Cary Oil Co Inc: what do users think?
rocking gamer: Company's management isn't good at all.
W. Hix (GratefullyAmused): The management was very helpful and concerned.
Dionne W: I had an unpleasant and expensive mishap at a gas station supplied by Cary Oil. One of their execs called me and I was made whole. I appreciated how professional and friendly they were about a situation that really sucked. It wasn't Cary that caused the problem - it was the gas station - but they handled it well.
Matthew DeReimer: Zero accountability and plays the run around game. I filled up at a Chevron gas station and the auto shut-off didn't work, spilling gas down the side of my truck. I looked for help from the clerk, just some money back to get it washed, or even a cup of water to wash down the side... but no assistance. Only handed me my reciept and said to "call them." I went out to my vehicle while on the premises and called Chevron and made a case. After three weeks I called back to get an update and was told that per Cary Oil, I had left the pump "unattended" so I would need to contact them for further assistance. The pump was not left unattended, I was in my driver's seat with the door open and my filler cap is on my driver's side. As soon as I heard the gas spilling out I stopped it. So I am not really sure what additional due diligence anyone could have done.I called Cary Oil since I was referred to them. Their stance was that the owner of this station is changing suppliers so they couldn't do anything. Through further questioning of whether or not they were the supplier when this happened three weeks ago, Cary Oil's stance was that they couldn't do anything if if they were the current supplier.Cary Oil was the supplier when this occurred because they stated they spoke with Chevron the day after the incident. But regardless, they are passing the buck back to the station itself...where I was told to "call them" in the first place with no phone number provided. What a racket, keep pointing fingers until the consumer gives up. Well I'm not. A little help on the front-end would have made a big difference. The only lesson I've learned in this is not to stray from filling up at my go-to competitor who has very clean stores, guarantees their gas, and multiple red-shirt wearing clerks at any given time. These independent places are awful, and the culture from the top shows.
Kierstyn Myers: The receptionist is always super friendly and helpful in directing me where I need to go. Friendly staff, wonderful people, always nice when I go by.
Angela Dixon: A great place to work.
BOB BA: If you are a starter like me stay away, this company want to sell their gas in your place, at the price they want, without doing any thing in your store, if you get late for any reason out of your hand like VeriFone system is down or your transactions was not passed to them due to technical issues , their payment is $10700, I have &10000 as deposit money with them, for that 700 USD, they shut me down from getting any gas so far, I have no other choice but to loose, because I can not get my branded shell gas in my area except from them, they don't care shutting you down, who care if you stay in business or not, go figure, Placed an order for shell uniform through them, first time it took 2 month, second time it been more than 2 month and never received it, if the shell secret shoppers found your employee with no uniform they well down your score which may ending in penalties, you call to place an order for gas, some of their sales men in the ordering department deal with you as you are a piece of carp, I decided to unbranded shell from my store just to get red of that Cary Oil, I will endanger my investment in my store to get free from dealing with them, please learn my lesson before you deal with them.

LG Jordan Oil: what do users think?
Dwayne Holst: I have read some of the low star reviews for this company, I don’t understand them. Jordan oil has been supplying our propane for over 15 years, they are honest, highly reactive to anything you ask and above all very competent. Our water heater completely died last Thursday night, they were out on Friday with a new unit and had us up and running by dinner. This was a difficult job as we decided to go with a tankless heater so they had to run new plumbing to feed the demands of the unit.In general, their customer service has always been extraordinary. They are always kind and courteous and highly responsive any time we call them. Highly recommended!!
Diana Locki: Thank you!
Anne Biris: We used LG Jordan Oil for a propane tank installation and had a great experience. Amanda from the office was very helpful throughout the entire process. Steve provided excellent service and was very detailed in each step from beginning to end. We highly recommend this company.
F. R. (Effective Problem Solving): Amazing service and staff. We ran out of fuel for our boiler during the cold days, and the same day I had an urgent delivery made. Very impressed how fast they were able to fulfill our needs.
Michelle Deese: We need more local businesses like LG Jordan Oil. We have used them for numerous years and have nothing but good things to say about their service and their people. They also give back to the community in so many ways. I know first hand they have sponsored local basketball teams and swim teams. They care about their customers and their community.
