I located this office online and saw rave reviews.This is our new dental home and we are so glad to be a part of the family. I am a new mom of twins and the office staff, dental hygienists, and dentists knew exactly how to handle and assist two very high energy and highly emotional 2.5 year boys! They didn't want to leave as they were enjoying themselves so much on their first dental visit. Very informative for the care of young children dental health. I highly recommend this pediatric dentistry and we look forward to our next follow up visit. I would recommend if paperwork/forms can be incorporated into an electronic form submission to make it easier on new patients but no biggy- make sure to arrive a little bit ahead to fill out. Waiting rooms were just so adorable and very kid friendly (if you have little ones watch for available hand sanitizers, for some reason those look very appetizeing to small children...or maybe just mine :) ) Thank you!

They were so efficient that while I was worrying that my son was wiggling too much in the chair, they had already finished applying the fluoride! Safiyyah Hassell: My children’s experience at Riccobene Dentistry for Kids in Cary has been great. They love the art on the walls of the hallway, the waiting room and exam rooms. I have no complaints from the Dental Hygienists or the Doctors. They have shown us kindness and courtesy towards myself and my children. I rated the office three stars due to the reception staff not answering phone calls and changing appointments without properly contacting me. I have left many voicemails, with no call backs. I have physically walked into the office (after many unsuccessful phone calls) and have always seen one to two persons sitting at the reception desk. We have been with this dental practice for a year, I really like the doctors. I plan to give the practice one more chance before finding another.

He is at a tricky age and doesn't typically sit still or do well at the doctors so I didn't have high expectations for this. But the hygienist and dentist we saw were SO good with him. I could tell they really understand little kids/toddlers. Couldn't have gone better thanks to them! The whole place is very fun and kid friendly so that helped him relax which helped. (Depending on the child the decorations and screens might be over stimulating but for us it was a great convenience to have distractions in every direction.)

Amber Reavis: I have been a patient of Riccobene for over 20 years, and have visited four of their locations in this timeframe. At one point I recommended them to all my friends and I started my whole family going there, but my daughter and I were treated rudely by Dr. Garner’s staff at our most recent visit. There has been quite a lot of turnover there and the staff is all relatively new. My child left the dentist in tears for the first time and she has always loved going to the dentist. I am giving two stars for the positive history we had prior to the recent visit. We are looking for another dentist for our family.

I emailed a picture and expected to beg to be worked in on a Monday morning. The doctor called me personally right at 8am and graciously offered a morning appointment to re-evaluate my son. Immediately upon entering the staff checked our temperatures and chatted with my son as if they had known him for years. The doctor came to the lobby to greet me and gave my son a big hug and told him she was sorry his teeth were hurting him! She chatted with me and then took my little dude to the back. Once completed they came back to the lobby and one of the assistants occupied my son so that the doctor could bring me to the back to show me the X-rays and discuss what she thought was causing all of our troubles. We called our pediatrician and got in right away - thank you Dr. Dahiya and all of the friendly staff! You guys are fantastic and well worth the hour drive.

Nishtha Madan: We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dahiya and her whole team. My 8 year old daughter has always been very apprehensive about dentist visits but she felt comfortable and easy from the moment we entered this office. Everyone including the front desk staff is very welcoming and sweet. After the visit, I was surprised when my daughter asked me if we could come back here again. Highly recommend Dr. Dahiya and her team for their excellent service!
