offered to make a copy of a statement that had personal information on it to give to my employer instead. Don't go here!

KAITLYN: Great sleep doctor! Really listens and wants the best for her patience.

Peyton: I scheduled an appointment for a few months out ( first available which is not a problem) but then when I asked the receptionist Erin further questions she became very rude and refused to answer them. I asked to speak to the supervisor 4 times and she refused and eventually hung up on me. I am still shocked how unprofessional this office is. This was my first and only contact with this office and I immediately canceled my appointment. I can only imagine how the rest of the office is if they allow their receptionist to act this way with a new patient.

Months later after going nowhere with my former doctor, I visited with the most thorough and thoughtful physician, Dr. Yvette Cook. I look forward to working together with her going forward.

Lee Irvin: I haven't had a doctor take the time to sit down and talk to me like this in years. No blood pressure machine, she used a real Sphygmomanometer. Did I mention she? There's no nurse to take vitals, she does it all herself, so she knows the whole picture when you visit her.More doctors would benefit greatly by being more like her.

David Krajewski: We just received the bill from my wife's sleep study and stamped on the statement, it said BILLS PAST 60 DAYS GO TO THE CREDIT BUREAU FOR COLLECTIONS. I find this to be very offensive.

Perqúita & John Peña: FINALLY a doctor that cares for his patient and LISTENS!!! I have been seeing Dr. Li for about a month and have been absolutely pleased with the care he has given me. Prior to meeting Dr. Li I was hospitalized and admitted into two top hospitals in the area. I was suffering in excruciating pain in which NOT one single doctor was able to give me any relief nor listens to me. I literally found Dr. Li in a random google search. There are not enough words to thank Dr. Li and his amazing staff for not only helping to relieve my pain but also LISTENING to me.

She tried different treatments / medication, but nothing was helping with the pain.During our 1st consultation with Dr. Li, we knew we were in the right place. Dr. Li during all her visit, spend time to listen to her concern and answered all the questions. If he didn't know something he would research and get back to us.The best she liked was how much time he is willing to spend with each patient and ensure they are getting the quality of attention that is deserve. It was never a rush session. All treatment plan and options were discussed along with pros / cons of each so that patient can make an educated decision.Overall, we would recommend Dr. Li who wants to get the right treatment the 1st time or for those who have had seen other similar expert and not getting results.