Adam Perry: There is nobody better when it comes to the Oil Industry. The customer service is top notch and always walking out with a smile on. Just great people always in the building. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Have used them my whole life and that won’t change.
Susanne Bradley: I strongly suggest everyone not to do business with this company. The worst customer service on the planet.
Carl Melby: The customer service at LG Jordan is fantastic. They helped me setup new service and delivered the necessary fuel quickly to get my heat going in the winter as needed. Every contact I made with them was professional and prompt. Specifically, their customer rep Ashtyn went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I will definitely recommend and continue to use for all my fuel needs.
James Fouts: LG Jordan Oil came recommended to me from our RV storage company. I received service beyond my expectations as I called to see if they could fill my RV propane tank. The service provided was reminiscent of a time when customers mattered to local businesses and they valued each customer. It was such a great feeling to know that there are still local businesses that care. They filled my RV with the few gallons I needed, charged a very fair price, and did it all with a smile. Thank you all for providing such a great experience!!
Chuck Penfield: What a great, friendly, and helpful staff. I highly recommend!
Tica María: This company is the best -- Anita is always so helpful and super nice. Their prices are fair and they work quickly and efficiently.
Steve Lovell: We have used Jordan Oil since 2015 and have always had good service. This past week they went above & beyond when they came out last minute after my request to fill our tank, it was snowing & our power was out. I submitted an online request on their website & Amy promptly communicated with us to ensure we had the capacity to support our generator until the weather cleared. They can out the following day while it was still snowing to provide service. We were going on hour 30 w/out power so to refresh our tank while snowing gave our family peace of mind- Thank you & Happy Holidays to the staff at Jordan Oil !!!
Keith Miles: Website indicates in multiple places (text, map, and zip code lookup) that they deliver to Lee County but the lady who answered my call said they don't deliver "beyond Moncure", a village that isn't even in Lee County.1-star for false advertising. Will update if and when they update their website to accurately reflect their service area.
Tom Colhoun: Jordan Oil has supplied me with fuel for over 30 years and have exceeded all expectations. If I ever had any issue they were quick to respond and came out immediately to take care of any perceived emergency I thought I might have. They have serviced my home and business without fail and always responded professionally and timely. They are extremely knowledgeable and respond with a team of service professionals that can handle anything thrown their way. I would recommend Jordan Oil Company and have for years to anyone looking quality and service in reference to propane, gas, fuel oil, BBQ equipment, or propane logs.
Clayton Mitchell: Great company. Great customer service.
Carl Dean: Excellent customer service and will help you if you have any problems at all. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a family owned business that gets the job done right.
Mike Caron: I had originally contacted a different propane company to install a tank at my new house and was told they would be sending someone out. After waiting almost a week, I decided that they were not actively seeking my business and told them to forget it. I then called L.G. Jordan Oil with whom I had done business before. Everyone I dealt with from the office personnel on the phone to the tech who installed the tank was very friendly and helpful. They even buried a line to my gas grill with quick connect couplings for my convenience! Great company and great people.
Ken McAdams: I have used Jordan Oil for propane services since 1989. I have always received good service from them, and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. When I have had technical issues with my heaters, or have had new equipment installed, they have been very accommodating and easy to work with.
Jim Baca: Called last week to verify service to our address. We were told we were in their service area by a very friendly lady. This week we were told that we were not in their service area(despite their website saying we were in the service area) by a different and very rude lady who hung up on us.
Raundi Thirtythree: SCAMMERS if not simply HORRIBLE in every way! Buyer/Customer Beware! A scheduled tank fill turned into an unscheduled inside home visit, without prior notification or authorization. Aside from physically pushing his way into our home, the lady of the house was scared due to the size of the man and is MANDATE that he WILL COME IN! After inside, she rushed to the phone and called me. I got the gentleman on the phone and he was very sarcastic, did not listen to anything we had to say and while expressing my concerns of a stranger working on parts of the home without so much as official identification being presented and be cleared, he BROKE our furnace valve (which was old and fragile and operates 'differently' than newer models). Technician refused to provide signed copies of documents and told us to take it up with the company. A phone call to the company owner resulted in Customer Being Labeled a Liar because "the technician of many years would have NEVER done such a thing and that we must have our facts mixed up". Then the owner chuckled at his own response. Furthermore, Mr. Jordan clarifies they have over "3000 Customers so what is one more" that if we were unhappy with their company then we should find another. After many years with them with an account in great standing, this is simply amazing!TERRIBLE - at best. Proceed at your own risk.NOTE: we have been without heat for over 3 weeks now while we save up for a 700-1000 dollar repair in which Jordan Oil takes ZERO responsibility.Want simply the facts - all worked before their 'senior technician' arrived. Interesting, huh? I suppose this IS a way to bring in more cash for their business, no?

