Cary Orthopaedics: what do users think?
John Evans: If I could leave zero stars I would. I had an x-ray done at the Cary location back in February of 23. Was recommended for TKA. Put in a medical records request for copies of the x-rays for a second opinion. Two months later still have not received them. When I call the office there is no one to speak with. The voicemail box for medical records has been full for two months. Finally last week Wednesday 5/17 a supervisor called me and said they would have a disc ready for me at the front by Thursday at the latest. She also said someone would call to confirm. Five days later nothing but silence. Called their office three times and cannot even get through to the front desk! The service I have received is incredibly poor!! I can't speak about the medical care because I never got that far.
Julie Mathews: Bad experience with the SE Cary parkway office staff today. My mother had shoulder replacement and was transported from unc rehabilitation to her scheduled appointment, getting there actually 15 minutes early. I’m her POA…and because she got there before I could arrive with the copay, the receptionist immediately told the driver to send her back to the rehab. The receptionist sent my 85 year old mother with dementia away without a phone call to me or the unc rehab center. I was told, “it’s our policy.” It proves to me that they have no compassion or professionalism.
Tiffany Bechert: I will be sending a longer version of this to the clinic, with explicit examples, but google has a character limit. I want to warn people they may be unsafe with this provider. I saw Sarah, a wrist "specialist," during two separate referrals, and was consistently mistreated. She was usually checked out, would call me by the wrong name, and overall it felt very passive-aggressive to interact with her. I returned with a second referral, thinking that I would be seeing a new doctor, and she asked why I was back, over a year later, and I told her because I still needed help with my chronic wrist and hand pain and it had taken that long to get the referral sent back through the slow VA system. She treated me like I was lying about my hand pain because it wasn't constant and shifted around. She was dismissive of my chronic illness and history of trauma, only approved of her specific aid options, and accused me of "cheating" if I used other types of mobility aids that helped more and were less painful to use. I'm not talking "massage hurts" pain, I'm talking injuring yourself further pain. After the one method she repeatedly tried with me made my symptoms worse, she claimed I wasn't trying and wasn't helpable and ended our sessions early. She also included false information about me in my medical records and made snide comments about my behavior. I have neurodevelopmental disabilities and found her very ableist.During my second series of visits, which I cut short because of the abhorrent treatment and lack of personal accountability, Sarah gaslit me and constantly told me what my experience was. She was consistently dismissive and ableist, and told me to get a job so I could see other doctors, when I'm disabled and cannot work. She treated me like I was delusional instead of trying to understand how nerve and tissue conditions work or how to work with the entire chain of muscle, which is a well known OT method. Instead she wanted to repeatedly overload my weak and injured wrist despite my telling her it was making things worse. Any technique I suggested was disregarded, and she was uninterested in hearing my perspective. After switching to a different clinic at the immediate insistence from my referring doctor (who apologized to me on behalf of all OT everywhere), I received a completely different level of care from a more empathetic and open-minded provider, who used the diagnostic tools in entirely different ways and was able to immediately provide me with tons of useful data that was beneficial to my healing journey. I am already seeing positive results after seeing this new provider only a few times. I have lived with this pain for over twenty years. Sarah needs to read "Doing Harm" by Maya Dusenbery and reevaluate how she treats patients. She is not good at her job and not a good person to interact with, especially if you're neurodivergent or dealing with chronic pain as a woman. She has a psychology degree and I'm grateful she's not trying to use it professionally. I would give her zero stars if I could.
Brian P: doctors want to yell at employees maybe you should humble yourselves
Katia Doss: Dr Mathur is my hero..
Sherry D NC Real Estate Broker: This is the best Orthopaefics practice!! The staff is professional, courteous and kind. Dr. Struble and his staff are the best!!! I’m walking again and am grateful to him and his staff! Thank you so much!
J Dobias: Good at swiping credit cards, less so at orthopaedics. My first apt was with a foot specialist who, after a very quick visit, recommended physical therapy and orthotics. Months later, after the injury did not heal, a second apt was with a general ortho doctor. He spent even less time examining and quickly recommended I see the first doctor again, because he is "the foot specialist". The apt was for 11AM and there was only one other person in the waiting room. I did not see the doctor until 12:40. Clearly he wanted to "process patients" so he could get to lunch. Six months later, and several hundreds of dollars later, the injury hasn't healed and is painfully popping and clicking.
