Chesterbrook Academy Elementary School: what do users think?
Zlata: I was a student at this school from 2011 or 2012 to 2018 (Pre-K to 5th grade). The website shows many changes since then; the only teacher still at the school from my time there is Mrs. Walker, who was my 5th grade English teacher. Overall, though, it was a good experience.
Carol Jemiolo: My daughter has been a student at CAES for two years and loves it! The teachers and staff are excellent! She has received wonderful and high-quality instruction, which her teachers have been frequently able to tailor to her specific needs (for example, advanced reading assignments). The classes at Chesterbrook are small and personal and the school community at-large has been great! Additionally, the school facilities are quite nice! Very highly recommended! Also, I would be remiss if I didn't give a special shout-out to Ms. Soto (the principal) and Ms. Bolden (the school and summer camp manager) who are a tireless and phenomenal administrative team. Reading some of the other reviews, it seems as if some parents were displeased with a previous principal, but the current administrators are very responsive, professional, and are doing an excellent job! We couldn't be more pleased!
James Xu: We loved to send our son to Chesterbrook Academy in Cary and never regretted for a single second for that decision. Our son enjoyed his time with the school since Kindergarten, and special callout to all his teachers for making his time a wonderful one:Grade K: Ms. RenfrowGrade 1: Ms. JudaGrade 2: Ms. Figuers
WacoTaco (WacoTaco): I was there for 7 years but still don't remember anything about it, no one talks to each other and not many memories were made. It had some of the best teachers and was tons of fun.
Amanda Eckersberg: This school has been amazing, especially with the changes implemented by the new administration. The classes are smaller than in the public school setting, so the teachers are really able to differentiate instruction for struggling or advanced learners. I would recommend this school to everyone who asks!
Linda Salant: We are so impressed with the staff at Chesterbrook Academy and are very happy with our child's experience there. We love the small class sizes, and individual attention given to each child. The teachers are also some of the best quality people around. The relatively recent change in the Principal here brought with it an even better experience than we'd had in the years prior. We plan to stay with Chesterbrook for the duration of our son's elementary school. Also looking forward to the development of their middle school for the years beyond that.
IEMV: The camp says the pool is always broken oh yeah btw you pay a lot of money for 1 slice of pizza.
Asim A: This our third year at Chesterbrook. The school is very academic based and we love it. Parents inputs and concerns are heard and acted upon. The new administration and new principal Ms Soto is very involved and hands on. The administration and teachers are amazing and dedicated. New changes have been made by the principal to respond to ever changing demands of the parents and school academics. It’s a close knit school and we feel our child is safe here. The school now has additional buildings which were completed this year. Great school!!
Dionne Delli-Gatti: If it were possible to score a 0 stars I would. I adore many of the teachers but the administration is horrible. Revolving door of principals with no assistant principal the entire year. Significant additional turn over and other problems.
Mandy Torto: The teachers we had were great but the administration of this school a complete disaster. High turnover, no management skills, and the important selling points of the academics changed at the whim of the principal with no input or compensation (such as destroying the specials offerings promised during enrollment). Technology teacher quit, so they decided to remodel the tech lab instead of replace the teacher, no tech lab the rest of the year, (rather than remodel during summer). Not quite sure how you can teach Spanish twice a week for a year and the students learn nothing. Literally my kids retained more from one day using Duolingo. The promised schedule of personalized assessment and learning for the students NEVER HAPPENED. The principal would change his mind, literally multiple times a day, on programs or procedures. The location and parking and carpool are a nightmare and they are putting portables in the field to expand the school, and taking.up the field. You will not get what's promised and it's pretty high tuition for all the b.s. you have to deal with. The corporations objectives are first, and they cut all the corners they can which will hurt your kids' programs. The assistant principal left so they gave her office to the receptionist, and didn't replace the assistant principal. There was no one to go to with issues except the guy ruining the school. This man won PRINCIPAL OF THE YEAR for the ENTIRE CORPORATION across the country, that is disturbing.
Rashmi Srivastava: My daughter is going since a year in this school. We are so happy with our daughter progress in pre k that we decided to continue with the same school for her KG class.Great faculty, teachers and principals!High level curriculum which provides great learning for kids .If you are looking for great educational environment for your kid ,you can go for enrollment in this school.!!
