Brandon Greenwald: We just had our ten year olds birthday here and it was FANTASTIC! Better and more than we could have imagined. The kids (and adults) couldn’t have had more fun with the gel blasters. Pizza was provided as part of the party, under the giant gazebos/shelters there. I didn’t get his name, but the man who led our group was very accommodating and great with the kids. Claire, who is a manager there, got our party all set up and everything was seamless. Highly recommend and we will be back this summer to enjoy the ropes course, zip lines and atvs. When our kids are older the airsoft and paintball looks really fun!

Skeets Fish: This was one of the best activities I’ve had with my kids! We did the gel blasters and had an absolute blast! “G” (nickname for a longer name he told us) who was our referee and seemed like the manager of the park was absolutely amazing in every aspect. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure my kids had so much fun. As a single dad who has my kids only every other weekend- this was something my kids will never forget.

Guys are just showing up with HPA guns cranked all the way up making people bleed and get hurt. This just takes the fun out of it for everyone who's a beginner or casual players. Jason Schreuder: This was the perfect place for an outing with my kids. Tons of activities and adventures to choose from. Everything comes with complete safety gear, and an experience guide or referee for the game. We tried gel blaster, an awesome alternative to paintball that was more kid friendly. We had a great afternoon, and will definitely be back!

Yousef: Field is overall pretty average, community isn’t that great, and the prices are absolutely absurd. I started playing airsoft about 4 years ago and when I used to go to this field a while back, admission was $20. Recently went back to play with my friends and admission was $40. And that’s with all your gear, if you’re looking to rent equipment, enjoy paying $70. I understand that’s times are tough for businesses right now, but the field gets consistently high player counts, they have all sorts of other attractions that bring in money, and like I said, the fields are mediocre at best so in my eyes the price hike is in no way justified. Their shop is also crazy overpriced. Unfortunately this field is the only one in the area, so players like me who are on a tight budget have to choose between upgrading their equipment and being able to afford admission. Hopefully the owners can get themselves sorted out and bring the admission price down a little.

Steven Johnston: Fields are falling apart, Marshall was very polite but 1 Marshall for over twenty players is unrealistic. At the peak we had 60+ need one at each end and one in the middle. The Marshall said handles 80+ solo by himself often. Felt unsafe as people were auto firing and shooting hot but no way can be enforced with a single Marshall. Great group playing there but safety did not feel paramount.

Their customer service is horrible, they have very limited supplies and accessories, and the store is nowhere in proximity to their arena. Shaheed Henderson: My son, who is generally respectful, well-mannered and easy going visited today to ask about repairing his marker and buying a new one. The older gentlemen in the shop was unprofessional, condescending and reacted very immaturely ("childish" according to my son). He told me he was so upset by the man's behavior he had to leave the shop and calm down in the car. The man insisted that my son had to prove he owned goggles (or buy them from him) before he would sell him a gun. My son showed him a picture taken the day before of his equipment that included goggles. He even offered to facetime his brother that was at home with the equipment, but the man refused.

Me: Caution. There is a reason why this establishment is not ranked in the top percentile for such an activity in the area. There are other worthy establishments in the Triangle area. Avoid this place if you value your family, friends and loved ones. Firstly, this is a complete bait and switch from the photos posted on the company web site. The field is extremely dangerous and run down. To a point where the protection netting has holes. I took my daughter there and while observing , almost got hit through one of the open holes which was barely holding up with zip ties. Another VERY DANGEROUS circumstance we ran into is there are two very huge pit bulls roaming the property while the kids were trying to play. No one from management even attempted to secure these dogs that they owned. The kids were terrified. The staff is disrespectful and very unprofessional. I advise going elsewhere, especially considering the outrageous prices.

Alex was helpful and knowledgeable. Alex let me know I should have at least 1-inch room at the toe box for comfort in the sneakers I selected. I felt like I was shopping in the 90s again. I rarely get this level of service in stores these days.The service was appreciated.Alanna was nice and assisted me with correcting the phone number on my rewards account. This was the third time I could not be found because someone typed my phone number incorrectly at the initial setup. I appreciate the initiative to correct it. Hopefully, it's right this time. I'm satisfied with my purchase and I felt good spending my money here with customer service reps who appreciate having customers to assist.