Nikki Grosso: The most efficient doctors appointment I've ever been to. Great service.
Mona Huang: Some of the doctors are really great, some not so much. My biggest complaint with this place is how inconsiderate they are of your time. I have had a dozen scheduled appointments, and every time, I have had to sit and wait 30-45 minutes before being seen. What should be a quick 10 minute post op appointment takes over an hour because they are always running late. Super unprofessional. At this moment, I have been waiting in the patient room for over 30 minutes. Figured I'd do some writing while I am waiting
Michael Chuang: All they care is your money.Even if you made an appointment you still have to wait hours to see the doctor. They made an appointment for me without my consent. They claimed that they did send me text message but I didn't get any notification at all.Now I have to pay no show fee to an appointment I didn't make.
Summer Carter: The appointment department of this office is extremely unprofessional. My doctor has always been a little difficult to get in with and is often in surgery when I’m available. That’s understandable. The person taking care of appointments today huffed at me and gave me attitude when I gave her more than two dates that could work for me. When we started to get off the call, I could clearly hear her saying to a coworker, “That person was getting on my nerves.” My significant other heard her too bc she was on speaker. She was very unprofessional and your establishment should hire friendlier people to handle appointments and patients.
Rico hawkins: This place only cares about your money!!! They give you a appointment and you sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes like our time isn't important then if you miss an appointment they try to make you pay $100 and they don't tell you that before hand I wouldn't take my dog to them. TGEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS FROM ME!
Julie Pritzlaff: I am appalled. No one helping patients with physical therapy, just printed papers of “exercises” to do on your own in a corner… no assistance. The billing is deceiving, even if you question them… they will come back with some shady excuse like “the male PA gets paid more because he has more qualifications than the female PA”. I do not appreciate the wishy washy “paid in full” idea, then learn months later it’s not paid in full…. By getting something from the collections firm in the mail. Would’ve been great if that was communicated at the billing counter. I was not a patient, but my mother was. I trusted she would get physical therapy and come back feeling BETTER. She felt no difference or felt worse (more pain) every session because it was NOT physical therapy…. Not one ounce. They do not care about the patients. And for the price? Save your money and DO YOUR RESEARCH. Do NOT waste your time or energy here. I am so upset. And now reading other reviews, we feel less alone! Doubt they even read these.
Hilly Nathan: Fall 2021 I had a Spinal Disc rupture and was referred to Cary Health Ortho for physical Therapy. I went 6 times and each time they would give me a piece of paper and point to a "station" to do rounds of exercises either timed or by count. I always left in severe pain. Most of these sessions I spent riding a stationary bike. I would pay my co-pay at the counter each time- and they would bill my insurance. I finally stopped going because my back was not getting better- as soon as I stopped going my back significantly improved. Imagine my surprise when I get a collections firm letter claiming I owed another $450 in May of 2022! This is the first I heard of a balance due. I called Cary Ortho- they told me I had to work with the Collections firm-which I tried to do but they were useless- So I paid the amount under protest- as I believe they over-billed since I already paid at the counter AND the service I received was horrible and I was in debilitating pain getting worse not better. Should mention while I was doing the stations of exercise my Physical Therapist would sit behind a glass wall in an office catching up on emails and social media. I felt neglected and the excruciating pain upon leaving was a sign this is a terrible place for a patient to try and recover. I have had PT before in another practice and improved and was in very caring capable professional care. Please consider going to another PT practice and avoid this place- you will be in better hands.
Ed Baumann: Dr. Armour is excellent and I have nothing but good things to say about him (star rating is not about him). But the UNC Health running the business end is unethical and corrupt. They ask for payment at time of services and then send me a bill months later saying I didn’t pay enough. Just wrong.
David Grimsley: So you offer a procedure only on Wednesdays and you’re booked up for almost a month and then you won’t even put someone on a cancellation list because I guess that’s too much work for you guys? Not a good way to start our relationship.
James Wright: I went to other spine specialist in the past who were mediocre at best at helping me with my back pain. Then I found Cary Ortho. They immediately assessed my situation and came up with a realistic plan to alleviate my pain. Everything they did has contributed to me having a better quality of life and I'm so appreciative of their care and professionalism. Dr Bullock has been awesome as well as their staff. They also helped me with my knee pain as well. A big thumbs up for this place.