Tubie Whoobies: Chesterbrock isn"t great School, only one think is the problem people don't respect the carpool line when the wait fo the kid I think that's not respectful for other people waiting first.is that only the chesterbrook need to work more respect the carpool line
Jeff: Chesterbrook was a part of both of our son's lives for 4 years. Every teacher we had at the school was wonderful and will be remembered. We are very thankful that we found Chesterbrook when we first moved to Cary and would not go back in time and choose a different school. Although teachers change year after year the leadership has continued to work to always put the best interests of the children as the top priority and this had shown at the school throughout the time we have been there.

Cary Christian School: what do users think?
Brielle McDuffee: love it
Matthew Strite: I have had a wonderful experience at Cary Christian School and believe that a classical education is a great option for any student. The school's emphasis on a rigorous academic curriculum and the development of critical thinking skills has helped me to grow as a student and as a person. One of the things that I have appreciated most about Cary Christian School is the focus on a classical education. This approach to education emphasizes the development of core skills and knowledge, such as reading, writing, and mathematics, as well as the study of subjects such as history, science, and classical languages. This broad-based education helps students to develop a well-rounded understanding of the world and to think critically about a variety of subjects. In addition to the academic benefits of a classical education, I have also appreciated the supportive and nurturing environment at Cary Christian School. The teachers and staff are incredibly dedicated and truly care about the success of their students. They are always available to provide support and guidance, and they go above and beyond to ensure that each student has the resources and opportunities they need to succeed.Furthermore, Cary Christian School has a strong focus on character development and spiritual growth. The school provides numerous opportunities for students to get involved in service projects and community outreach, and it encourages students to think about their faith and how it relates to their everyday lives. This emphasis on character development has helped me to grow as a person and to develop important values such as compassion, integrity, and responsibility.Overall, I have been incredibly grateful for my experience at Cary Christian School and believe that a classical education is a great option for any student. The school's rigorous academic program, supportive environment, and emphasis on character development have all contributed to my growth and success as a student.
Chelsea S.: Constant noise from loud games/announcers into the late night. It's awful that it has to be so close to residences. I can hear it from inside my house even with the windows closed and I live blocks away.
William Russell: I do not like to post negative reviews but this I have to share.Where do I start....1. I went thru the on campus visit and everyone seemed nice. But there were some interactions with staff that seemed odd. I can't state exactly just did not have sincere feeling and seemed like a facade.2.Do NOT even start an application until you reach out to Admissions, Margaret Finnegan cause i had questions about International students. I spent 3 weeks trying to get in contact with her via phone and her first response when I finally reached her was she had no messages and cause it was summer. I left over 6 messages, I was very friendly and just looking for information.. Immediately rude and basically did not want to talk to me. Was told no way to be admitted and no chance. They are listed as SEVIS approved. How to get a referral when international students can't even visit the USA without I20 which requires acceptance and admission to the school????3. I called the headmaster to complain about admissions not responding to me ever and left 2 voice mails. I got response from admissions M Finnegan instead. Why would I want to get a response from admissions when I am calling the headmaster to complain about admissions????If you can't complain to the headmaster, what's the point in contacting the school any further???This school caters to a specific clientele and I did not notice any diversity. While I cannot speak about the internals of the school, ie education etc, I can speak as an outsider.I DO NOT recommend this school unless you are in their extremely specific clientele.DO NOT even apply without getting an approval from M Finnegan.I wonder how much money they make on admissions fees for prospects that can't even get into the school for any one of their various non acceptance reasons.
Samira Camargo: Love
Sol Z: Pretty dope school ngl
Hillary Hoban: I’m a mother of three children at CCS. It is absolutely an incredible school that values Christ and the Classical education model. The teachers and staff are uniquely gifted and truly come along side the parents to raise a generation for the Lord. The school is a hidden gem and such an answer to prayer for our family.
paul branco: Be careful the application is extensive you will only find this out after the $200.00 fee then its to late to cancel. You will then be required to jump over many hoops. Your son or daughter would have a better chance of getting into Harvard and the application fee is much less.
