CD Upchurch: This review is solely relating to the commercial property, not the individual businesses located here.1) The best feature of this place is the HUGE amount of parking. And the WORST thing about this place is HOW the parking lots are divided up and how the lines are painted. The parking spaces near the sidewalks of all the buildings on the North side of the shopping center are TOO NARROW.2) BE CAREFUL when driving through the parking lots. They are divided up in ways that make for totally messed up traffic patterns. For example, in the middle, there is a straight, wide, 2-way ROAD which encourages some drivers to speed through no less than 6 intersections! On the Northeast corner, there are several undivided areas which temptATTENTION PROPERTY OWNERS....1) You have SO MANY PARKING SPACES within a few steps of these buildings, so WHY ARE THE SPACES CLOSEST TO THE BUSINESSES SO DARNED NARROW? You are 'cutting off your nose to spite your face!'

David Williams: The new ownership has done a excellent job in updating this shopping center. They have resurfaced the parking lot and there is no longer trash floating everywhere like tumbleweeds. The storefronts all got a new paintjob and it feels safer to walk around. I commend them in making this a better location.I did see that they are also working to rezone the property to incorporate high density housing and more retail. I think that this is a great idea; more housing options close to retail will allow folks to walk to stores instead of driving everywhere in their air conditioned box. Apartments and condos are better than empty parking lots.
