Mohammad Reaz: Have been going there on a regular basis for the past six months but today's experience was disappointing. Asked for medium sized drumsticks but got smallest of the small ones. Lack of communication and could be better customer service. Will not go back for the meat but maybe other items that are only available there.Update: after our last experience we have seen a difference in the quality and approach to customer service. I'm happy knowing that maybe my last feedback played a part in it. The whole store lacked a bit of cleanliness though and hence the 4 star instead of 5. I hope they will keep up the good work.

Looks like they were leftover portion from the entire day stocks. This is completely dishonest and cheating done by them. I was suppose to serve this meat to my guest . I stay in Raleigh which is far away from this place.. I will never visit this store again and will suggest the same to all my friends.
Muhammad Sajid: Extremely unorganized, poor staffing, the place smelled like it hadn't been cleaned for years. The owner is all about ripping people off for money and gives zero customer service. Oh and by the way, it takes them over an hour to cut up 2 chickens. Falsely advertised as "fresh" because all their poultry is frozen!! Horrible establishment, wish there was a way to give them ZERO stars.

Thomas Quinn: Great selection of marinated meats. Prepare to pay a pretty penny, but the taste of the marinated meats are fantastic. They have craft beers available for purchase and other unique items that are not easy to find all in one place. Highly recommend!

I am a salt and pepper steak man, but for other meats great possibilities. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Found a winner here and will make it part of the regular rotation!

I grew up in a small neighborhood with a local butcher. We used to go here and get fresh meats and local grocery items. The place I knew is long gone and replaced with chains. The Meat House has really brought me back to that local feel. This place is amazing and their meat selection is unbelievable. The butchers here are very friendly and welcoming. You can also ask for items that aren't on display, such as selections of fresh lamb cuts or pork belly slabs and they'll cut it fresh, or order it if its not in stock.They are always open to answering questions and giving advice on food prep and cooking, as well as giving you ideas for a meal. Great place and worth the extra cost.
Daniel Wuliger: If you’re not getting your meat here, you’re missing out. Service is always amazing! Food is always beyond what you could imagine fresh could be. I mean, aside from their tender and delicious fry aged beef. I am going to have them provide my turkeys this year. Last year they provided me with a 5 pound prime rib roast. Amazing!!!
Robert Adams: A disappointing trip to the Butcher's Market. First, it had no whole roasting chickens except possibly in the freezer. That's not my idea of a butcher shop. Secondly, the meat clerk had no idea what a fresh pork ham was. Okay, I'll give a break;a lot of people don't although I would think a specialty meat store clerk would. Guy#2 appears and after I explain what I wanted, he says they don't have that. Now, in this discussion, I didn't detect any overt rudeness but I got a definite vibe that he thought I was wasting his time. Just not friendly, helpful, or sympathetic. Sort of soured me on the Butcher's Market.

C.L.: nice store and good selection, but overpriced for no reason. same products much less elsewhere. also, they are always dead inside so not sure how they stay in business.
Melissa Mason: Upscale market. Great floral department. No salad bar. Other competitors that are less expensive have better produce and seafood. Great selection of bulk items , sushi and hot food. The most impressive department is their bakery. They do a croissant that is filled with pudding, strawberries and whipped cream in perfect proportions that will leave you wanting more.
Bubble Blossom: Very first two visits didn’t go pretty well. The store is pretty decent, clean and tidy but the service was pretty rude. There was one guy at the bakery we stopped by the bakery to buy a cake as it was birthday he asked what are we looking for and then we requested for 2-3 mins. All of sudden he came back within few seconds; we requested for a cake he just threw it on the table.He did not even feel like giving it properly instead he just threw it on the table. Did not expect this behavior on the very first visit. Nobody would want to have an experience like this.

She again huffed and scowled, went into the back, and came out and told me I needed to find a manager and ask them.I felt very unwelcomed and like a bother that I interrupted her day to ask a question.As I was walking out, a woman with a small child approached me and said, "She wasn't very nice to me either."This was my first time at a Fresh Market and will certainly be my last.My experience has shown me that this grocery store does not value it's customers nor their experience.I wrote this review in my car in the parking lot right after my experience for accuracy of the date and time of my experience. 1/26/2023 at 11:15 am.

