Terrible business practices and horrible customer service. Not sure how they are still in operation.

I spent two weeks trying to get ahold of someone to see if I could get a size exchange. After two weeks, I was eventually given the go ahead and I sent my shoes back to the address I was provided and sent a note in the package for the new shoe size. 4 weeks later and a couple follow ups and I still did not have my shoes. After sending another email giving an ultimatum of either getting my shoes sent out within the next business day or I would cancel my order, the company responds stating they never had a re-order put in and they would re-fund me in 3-5 business days… if I had not reached out I would never have gotten a refund even after I returned the shoes. I have yet to receive my refund a little over a week after getting the refund time frame email. I originally ordered late January.

Alex was helpful and knowledgeable. Alex let me know I should have at least 1-inch room at the toe box for comfort in the sneakers I selected. I felt like I was shopping in the 90s again. I rarely get this level of service in stores these days.The service was appreciated.Alanna was nice and assisted me with correcting the phone number on my rewards account. This was the third time I could not be found because someone typed my phone number incorrectly at the initial setup. I appreciate the initiative to correct it. Hopefully, it's right this time. I'm satisfied with my purchase and I felt good spending my money here with customer service reps who appreciate having customers to assist.