Gregory Poole Equipment Company - Garner, NC: what do users think?
Ken Cheshire: Great experience and dog friendly customer loungewill add to my list of good places, huge thanks
Debbie Abrams: Excellent service.
Michael Jenkins: Fast and friendly
Tony wIlder: Bad customer service in the parts department taking close to 45 mins just to get proper help
Jeffrey Swett: Brought my 2011 Tiffin 42' Diesel Pusher in for service. Very professional operation, friendly folks, and work done in a timely fashion. I would recommend them highly.
Richard Phillips: I couldn't be more impressed with Gregory Poole in Garner. My RV wouldn't start and I had a tripped planned for the next week. They were incredibly busy but fit me in. My warranty company was a little difficult to work with but they worked through it and made the repairs faster than I expected. Judy and John were a pleasure to work with! The facility is clean and inviting which is much different than other repair shops that I am familiar with. This is the second time that I have used them and their service was consistent both times. If you need RV repairs and don't want your RV sitting in a dirt lot until someone can eventually get to it, this has to be your place!
Chad Richard: Great parts department
K2: We had to go through an outsourced company to get prior approval for our check to go through. Not only was the operator taking the information acting extremely put out, but Nick at the facility was extremely rude and inconvenienced. Our check for over $2500 must not have been worthy of good customer service.
Dawn Dumeny: The nicest mechanics and staff you will ever meet. Very accommodating.
David Lawrence: This is a truly fantastic facility. And everyone there is extremely customer service oriented. This is a top-notch RV & Truck Repair Center in addition to all of the other Caterpillar and Bluebird products they sell in service there.
Ghislain Trottier: Nice delevery
frank novick: Great customer service
Vladimir Sherer: Thank you for free license plate!
Bill Piper: Quick and profession repairs on our motor home. Not inexpensive, but who is? I’ll take top quality repairs over inferior repairs anytime! They have a nice customer lounge too!
David Overby: The company that I work for "Bryant Industrial " does a lot of the Rigging, transporting, setting Emergency Generators for Gregory Poole
Daniel Terry: I have to be one of the most picky people out there when it comes to my Bluebird RV! I brought my bluebird Wanderlodge M380 in for suspension service and let me tell you these guys are excellent! Rod the service manager gave me an estimate prior to any work being done to my coach, which he completely stuck to. My coach, rides as smooth as glass now! To say I’m happy is a understatement, I will always recommend this shop. Thanks Rod for all your help and service!Dan
Marty Jones: Nice people here
michael poole: I am so glad I started taking my 1996 Beaver Patriot to Gregory Poole in Raleigh. Rod and James both provide excellent service and kept me apprised of anything I should do to keep my coach in A1 condition!
Troy Hunt: Great place. But the receptionist is so rude, she barely even wants to answer a question. I don't bother with her I just ask someone else.
Patrick Moran: I rarely leave reviews especially negative 1s. I need to warn independent owner operators of this place though that’s for sure. Had a engine overhauled before thanksgiving. Since I picked the truck back up it has been nothing but little issues that are very frustrating, including a decent oil leak which truck had to go back for, and now a coolant leak from Headgasket. Don’t worry though they will make you feel as if you are wrong for questioning them about there work. I was going to bring the truck back there for the coolant leak until I found out it can go anywhere under the OPT warranty. I advise any independent owner operator or small operation don’t waste your time with these people. They got paid there money and I got a headache to deal with, who knows what else will show it’s ugly head over time. Totally unprofessional and the workmanship was flat out horrible that’s the only excuse for the oil leaks and now a coolant leak. Gregory Poole Caterpillar in Garner,NC has a shop full of Technicians that can’t even perform a basic overhaul correctly. Anyone that values there hard earned money and there time should stay away from this place.
Milton Vann Crawford: I work with Bryant ind. These guy are the best to work with. Go cat