Abirami S: Spend hours researching for Ortho doctor and booked appointment for Dr Mathur, took day off from work , 1 hour wait time in waiting area, 1 hour waiting in patient room, finally seen by a Physician Assistant and was told Doctor caught up somewhere and he is not able to see me. Cherry in Icing is they sent me a bill $400. Very worst service, never is any other place I was charged this amount to see a Physicisn Assistant.
Drew P: Would not recommend, after using them for years they overcharged me and acknowledged the price was higher than it should be but demanded I pay and insisted they would resolve the issue at a later time. I declined to overpay and was informed they would not schedule my follow up. Very disappointing
Darius Godwin: Highly recommended! I worked with Tomasz Wolek as my PT and he is very thorough, knowledgeable, and is setting me on the right path to rehabilitate shoulder issues.
Barbara Laws: Billing. Just found out outstanding balance from 2018. Seriously? I never got a bill from them. No insurance will pay claim this old. Always been argument with them, Need to learn Medicare guidelines and not argue with me.

Cary Orthopaedics Spine Center: what do users think?
Johnny G: Maybe if you can even get an appointment they might be good… not friendly or easy to deal with on the phone.
Dawn Pomposello: Dr Shanti is approachable, very nice, he doesn't make you feel like you're a bother or wasting his time and speaks to you like a person not a medical record number. He went into detail regarding my condition and answered all my questions. He returns phone calls personally. His staff is amazing they're sympathetic to your pain and again treat you like a person. I'm so glad I found them. I would recommend him and his team to anyone.
Stephanie Goettling: I came to Dr.Shanti for a second opinion (from 2021), he asked what brought me there, then very quickly steered the conversation to questions just in order to fill out his form and was not interested in anything else. All he did was read the same results from 2021 and check my knee reflexes. He talked so fast I had to ask him to repeat several times. He was in the room for maybe 5 min and that was it. I left feeling disrespected. No one could pay me to go back there.
Daniel Mudryk: Dr. Mathur is an excellent caring doctor and down to earth with his patients so that they can understand their issues and what they can do to help the patient. I am a Chiropractor and had to seek medical intervention for a cervical disc extrusion that we could not clear up with therapy or Chiropractic. The process of getting my MRI, my injection, and finally getting surgery to have a disc replaced with a prosthetic disc was timely and smooth. I completely out of pain. Follow up and care levels were immense. Dr. Bullock's epidural injection was completely painless and she is very caring as well. Look no further for medical intervention for spine complaints.
K: I should have read the reviews more carefully. This place just wants more and more money. I’m in so much pain and this place has charged me so much money with absolutely no results.
Stepania: Almost 1 hr waiting!!! Why we have to arrive 15 minutes earlier?
Kat Bennett: I recently relocated to NC from NJ. This was my first appt with Dr. Shanti at Cary Orthopedics & I am very pleased. I was able to get scheduled for pain injections & PT within a week! So glad I chose to go here!
Kelly Mescall: Dr Shanti was very kind and patient. He spent a lot of time with me asking many questions and answering all of mine. I would definitely recommend him.
Jimmy Stacy: Dr. Bullock was terrific! She made me feel comfortable, as you could get when getting an epidural and put my fears at ease. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is suffering from back issues.
Denis Burke: I am grateful to Dr.Bullock who does my spine injections which helps me get thought most of the year with less lower back pain. Marianne Burke
ronald thomas: Epidural steroid injection was done, one of easiest procedures I have had. Definitely beats dental visits.
Mohamed Boutrid: Best service and wonderfully friendly staff from reception to checkout.Scheduled MRI on Saturday and Dr. Shanti reviewed with me today Tuesday.Always smiling and making you feel that your health is all that matters unlike other places where billing is almost everything. This office is very efficient and prompt in providing requested information from my employer.Have full trust in Dr. Shanti’s diagnosis and recommendations.
Cheryl Hinton: Dr. Mathur has been the best Orthopaedic Surgeon I had the pleasure of selecting. He is courteous and is straight to the point with his diagnosis. Surgery was successful as well...and the scar healed seamlessly.
Phil Piccicuto: PA Joseph Lizotte was exceptional. Joe listened to the evolutionary story of my back pain and not only helped me immediately but helped make sense of the next steps Dr. Bullock and he see as the right plan. Also, a shoutout to the intake staff that practice on how to pronounce my difficult name . "Over and above" and very much appreciated.
