Jessica Ganao: I had a leak a few years after the work was completed. I tried to get them to come to fix it but the person who had the original franchise closed and wouldn't answer my calls. The person who owns the franchise now keeps putting me off even after I said I would pay for the repairs! I called the national office and they asked me to produce my proof of sale it's been six years! I wanted to know why there wasn't a database with my information in it and they said its because the local franchisee has that information, who isn't returning my calls. This is a disaster my walls are leaking and I can't get someone to come fix it!
Julian Octav: I had an overall very poor experience. Where do I start ... I was lied to, the project was delayed, they couldn't fix their product problems. It all starts out nice with the sales manager pitch, but beware that the product they install is garbage. When they tried fixing some issues I had, they left a complete mess. In the end they could never fix the issues I was having. I would suggest you find another company and stay away.

Sean Tucker: Portofino did a remodel of our master bathroom 2 years ago. We’ve already had to replace some leaking faucets and next week we’re getting the shower re-grouted because the grout they installed has become rubbery and water is leaking through the tiles (see attached video). Their warranty is only 1 year.We used EZ Pro Bath Custom for our hall bath and the difference in quality has been night and day.

Kim Weglar: Portofino redid our master bath in 2012. They did a fabulous job and truly transformed our space. We especially liked the fast turnaround process - 10 days to a new bathroom was awesome! In addition, the process at Portofino makes it easy to pick the cabinets, flooring, fixtures, etc. and saves you time running all over town making selections. The materials provided have been tested and Portofino has a relationship with their vendors that allows for excellent support after the job as well. We have had a couple of things break and each time have been delighted by the support we have received from Bob and Nicole with the repair. And the standard selections at Portofino make it great when you need to replace tiles for example because there is a high probability that Portofino will have some on hand. That was what happened in our case and we are so glad they had the tiles. The craftsmanship of the work is outstanding - can't tell the difference between the old and new tiles. Portofino continues to exceed our expectations and we are so glad we selected them for our project!

Janice DeRosa: Portofino Tile did an amazing job remodeling our master bathroom. I consider myself very picky and we did not have even one issue with Portofino Tile. Their workers were so nice and took great care to keep our home clean during the remodeling process. They finished our bathroom in less than 2 weeks as promised (except for the shower glass, which can only be ordered after the tiling is complete). Being able to pick everything out in one place - their excellent showroom - compared to running all over town to different venders, as all the other remodelers want you to do, made designing a beautiful modern bathroom so easy. I really can't say enough about how pleasant our remodeling experience with Portofino was. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

karen smith: We were given a quote before we had made our selections. I wasn't allowed to share the 'quote' with my partner as it was stored in a manila folder at the store. We were told to Google the type of sink we liked as " North Carolina tends to be a bit traditional in its décor style". In fact, we had seen the sink style all over the internet and they are readily available. The experience was a total fail.
