What a wonderful team and such a nice group to have when going in to a not always fun doctor visit. Highly recommend.

Angela: The nurse will rarely call you back. Which is really unprofessional because someone can have a serious medical question about their baby or their own health. The nurses here also have attitudes. One nurse seriously told me that when she was pregnant she worked all the way through. Lady every pregnancy is different! If your having any pre labor signs they don't care, they wouldn't take you out work early to lessen your stress. They will also try to push you to get the covid vaccine. The front desk will also put you on hold for 20 minutes are more. The rooms are rarely clean. I was taken to a room and there was used tools from a pervious paitent just laying on the counter. Which is nasty because you can easily get someone sick. You also should have your rooms sanitize after every patients. Most serious you could get a pregnant women sick. You are a health department. You will also not just have one assigned doctor. Everytime you go here you will see a different doctor everytime. You will also be waiting 20 minutes or more to see a doctor after you made it on time for your appointment. I wish i would've chosen a different Prenatal clinic but it's too late since I am too far along in my pregnancy.

Jesse Finkley: A NURSE TALKED BADLY IN FRONT OF ME ABOUT A YOUNG MAN WITH DREADS WHILE I WAS GETTING A COVID SHOT!!It was stressful enough to wait in line for the covid vaccine, but to get to the station where the nurse gives you your shot, and you hear the nurses seated together talking about a young man's 'dreadlocks' (his hair) was despicable. "No telling what's crawling in there" a nurse said. Nurses are busy talking about folks instead of doing their job and making people feel comfortable. At least the young man did his part by getting vaccinated. People and cultures wear their hair how they please. Do you make fun of people who wear their hair pink, or have nose, and tattoos all over their body? Do you make fun of the homeless and poor who seek your services?? I really wanted to leave, but the nurse was about to give me the shot while running her mouth. Businesses forget that they are always subject to review. Even if there is another booster, I won't be getting mine there- Wake Co. Dept of Health on Sunnybrook rd. People are already leary about getting vaccinated, we don't need rude nurses making it a bad experience!!

carl caddell: Not sure of the women’s names on the phone, first woman I spoke with was kind, however the second was very rude to me. Seemed to be bothered by my questions. Came to the conclusion very quickly that I’d be better served helping myself or seeking help somewhere else.

Tina: Went here for the Covid vaccination and the experience was horrible. For someone that is afraid of needles, they did not make me feel at ease. After getting the shot, my arm started going numb and one of the nurses said that the person who gave me the shot probably got close to a nerve. That also said that sometimes it's a rare side effect, which I highly doubt. The band-aid that they put on me ended up causing a reaction. Note...I have never had a reaction to a band-aid...EVER!I went to a UNC facility for my second shot and absolutely zero side effects and most importantly I barely felt the needle. And no reaction to the band-aid they gave me.

jaan08011: Basically everytime I have a question I’m transferred to someone else that ends up never responding. I’ve left voicemails countless times and never get a call back. I honestly don’t even see how irresponsible they can be. I mean I understand if they’re busy and if they can’t respond right away, but they are in charge of highly important matter and they should manage their tasks professionally, which sadly they don’t. I really hope they start taking drastic measures with improvement, because they need that asap.

Ahsa Bah: Be aware that tax payers are fitting the bill for injuries caused by hospital doctors and nurses. Unnecessary services are being rendered, unlawful medicating and restraining are being practiced and those who are using Medicare or Medicade to pay for these services are being defrauded.

Brandon Craven: I'm on the line for second time to find out where my kids prescriptions are being filled. I've been on the phone for 20 minutes before the phone rang through to a woman who connected to me on accident. She asked if "are you still there ma'am?" And then placed me on hold for another 4 minutes until asking Why I was calling. Then she through me back to the answering machine. It's been 36 minutes so far

MQSLorri: This place is slow. If you call the customer service center, you cannot get through because the automated phone service is designed not to let you get through. When you have an issue or need a question answered that is not covered on that service. You will NEVER get through. By the time you reach ANYONE, you are so pissed off that you have an attitude and the workers already have an attitude which makes the situation worse. Something has got to give.