Ashley Renee Miller: Great overall presence. Good conversationalist and bedside manner. Helped me to feel at ease during my post surgery visit. Thorough in questions, time and care.
Deborah Myrick Miller: Joseph was just amazing! He was patient with me explaining everything in detail. He answered my questions and I did not feel hurried or rushed. He ask me questions with a caring attitude and made recommendations to help thry my painful process. He made my Day!
Robin Schroeder: Dr. Lin explained everything he did during the procedure.
Deborah Brown: Mark Rescino, PA was personable and professional. He gave me options and answered questions.
Cynthia Duke: Very personable doctor that made everything clear and concise. Feel blessed I found such a caring doctor.
Roger Talbert: Mark is apways prepared and on target. Great bedside manner
Jared Dragoo: Dr. Lin walked me through the whole procedure and was quick in and out.

Wake Orthopaedics: what do users think?
Progress Not Perfection: I had both a back surgery and a knee replacement. Both surgeons were outstanding. Skilled, kind, patient, attentive. The outcomes from both surgeries were beyond expectations. I have more mobility and less pain than in the past 20 years.
Donna Miller: Dr. Chappell was so warm and welcoming at my new patient visit where we discussed in detail my pending shoulder replacement surgery. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very easy to understand. I was so impressed when he personally contacted me when I had to cancel my follow up appointment to make sure that I was OK and that I hadn’t experienced any further problems with my right shoulder. I would highly recommend Dr. Chappell to anyone in need of an orthopedic provider for shoulder issues.
Carolyn Elmore: I went last evening. Greeted and checked in by a sweet young lady. Wait time was about 45 minutes. Nurse was very kind and pleasant. Immediately did an X-ray and saw Ashleigh Knoeferi PA-C. She was very thorough and concerned. I highly recommend this location for orthopedic needs. ❤️
Jeff Jancula: The quality of my surgery and post op physical therapy for my torn knee were outstanding! I was so fortunate to discover the Wake Ortho team. In addition to quality, this team also exudes compassion and open, honest communication. I highly recommend Dr Kauk and team.
Marti Kerr: Had total hip replacement by Dr. Ruffolo and got along great! He, as well as everyone else I came into contact with were so courteous, knowledgeable and kind it definitely put me at ease and not apprehensive at all about the surgery and and post surgery care.
Tonja Hunt: Dr. Hanson and his staff are AWESOME! From the beginning of getting ready for my total knee replacement to the post opt recovery they have been AWESOME! If you need a total or partial knee replacement I highly recommend Dr. Hanson and his staff!
Ed Knight: Dr. Ruffolo,I want to thank you, your surgcial team, the anesthesiologist and the people below for the OUSTANDING CARE I received before, during and after my hip revision surgery on November 15, 2022.Some of the names that I remember of the people that took care of me were:Tsering Maharjan,Betty Jones,Jackie Floyd,Sangita,Beth Ann,Deniesna,Anna,Krystal,I'm sure I missed a few names. But thanks to all your team at WakeMed Hospital.Ed Kight
K Austin: Referral was sent Sept 12; after a month and no appt referring drs office followed up. 2 weeks later had appt with referring Dr, informed him I still had not been contacted by surgeons office. He text one of the drs asking him to look into it. A few days later I was contacted, appt was made at the Cary location. At the appt i was taken to the room by one person who stated Dr may want xrays bf I was seen. I asked why xrays when I've already had an mri. She pulled up the report after I told her where it was done then left out. Another person comes in, I'm assuming a PA asks questions and tests for strength/weakness, views scars from previous surgery, makes notes says he going to check on imaging. A few minutes later another woman comes in says it's gonna take a couple days to get my imaging. I can get my copay back and come again on Monday or if I want I can see Dr Deal today. I asked what happened to my referral she said all she had was a note saying I was a new patient being seen for back pain. I told her I was done and got up and walked out.SO...my private health information has been floating around WakeMed for 2 months and nobody knows anything about it or me. I drove an hour and a half just to get there and never saw Dr Deol. Mind you the folks I did see including the receptionist were all pleasant. BUT I do not appreciate wasting my time and gas bc whoever handles referrals and/or scheduling dropped the ball. I will NOT return to WakeMed and if my referral is ever found they can stick it where the sun doesn't shine!
