"I started the AR-Fit Adult Classes last week and I cannot say enough good things. First of all, the one hour classes are truly that- 1 full heart pounding, sweat inducing hour. The trainers don't short change you at all- truly not even a minute. The hour includes strength, cardio and mobility.
