They even made a quick swap of tea last minute after I already made the purchase. Delivery was quick!Online only so there is no physical location though I believe there's a booth on Saturdays when the Cary's farmer market is open.

If you like ice tea, the Time Travel Tea is a good place to start. I also really like the Hibiscus tea over ice. I really enjoy the teas from Raleigh Tea Company (plus they are local!)

Meg McIntire: I normally don't write reviews, but the younger girl working here today had a rude/borderline hostile attitude that was really off-putting. Just stared at me, unspeaking, when I walked in, angrily pointed to a wall when I asked where something was, then told me to stand and wait while she finished something on her computer before I could check-out, which she did angrily...I was the only customer in the store. The whole thing was weird and uncomfortable.

Jessica Morris: This is my all time favorite tea shop. When stepping inside it smells amazing and they have plenty of purchases for all price points. The staff is kind and attentive, and will offer their plentiful knowledge about teas if you ask. It’s next door to a cute boutique and Barnes and Noble so it’s a paradise imo.

Venus Fupa: Went it yesterday and was treated very disrespectful by the young lady working in the afternoon. I simply asked a question about a tea & she responded with a disdain & attitude that really made no sense. She was kind and helpful to all the white women who walked in, so its apparent they have a race issue here (see other reviews). The tea I purchase was subpar flavor and over price even “on sale”. I wouldn’t go in if you are a black woman it seems this is a frequent occurrence here and ownership isn’t handle the problem.

Reeze The Vampire: A lovely place for tea and tea accessories. Some items seem pretty overpriced, but it's mostly fair. The tea selection is astounding and I like I can get honey, tea, and some snacks all in one spot. The store is really nicely organized and clean. I've never been to a tea store before, but I have a feeling this one has spoiled me.

I was not acknowledged but I looked around until he was finished. When the ladies left , he proceeded to the back where he had light banter with the other sales lady. He proceeded to make his tea and I then stood in front of the sales lady. He turned and said hello and I said hi. I stood there and nothing. Then I said what do I need to do to get assistance. He said "I spoke to you and you said nothing" . I wasn't about to go back and forth but I did say that I was leaving a review. I was totally prepared to spend a lot since I drove 30 minutes to this store to purchase a gift for a tea drinker. Was this a racist exchange? I say yes. I am a beautiful black woman that recognizes the snub. Beware ...

L: This place is amazing! It’s the largest tea shop I’ve been to with countless teas, honey, sweetness and accessories to choose from. There is a tea bar inside where you can order any tea in the shop. Recommend checking it out.

They are not busy, and they are happy to help you and enjoy talking about teas, teapots, and love to educate people on tea. They also sell honey there - which is great for sweetening tea! - and they have some that is spicy, which makes my soul tingle! I love this place, and I am so happy they have their newer, bigger location.
