Three dishes have arrived over the course of about 30 mins and I have no idea when the rest will arrive. As a side note, this place is an accessibility nightmare. Barely enough room for my elderly grandmother with a normal sized walker to come in past the host stand and first few tables. Very strange place. The waiter just sort of came over and stared at us when it was time to order.Update: food was absolutely delicious once it all arrived. Mahira Ali: I was traveling alone with my puppy, and I am usually apprehensive about how places will react when I ask to sit outdoors with her, but I was very grateful and pleased with how welcoming the staff was! The owner personally greeted us and took care of us. Both owners were very hospitable and catering to each guest. Everyone was very kind and the food was amazing! I kept ordering more things to try. Ayisha Rehan: We came here on Friday afternoon for lunch with my son and daughter. We ordered Chicken 65 as an appetizer, and chicken biryani and paya with naan. My son didn’t eat much but he said the paya was really good and the chicken 65 was okay. For my daughter, we ordered the biryani as low of a spice level as possible so that she could eat it. The biryani we got was soo good she almost over ate!! She insisted we order another biryani to go so she could eat it for dinner too. So we asked them to pack a chicken biryani with the same spice level as the one we’d just been served and we also packed the remaining biryani and paya. When we got home she finished the remaining biryani and very much enjoyed it!! However, when she opened the 2nd pack of biryani we had ordered to go for dinner, she had a VERYY hard time eating it as she said it was too spicy for her. When we tried it, we too agreed it was too spicy for her. In the end she still managed to finish it ( with the help of a lot of dahi). She was very sad that the biryani she ate during lunch with such gusto became so difficult for her to eat during dinner. I hope that the staff takes care from next time to note down customer preferences more accurately so that such incidents don’t happen again. Besides this incident, the rest of the food was great and I will probably return here to eat again.

Incredible Pakistani food - started with the samosa app and then shared the Tandoori platter and the eggplant entree and it was enough to fill both of us and have a meal leftover to take home. Megann Bonner: My family and I came here a few nights ago for my mom's birthday. Raj was out waiter and he was fantastic! He was kind funny and gave us recommendations on new dishes to try. Everything he recommended was delicious. He even gave my mom a birthday hug. They were kind enough to bring out cake and sing happy birthday, as well and they put us in a little private room that made the experience more intimate. We will definitely be back to Nazara!

Dasheera Branagan: We have come here for both of my graduations in a row!! The food is to die for (must try the crab curry and garlic naan) and the service is always incredible! This time, we had Raj as our server and he was so kind and knowledgeable about the menu that he gave personal recommendations for the guests and everyone loved their dishes! Every time we come here, they do a great job of accommodating a large group and making it a special night!

Nicole Kaghat: My girlfriend and I went there and hadn’t been there since before Covid. I do get delivery at home, and there was always a big pile of oil at the bottom of our dishes. (Seed oils?) So I figured I’d go into the restaurant to see if eating in house solved the problem. The prices are very high and portions much smaller than they used to be. And, we had two waiters who insisted that we share a bowl of rice, instead of giving us the rice that comes with our meal! They were rude, and I got a air of male chauvinism from them. I will not be returning.

Sanjeet Joshi: Inconsistent taste. If you are lucky it's great. Their tava chicken is consistently the best appetizer in town. Biryani is a joke. Other Punjabi dishes are authentic, but we have a had our bad days here. Overall it is still our go to North Indian restaurant.

praveen Kumar: Food for no doubt is bad. But the way they treat you as a customer is worse. They assigned a seat to me and when I started eating, one of the working staff told me that seat was assigned to different people. I don't know what to do or how to react, I came to my senses and directed him to the person who asked me to sit there. I couldn't eat my food there and had to come out finishing as soon as I can. The non-vegetarian dishes had that extra kick of spice, which added to their appeal. Briyani was simply awesome; just blissful(can be less of oil). Oh man...I'm still craving for the Biryani (next time tummy 😋) . I must mention that the Payasam and Jamoons were exceptional as well. It was definitely worth the money, and the entire trip to Cary became worthwhile (obviously after our beloved friends😊) Staffs were courteous. Well done Team Anjappar! You made Tamilnadu Proud. The chicken biriyani tastes the same as their other branches that I’ve tried in Chennai and Muscat. I was expecting the restaurant to be larger than it is, hence was a bit taken aback by the size. They give comparatively more quantity of chutney and sambar, but the sambar is just water and veggies... please do better next time...

Sho Guha: What surprised me was there platters came in with just rice and the kababs. No yogurt sauce or salads which you get at any usual mediterranean restaurant. When we asked for sauce, since the meat and rice was dry for us, we were served with a big bowl of yogurt sauce, which we were charged as a separate item. The most surprising part was the 15% service charge that gets added to your bill. I am a fan of Mediterranean food and have been to lot of places with similar food, and I have always ended up liking the whole experience. I did not enjoy this one, contrary to all the great reviews you will find here.

Had the milk powder taste in it.The white plates that are kept have to be changed. Garvita Bhandari: While nukkad serves some delicious food, there is some scope for improvement. We really like their chaat, chutneys and thalis but they need to work on their preparation of dhokla, samosa and chole bhature.Kid-friendliness: They do have an expansive menu and some great options for kids.