Marie Jenkins: Just Horrible I went there in chronic pain got there a little early finally got ina room they took x rays and put me in a room for about two hours and I never saw the Doctor but instead a trainee comes and keeps telling me the Doctor was coming and after being in there that long in pain I had to leave just Horrible.
Ashley M. Rolon Rivera: This is the worst place ever. AVOID. My husband was referred here for a second medical opinion due to a surgery. The clerk just called with a nasty attitude and arrogant on the day of the appointment 45 minutes before, when where we were already on our way (it’s an hour and 20 min. from where we live) to tell us that if we didn’t have any medical records and imaging on hand the Dr. was not seeing him. She went and canceled the appointment without our consent without allowing us to call the main hospital to provide those records. Soooo irresponsible to call the day of the appointment instead of beforehand and on top of that having a nasty attitude. Needless to say when I told her that it was very irresponsible from the clinic to do that she started apologizing and loosing her attitude. Lady, whoever you are, your attitude is disgusting. Learn how to treat people. Unprofessional.
robert bell: Dr. Gurvinder Deol has provided me the highest level of care for many years. Dr. Deol, Pam and staff are simply the best, professional, informative, responsive, and listen to my concerns.Dr. Deol is the only surgeon I trust to operate on my spine and help me mange thru my degenerative spine issues. I am very thankful and appreciative for all he has done, allowing me to sustain a high quality of life.
Liz Campbell: I broke all 5 metatarsals in my left foot and Dr Hussaini was wonderful! He explained all my options for treatment , gave me pluses and minuses for each option and once I decided which way to go he explained every step along the way. I had multiple surgeries, lots of PT, and my treatment from start to finish was top notch! I highly recommend Wake Orthopaedics.
Jeanne Crawford: Both my husband (knee) & myself (hip)had replacements at Wake Med Cary within the last 6 months. Our care was outstanding from the pre-op thru our discharge. The nurses were kind, knowledgeable & took care of our every needs. Of course our surgeon Dr Michael Ruffolo who was awesome & as a few nurses called him "magic"!! Wouldn't go anywhere else in the future!
Ashley Tucker: Worst experience ever. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Korishia Taylor: Ed Boss great! X-ray techs awesome! Everyone else has either been rude, inconsiderate, or just down right mean. Communication is horrible. I don’t know if the policies allow for all the inconsistencies, people aren’t trained, overworked, or just lazy. Then when you call because the issue persists or because your pain medication has been called in they treat you like you have no right to be upset or frustrated. As someone who has experience in the field the management isn’t holding people accountable. It’s blatantly obvious. I’d never talk to a patient the way I’ve been talked to by staff members here.
Jenn Makseyn: Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.Communication is absolutely terrible, they encourage you to use the app but then never respond to your messages. 2 weeks later and I still have not heard from the PA I saw.You rarely speak to a doctor, and the PA's don't spend much time with you either. There are many other options out there, I strongly recommend that go anywhere else.
Bernadette Goellner: Not impressed. My child was seen for an ongoing injury. We were prescribed PT with a specific therapy that requires a prescription. Staff never called it in, only after a week and a half, multiple phone calls, by both myself and the PT were we finally able to get the prescription called in. Unfortunately, the wrong one was prescribed resulting in yet another waiting game get the correct one submitted. Total incompetence, lack of sense of urgency and compassion for the patient. If we need to return, we will be going elsewhere.
Alex Tutwiler: We were seen very quickly. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Was very pleased with our visit and their service.
Debbie Hagan: My daughter received treatment here following a finger injury. We were both very pleased with her care. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. Office is well run with good camaraderie. Thank you Wake Orthopaedics!

Orthopedic Physical Therapy - Cary: what do users think?
Francois Laflamme: Ive been to see Jamie for a month now and it's been a total game changer for me. While my initial visit was regarding a recent lower back issue, she also focused on some foot issues Ive struggled with over the years and never found any relief for. Her positive energy and outlook gave me hope and as of today my body has responded so well to her treatments I'm back to doing what I love but never thought I could do again! The whole practice is lovely and I will continue to recommend them to all my friends!
