Martha Zapata: Great restaurant in downtown Cary. Happened to walk in after being next door at the brewery. The service was beyond fantastic even though we walked in at 8:40 not realizing they closed at 9.The food was phenomenal, we started with the truffle pate which was smooth and creamy with just enough truffle but not too much to be overwhelming. I had the clams in white sauce and that sauce was so delicious I asked for a Togo container to take some home. Was delicious the next day with a toasted baguette. The best was the stuffed manicotti. The pasta is made in house and is thin, with almost the consistency of a crepe. They also have in house made mozzarella which was just so good. We spoke to the chef at the end to give him thanks and he mentioned that the manicotti is his mother's recipe!We actually returned a few days after our initial visit and had the sausage pie, another of chef's mom's recipes and it was spectacular! A simple buttery crust and sausage and homemade mozzarella inside, I would this every day if I could.I highly, highly recommend. The servers are all super attentive and friendly as well.

CADE B: This place is fantastic! I brought my parents here for wine and appetizers while they were visiting, and everything was so good. It made such a great impression that we returned for our anniversary dinner. Everything was excellent. The wine selection, the service (Colette is very attentive), the food is absolutely killer, and the atmosphere is great, even during a renovation. You can tell they know what they’re doing at Pro’s. It’s definitely one of my three favorite places in the area, and never fails to impress!Dietary restrictions: Gluten intolerance

Maren Kate Vodrazka: Our waiter CJ kept getting our order wrong and made us wait for hours for the wrong food and drinks. He also charged us wrong on all of our checks and we had to keep reminding him to change it. Heinous service. The restaurant was not busy at all either, they were just uncoordinated and unprofessional. My minestrone also was bland and flavorless. Instead of refunding us for false charges they gave the money back ON A GIFT CARD!!! As if we will ever go back.
pragnya sri ghanta: I ordered Blue amalfi as a drink .It was good. For Appetizer, I ordered a spinach dip with fried bread. I didn't like it at all. I tried spinach dip at so many places, and this is the worst. In soup, we got chicken and gnocchi soup, which was amazing. Main entrée is Alfredo chicken with crispy chicken . It was good. Chicken was crispy. Our sever is good and order came out fast.

As someone with server & management experience in the past, You must be aware of how to conduct a dining experience for guest. Our server was a middle aged African American woman and maaan she immediately had a disgusting attitude on our first interaction just by asking for the drinks! We went in with great energy and to start off like that was honestly disgusting. We left immediately after, we didn’t even take a sip of our drink. We will never come back here or recommend it to anyone.

Elizabeth M: We came here for an early family dinner with kids. Our server, Christian, was outstanding! He was fast, attentive, and very friendly. He even chatted with the kids and he made sure we all had everything we needed. I generally enjoy Olive Garden, but the great service took this dinner to the next level. I’d give him 10 stars, if I could. ⭐️ It’s hard to find good customer service these days but Christian knew what he was doing! We had a great time!
Denzell Smith: OLIVE GARDEN FOR THE WIN!!!!!I’ll admit, given the holiday weekend, I was a bit hesitant to go, but I’m SO glad I did. Expecting a wait, I was pleasantly surprised that I was immediately sat. The server was excellent, greeting me with a warm and fri belt disposition, and consistently showing care and attention throughout my experience - he was quick to answer any questions and provide relevant feedback, and never let my drink get beyond half empty. His advice on menu items was on point and he made sure to keep the table free from empty used dishes. I chose the chicken scampi and the food was AMAZING. It was fresh and plenty to eat and take home afterwards. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience - TWO THUMBS UP!!!!Parking: Parking is available at the front, the sides, as well as at the rear of the restaurant - back parking isn’t a great distance from the front either!!

Sanabil Abuhmoud: I’ve decided to give this place a try after hearing many good things about them. This place is very clean and the staff are very friendly. I made a big order for my sons birthday party and it was ready on time. Pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The chicken strips and garlic knots are on point. All of my guests enjoyed it and asked me about the place. From now on, this will be my go to place.

The calzones are some of my favorite calzones in NC and the Italian Sub is on a whole other level. I don’t live in Cary anymore, but whenever I’m back in the area it’s only the finest when i hit the city cause I’m getting lunch at Cappollas.

Was told prices in menu would not match making it difficult to know how much it would cost.Turns out the 9.50 10” pie was now 12.99????That was bad enough but then they add a cash bypass fee of 3.5% and another charge offset fee as well.Pizza and Soda was 17.50!The food was less than good compared to other places and there was nothing unique or great.I did not appreciate the sub-honest pricing and fee gouging.I will not be coming back here.