Ronald Carnes: In the beginning it was necessary to visit Orange County Social Services as much as three times a year. Now I visit only once a year. With the option of handling my business online, and not visiting the office at all. Truth be told I enjoy the face to face contact because the associates are so friendly and don't seem to mind taking the time to explain any confusion you might have.

Alison: I had blood titers drawn to see which vaccines I needed (for a course) and they helped me out in a pinch. The phlebotomist (Tish) was the best I've ever had, and I require regular blood draws for Hashimoto's (going on my 24th year). Tiffany Lea was the other woman who helped; they both get 5+ stars, and I will return for basic vaccines since my doctor's office aren't that great at following through on things like vaccines. The lady at the front desk was so-so (2 1/2 stars).

Scott Benson: We had an amazing experience with a rapid COVID test at the Orange County Health Dept. When CVS cancelled our appointment last minute before a trip, we were left scrambling. We found this location and decided to give it a try. It took 10 minutes total for five of us. We should have gone here in the first place.

R C: PCR Covid testing here is run by LHI, which is a disorganized and understaffed vendor. They lost our results and took five days to tell us that they lost the results.

Emma Berry: While scheduling an appointment over the phone, the two receptionists I talked to were both needlessly rude. The second one I talked to from the Chapel Hill location randomly put me on hold right in the middle of us finding a time. Also, call me old fashioned, but it should be common courtesy for a receptionist to at least say "goodbye" or "have a nice day" before hanging up. Unprofessional, especially when some people are called with worrying health concerns. I felt like a nuisance to them.

April: The receptionist was very aggravated sounding and then when they transferred me to someone else that person hung up on me. It wasn't an accident, you could hear them slam down the phone. I guess they were busy and they didn't think my needs were important. Then I called back and she said "I don't have nothin' to help you in chapel Hill." Whatever that means. I didn't get her name but she had a Latino accent. All I said is that I needed to be seen urgently for a reproductive issue. And the Hillsborough office is closed because of some type of "event?" Then finally after being hung up on twice, I called back and she acted mad at me for calling back even though she's the one that hung up on me without saying anything! She gave no apology, and no other suggestions. If these people don't care about doing their jobs then they need to find a job somewhere else!! Now since I couldn't get help in time, my health issue will be much more serious.

Savannah Nicole: Worse doctor’s office experience EVER!!! The Hispanic front desk receptionist at the Health Clinic lied, failed to help and thought that her phone was more important then doing her job!

Gina GERSON CHOQUETTE: I don't know how the main facility rates but they have outreach staff that work at least part time out of the Seymore Senior Center which is right next door to it. The outreach worker assists seniors with applications and processing of food stamps, medicaid and other qualifying assistance programs.I believe the main site also works withfamilies, mothers, children etc in needof help to qualify.

Tonya Marie: I’ve been on the phone all day with people who have no idea. Don’t know how to answer simple questions. I try to see if the health department have walk-in appointments. No one ever answered the phone and when I called social service side, the person was clueless. Not only just clueless just plain out rude I cannot walk over there and nobody asked you to walk over there. LEARN TO LISTEN TO ANSWER NOT TO RESPOND.

This place was not busy and I had made an appointment prior. Not sure why they need people going from one room to the next just to have a simple checkup.

Tonya Adams Ruffin: It was well maintained. There are security guards and staff available if you need assistance. You have to go to a small building in the parking lot to get a ticket and answer questions about COVID-19, then you walk across the street and go in and your temperature will be checked. You proceed to security and they will direct you to your destination.

Courtney Carson: I was a walk-in at the clinic and only had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen. Having read the reviews here, I was worried I would have a negative experience. That wasn't the case at all! The staff were so warm and attentive from the security guards to the nurse practitioners. They do an awesome service for the community!

Jaqueline Chavira Trinidad: I went in today around 4:40 p.m. I needed to get a blood test, and I did not know what room to go. I went to this lab room, I think it was room 5 in the first floor. The receptionist from that room was terrible, she was an Afro-American woman, and she treated me like if I was retarded and even asked me if I had papers. I felt terrible, she might have meant papers as an ID or something like that but I think she said it in double meaning. Anyway, I went to Any Lab Test Now, and I was treated 100% better. I cannot believe that unprofessional people like this have a job.