Concerned Family: I just visited my local Walmart on Kildaire Farm Road in Cary NC. I had a small package that I had ordered online that I needed to pick up. Since I had additional shopping I wanted to do there, I decided to retrieve my package at customer service instead of checking in online and sitting in my car outside the garden center. I THOUGHT I would be helping the employees - not bothering them to walk outside to my car since I had further shopping to do there.Well…that was a BIG mistake!!! I went to the customer service area to retrieve my package as I knew it was a tiny parcel and should be located up front. “Customer service” hence the words “customer service” was no help! Let me be clear, they weren’t busy….best I can remember no one was behind me in line.Instead of providing some customer service, I was told “oh you have to drive to the pick up lane out at garden center OR you can try calling “this” number as they pointed to the wall and maybe someone from there can come up here and help you.” My thoughts….’Hey, you already standing here…no one in-line behind me…can’t you help me?’ So I said, “maybe I should just cancel this order because this is becoming more complicated than it needs to be.” Thinking…I’m standing here with my pickup info…no one inline behind me…can’t you just provide some customer service and do this job?So I then walk to the garden center instead of moving my car. A VERY NICE HELPFUL employee approaches me and says “looks like you might need some help?” His name was Tristian. Thank you so very much Tristian for 1)noticing I may need help and then 2)helping me.I tell Tristian I was in the store needing a few things and thought I’d just pick up my package. He looks up my information and walks with me right back to the customer service dept and retrieves my package. He even takes the time to explain to me that the garden center really only houses LARGE parcels and that tiny packages are housed up front in the customer service area!Thank you so very much Tristian. He walked from the garden center all the way to the front customer service counter. I couldn’t budge 2 employees that were standing behind the customer counter to walk 2 feet and help me.AND then…. wait for it……the MAJOR issue transpired as I was leaving the store. One of those customer service “ladies” had the nerve to say out loud in front of other customers now in line at the customer service area… “thought you were canceling that order?” as I was leaving the store. I backed my self up from the exit door and asked, “Do you REALLY want a cancelled order for this store? Do you think Wal-Mart REALLY wants me to cancel this order?” She continued on with “that’s what you said you were going to do.” I mean seriously, this employee is trying to start an argument in front of other customers???” Who hired this person? What qualities did she fake in her interview?That my friend is how that one “employee” treats customers! All this I’m sure can be replayed on the store camera so the store manager Stephen can see who he has working there! Thank you Tristian! Need 100 more employees like you….the other one obviously doesn’t care about customer service or the future of Walmart so she needs to go home.Please note, I purposely didn’t mention the rude associate by name. Nitin Kadam: Got some HOKA shoes online as they were not having in store. The new pair of shoes I received were full of pet hairs and hence I returned it. I told the reason for returning, hoping they would atleast clean them before restocking it. I went to the shoe section to look for some other shoes and when I asked an associate there if they have HOKA, he said yes and brought the same box which I had returned still with pet hair. I really hoped they had checked before when I purchased online and definitely should not restocked after I told them the reason to return.

Camerons Culinarium: Really cool spot. The fields range in size from small hyperbole, to massive fields able to support 15-20 people. I went with an upgraded gun package which consists of an electric gun, pods and belt, and 2k paintballs. For a rental gun, it was ok. Definitely better than the standard tippman. Only issue I had was the hopper couldn't keep up, so I found myself having to shake to fun repeatedly. The speed of the balls wasn't great, not sure if they had the psi dialed down or what, and I ran out of air half way through one of my rounds (not good). There were plenty of people there, so no shortage pf games. Overall a good experience.

We spent a lot of time refilling air, bullets, or swapping out guns that wouldn't work.Otherwise there were plenty of fields to play on. Kids have been talking non stop about how fun the party was.Plenty of picnic tables to bring water and food since you will need it.

Rodger: We had a birthday party event there and it was awesome. Our referee was Wesley and he took care of all of us. Some of our group were first timers and everyone had a blast! We will be back!

Steve Reel: Have shopped here for years. Sad to say I will not be visiting them any longer. They will not allow customers to shop without a mask. Even if someone has a medical condition they don’t care. They have taken the governor’s mask mandate and decided to only follow part of it. The 11 exemptions have been ignored. The exemptions are just as much a part of the order as the masks.Will drive outside the town I live in to shop at another store. Will also take all my pop Warner and AAU business away from them.

Monte Cristo: Dick’s is a sporting goods store for the 1%. Prices are high ($39.98 for the LEAST expensive wood baseball bat—$499.99 for a BBCOR bat). Bottom line is this: for the high prices I expect a high level of service, unfortunately at this particular store, you won’t get both—just the high prices.My young (12 year old) neighbor and I went looking for bats. We purchased one and walked out. He noticed it had a dent, I gave him the receipt and told him to ask for an exchange. Nearly 20 minutes later he walked out with the exchange. I asked him why it took 20 minutes and he told me the cashier was rude to him and explained to him the exchange process (TRANSLATION: She was not happy). He finally was able to get an undamaged bat and walked out.Here’s my tip to management: People will pay higher prices for excellent service. You (management) will never see repeat service if your employees hate their jobs and let the customers know it with their attitudes.I can buy a baseball bat in many different stores or online. I won’t be a repeat customer for DICK’S.

John Forrester: TLDR- Golf club repair wont listen to directions when written on the work order or on multiple phone calls. Stay away from the golf club repair folks... brought in a 7 and SW for new shafts and grips. I had to call every step of the way for updates... after 1 week I called to ask what the status was...told no shafts which I was told they would call me to talk options the next day.... no call... No steel shafts , so I ordered and they told me to ship to the house for faster service. Dropped off on a Wednesday called Thursday to talk to them said would be ready by Monday. Called Tuesday to ensure completion... not even started yet. On my paper work I explained I need +4" on the clubs...aka LONG CLUBS.... I talked to the guy on Tuesday and gave him the measurements myself from my PW and 8 Iron... Wednesday pickup...standard length... They want to fix it but they aren't touching my clubs anymore...burn marks on my 7 from the heat to get the head off.... and the new shaft was only seated MAYBE 1/2inch... they didn't clean it out or anything. I'm re-doing these myself with a propane torch, drill, and epoxy from Amazon because they clearly have no clue what they are doing at this store. 2 stars because the first manager helped me get the correct price on a new driver. Repair portion....trash.