The young lady who assist me her name on the receipt is Marwah please show her recongizion! I was buying a banana it was only 20 cents I was about to swipe my card. I didn't have any change. She offered and put it in for me already. I was not expecting that most of this don't do it. It shows Marwah is truly dedicated to helping people and takes care of the Customers. Thanks again.

Other items seem to be marked up compared to other stores (coffee beans, yogurt). There were a few items that could make a visit worthwhile (bread from local bakeries, dry beans).

The bakery staff was communicative, super helpful, and created the perfect cakes for our needs based on my exact requests. The berry chantilly cake got us rave reviews and everyone has been asking us where they can find it. The flowers were added on our cutting cake by our florist, but Amanda from the bakery helped us to choose the right icing to make that texturing possible. I highly recommend them for simple, delicious wedding cakes!

Today we stopped in to see what type of olive selection was carried and were very happy to find that they had an excellent variety. We not only left with two large jars of olives but also purchased some fresh goat meat and a jar of grilled eggplant. We will return and highly recommend this market. Very friendly staff/owner.
nasser shahin: This shop is very good. Has a nice selection of items. Very nice employees. The meat is fresh and tasty. We purchased a few cows for an udhiyah program. Brother Fadi gave us a very good price. He was very helpful in prepping the meat. He let us store the meat in the store while we distributed it. You could see them as they procecessed the meat and were clean. It was an excellent expierence and would recommend this place for everyone.

Everywhere else I went, they looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for jameed. At Olive Tree, the young man new exactly what I was looking for, and when I told him I appreciated him not looking at me like a weirdo (as the others had) he said, “Of course, I’m Jordanian.” Being Jordanian myself, I felt that simple statement, and it made an already excellent store with great selection instantly my go to for all future mediterranean food items.

Carm Mc (Cam): Great service from guy in the seafood dept. Needed the larger lobster tails that was being advertised. None in case or packed up. Most usually just say we out, but he was like I will be a few mins. I was willing to wait vs driving to another store trying find them. He came thru with a big box from the freezer.
John Williams: Fresh produce, great wine and EXCELLENT beer aisle, basically a bartender to let us sample. Bakery is fresh and markdowns can't be missed. Meat department is over the top, helping with meeting any needs. Customer service is also incredibly upbeat. Making them my new go to. By the way, the aroma of their grilled sausages....Hello good 👍
steph vicen: Do NOT order for pick up at this location. Groceries are never ready and it's I'm possible to get a hold of them when you've arrived for pick up. You have to get out of the car to notify them which defeats the purpose.Eta when I went inside no one apologized, I waited 20 min outside because app said they were notified once I went inside the groceries were just put in a cart by the male employee and left there . Absolutely ridiculous.

M Something: First visit in several years, not much changed. The posted prices look ok but have a tiny note indicating the need of a Lowes card, the real price is also in tiny print. I purchased some very green bananas and a few tomatoes. Then skipped on every thing else.

Emily T: A wonderful store with high quality lamb! We visited this store because we were in need of lamb for a recipe--the previous "big box" store we purchased lamb from was a disappointment. I asked for lamb shoulder and was greeted with a very fresh product. We used it to cook some Moroccan food over the weekend and WOW. This is the best lamb I've ever had! We'll be repeat customers, for sure.The store has much more than meat to offer--there is a wide selection of tea, tagines, teapots, and spices (including olive leaves). The owners are so nice, too! I asked for recommendations about a tagine and they were more than happy to point out the right one for us.

Kulsum Hafeez: Employees working were not wearing masks and coming up right next to patrons and talking to them. My parents were with me and the employee came from around the counter and talked to them with no mask on. Customers were also not being required to wear masks. Incredibly irresponsible and dangerous during COVID, do not go here.