Sherri Laupert: The best! After consulting with a few other doctors/PTs, who treated my consistent pain and sometimes limited mobility in my right arm with pain meds and cortisone shots, I was referred to OPT.Everyone at the practice is welcoming, friendly & kind, professional, and best of all: knowledgeable and capable.I worked with Grant for most of my PT sessions over the course of almost a year. Not only did he teach me stretches and exercises that offered relief, he also recommended/utilized dry needling and wrapping techniques that steadily helped me to heal and become pain free!
Jonathon Russell: Awesome place with great staff! This is where you want to go if you're in need of some physical therapy.Jamie took me from having health anxiety over my left shoulder pains, to no pain whatsoever and a clear mind. I was also given a plethora of stretches and exercises to strengthen the area that was a problem.
Brian Harris: Jamie was very knowledgeable and easy to work with!! The stretching and other exercises have helped to reduce the pain. I learned a lot from Jamie and highly recommend her for physical therapy!!
deepak goundla: Last week was my first visit they didn't disappoined me at all Laura was too good she know what to be done and she was dam friendly..
Nancy Lowther: I have had several therapy appointments with Laura Sutor for Lymphodema, and every session has been very helpful.  She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and makes every session an enjoyable experience.  Her therapy has helped me very much!  The staff is punctual and easy to work with as well. I highly recommend Ms Sutor at Orthopedic Physical Therapy for your Lymphodema therapy needs!
Pati Cole: Everybody from the receptionist to the assistants to the therapist are all so professional yet friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!
Jessica Galloway: I went to Orthopedic Physical therapy for 8 months before and after my ACL surgery. I primarily worked with Olivier, Laura, and Grant who were all very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! They all listened to how I felt throughout my sessions both in my pre-surgery and recovery periods. I will return for any future issues I may have - highly recommend!
Mary Utley: The staff is always friendly and helpful. Laura is very knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs as the Therapist. I love this location.Mary Utley
Laura Funk: Grant was wonderful with my teenaged son. The staff was welcoming and accommodating with our schedule. I would highly recommend Orthopedic Physical Therapy Associates - Cary.
Megha Bhargava: I went for PT for my neck and shoulders. Grant is amazing. I took about 10 sittings and was feeling so much better. Grant did massage and made me do simple exercises to follow at home too which was a huge relief. I will highly recommend this place. It’s clean, and all the staff is super friendly.
P K: Laura Suter is an amazing PT. The personnel are friendly , knowledgable, and professional. The facility and equipment are new and clean. I have been to a different PT group and they pale in comparison. I HIGHLY recommend her and the team there.
Mary Molander: Every aspect of the business is professional and friendly. The PT did wonders for my hand!
Sam Bigelow: I've been seeing Grant for hamstring issues and am confident I'm at the right place. I'm impressed with his knowledge and ability to devise the in office treatment and home exercise regimen and to explain things clearly. The facility is clean and all staff pleasant and professional. It's clearly a private practice focused on the customers.
Corey Weidner: Overall experience with Orthopedic PT Associates has been great. I am currently being treated by Laura and love her approach, style, and demeanor. She's super knowledgeable, and has helped me manage my periodic stress-related soreness and tension in a personable and caring way. Would certainly recommend her to others!
Heather Durand: Olivier and his son Grant do a great job here!
W. H. Smith: Breaking my left ankle and leg has been somewhat challenging for this old retired AF pilot, but I have been very pleased with my physical therapy sessions with Orthopedic Physical Therapy Associates in Cary, NC. I have found the personnel to be very friendly , professional and well organized. The facility and equipment is always clean and inviting.Bottom Line-- I visited several other facilities in the area and chose them based on my gut feel of their knowledge and willingness to answer any of my questions . If they didn't have an answer right away, they got back to me.P.S. I'm recovering well from my trauma.;)
Joe McCarthy: I am certain that Orthopedic PT Associates and specifically Olivier Chassin saved me from Rotator Cuff Surgery.I was referred to Olivier by my surgeon as a last attempt before surgery and as a result of Olivier's expertise and support my shoulder is now effectively back to normal. I am now able to resume weight training, and other strenuous activities.I have never received better care from any medical professional.Thank you Olivier and Orthopedic PT Associates.
Jeanette Larsen: They are so great and the facility is beautiful. I went here for a few months and had very directed and fantastic therapy. They also listened to how I felt and didn’t push me to keep having sessions after I felt recovered. Completely recommend!