Samuel Micheal: It is awsome people are nice they have every sport once i met teachers and people its like they already know me they do fun stuff they teach good bible
Esteban The Magnificent: This school is pretty cool. I am getting a good education
Ian Fox: This place is great for me. The athletics are great and fellowship is nice.
Nichole Baird: We have 3 children at CCS and we could not be more pleased. We've been attending the school for 9 years and we truly feel like the Lord led us here. The teachers truly care about the children and the atmosphere is set for learning, respecting authority and admonition for God's word. The academics are also excellent and consistently challenging in all subjects. We love Cary Christian School.
Daniel Joo: Great SchoolGood manner
Jeremy George: This school is absolutely incredible! I've been here for a quarter and I already feel like a better smarter, more confident person. The teachers and staff here are really encouraging and genuinely care about the students grades and well-being. The students are very well mannered, kind, and respectful. I highly recommend you send your child here!
Kevin Davis: The kindergarten and elementary grades are excellent so far. Very solid Christian principals they follow, and they teach good behavior. They learn a scripture 1 x a week, and the school work and academics are excellent. We are very impressed with the school, and happy the kids are going here. They can pray, they can learn the Bible, and they are taught the very best with their education. It is all a truly great blessing, thank you Jesus!
PopularMMOs: Awesome

Triangle Montessori Academy: what do users think?
Erica Ferranti: I would give Triangle Montessori Academy 10 stars if I could. This school and the teachers are absolutely fantastic! My two children love going to school everyday and are thriving.
Lauren Sweetman: Triangle Montessori is an incredible school. My son has been going for two years, and I have only had positive experiences. The teachers are kind, courteous, and the most patient, gentle people I've ever met. The classrooms are calm, but the students are learning through play. It's incredible to see 2-3 year olds engaged in their "work." The toddler classrooms bake bread every morning, the school is a nature sanctuary, and there are vegetable gardens so the kids can see the life cycles of plants. The primary school classrooms build on the skills the toddlers learned. Grace and courtesy are the foundational tenets of the classroom, and children are gently taught how to express emotion, problem solve, and work together. My son's classroom takes a ship to different continents to explore the world, and he comes home telling me about the new places he's explored through crafts, music, stories, and language. He's learning (and teaching us!) sign language, Spanish, and new songs. The primary school teachers have a knack for using the childrens' interests to help them learn what they need for kindergarten readiness while keeping the children engaged and focused. The administrative staff are wonderful - quick to respond, willing to work with the families, and kind. It's a magical place, and I can't praise it enough.
Helen Winslow: Our daughter loves TMA! The teachers are wonderful and really care about the students.
Matt Biagiotti: The very best teachers and they truly care about the children. Highly recommended!
yiran xiong: My daughter went to TMA about 1 year. We moved to California last year. She likes TMA! Teachers are so nice, she still miss them sometimes.
Natasha Pancholi-Khatod: I looked at many preschools and had extremely high standards for loving my children and instilling a love for learning with my children. I wanted them to grow confident and kind. TMA is the ONLY one that I felt met my standards in the area. This is not the school where brick and mortar and frills and bells and whistles matter, this is substance over style. They don't need to show off their facilities because their biggest asset are their teachers and their program. This is an EXCEPTIONAL school, and the teachers and founder are passionate about their kids and what they do. Their curriculum is common sense best of Montessori, they have a wonderful program in place, and the quality of families they attract is educated and sensible. They are the most diverse community, experienced, loving, caring, and nurturing school, and having moved to many states and we are an international family, I have found NOTHING that compares or matches the highest standard - they are really good at what they do, they are extremely humble and down to earth, and they love our kids like their own. I couldn't be more proud and more grateful for their partnership and trust them with my child's well being whole heartedly. Our biggest sadness was leaving this school when we moved to the West Coast, because they were our family and our support system, so that says it all!
료마: My son came from south korea 3month ago , We worried first culture of USA, But He really like this place and teacher. We satisfied this school ! Great ^^
Ann Hsu: Our daughter started going to TMA for almost a year now. I remember when we first tour the school she ran into one of the older kid's classroom and wanted to play. The kid not only opened up a space for her and was showing her how to play. That was a deciding moment for us. Almost a year past she went from a shy and timid kid to a confident and self sufficient child. The teachers knows her personality almost as well as we do. That is so important to us, teachers who cares. Thank you
조수연: My 3years old son looks happy everyday here. Teachers are so nice and the place is great. Thank you so much.
Jilene Hope-Spencer: The development I've seen in my daughter over the past 5 months is mind blowing. The teachers come to meet every child at the door upon arrival in the morning which eased the separation process. What my husband and I especially appreciate is the way the teachers intergrate the parents into fun activities so we are all able to take part. The school maintains a beautiful garden and teaches the children how to germinate seedlings and plant them. The final product results in small tastings for the children which they all love. As a first time mom I was worried about leaving my child at school so I stayed to look through the window. My heart melted when I saw Ms. Stacy and Ms. Rita tending not only to my child but they somehow give so much love to all children in the classroom. The owners; Judit and Matt can always be seen filling in and making improvements. They are very mindful of the experiences each child has on a daily basis. Their involvement is phenomenal. Each of their children were educated via the Montessori method and they are spectacular to say the very least. Their method is tried and true.I am very happy with my experience thus far. So much so I am preparing lunch for the teachers as I type this to provide a genuine gesture of gratitude for the care and education they give my child everyday. They have made me a better parent!!
Ray Tseng: It's what you're looking for! Our son started at TMA and has been there now for 3 years coming up this June. We've looked at MSR, Heartwood, Kingswood, Raleigh School and many other montessori and traditional pre-school options when we started, and we chose TMA for several reasons. The teachers are trained, certified, and keep up to date with professional development. The principal believes in regular CE and training, and that helps keep the curriculum up to date, with fresh ideas circulating in. Our son has been with nearly all the teachers there, and they have all been compassionate and nurturing, helping him to develop into a great young man. They understand and heavily incorporate the montessori teaching philosophy into all their activities, and it shows in their projects and work that are displayed at the school. Tuition is competitive with other schools in the same category, and they offer before/after care, extra activities/classes on a pay per activity basis. The school is smaller than Heartwood, which is what we were looking for.At the end of the day, other schools had pretty stuff, and pretty facilities, but when we delved further with questions, they just didn't execute as well as TMA did. I care more about the personal interactions and attention that my son gets on a daily basis, and I'll trade pretty buildings and big playgrounds in for a collection of great teachers who are dedicated to what they do, have the versatility to work with children at all skill levels, and take the initiative to meet children where they are, and push them to be better. I believe we could not have picked a better place for our son to grow up in.
Diana Rodriguez: Wonderful experience! This school is very special to our family; best preschool by far. Our kids received an exceptional education by a well prepared group of experienced teachers. It is a safe and caring place were you can see kids happy and eager to learn. You can tell teachers really care about their students and take care of their education with love and respect. We are grateful for our experience and definitely recommend this school.
Aliya Gard: We have sent our children to TMA now for 2+ years and couldn't be happier. Our oldest, now almost 4 started when he was 18th months in the Toddler program and has enjoyed every day. His teachers are all AMS certified and AMAZING! Top notch. Our youngest has just started the Toddler program at 2yo. Since we've attended, the director is consistently making improvements to the play areas, the edible/interactive gardens and room supplies. There's no shortage of before school or afterschool activities for parents who work later than 2pm - our oldest just started Karate and loves it! Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a quality Montessori education for their children with great facilities, teachers, staff and director!
Natalie B: My son attended TMA for 1 year before kindergarten and they did an exceptional job with him. By the time he left, he was reading at the 1st grade level and was already being introduced to multiplication. I loved the fact they didn't teach to the masses, but they focused on the individual. Thank you for everything you did!!!!
Lisa Augustson: This is the absolute best school I have ever experienced in my 7 years of looking for preschools . I feel like My child has grown and developed because of the facilitation of her skills with focus on courtesy and grace. She is able to communicate and identify her feelings because of the teacher's kind examples. The Directress Judit is so wonderful and experienced and her passion for the children shows in how she runs the school. I will recommend this school to everyone I know for as long as I can. I will never my forget my childs experience at TMA.
