Collin Guy: Supposed to have 24/7 access to your space, but the building has been locked all weekend. You’re not provided a key or code to get in when this happens, so don’t leave your possessions or anything you might need in your office over the weekend because you won’t be able to get it.

Chad Turner: I've been here a year and a half. John manages the place and he's likable and helpful. The units are clean and basic and come with desks and chairs, just perfect for my needs. It's not uncommon to hear someone in an adjacent unit when they are on the phone because these are pretty small units, and insulation only goes so far. Fortunately, most tenants are working on their own and don't spend a whole lot of time on the phones. The location is fantastic.
James Green: The space is in a good location and the offices are in really good shape. We're doing a co-working option so we have desks, chairs, internet, etc... all covered as a part of our monthly costs. Plus, there is access to two really nice conference rooms for when we need to have a discussion where we aren't sitting in front of a computer.

ashley bell: Building staff is friendly and responsive. I can be more productive here than working at home.Staff provided extra key fobs for employees and were flexible about rearranging furniture to meet our needs. Location is great as well!
April Maness: Helpful and attentive staff. Nice, modern office space at a reasonable price.Although very convenient, directions from Google and Apple maps to get to this building can be a bit confusing. The building is located in the office complex behind Mellow Mushroom and La Farm. Best to enter from the Cary Parkway side on Preston Executive Dr.
K B: Nice offices and conference room. I like the outdoor work area. Setup of my laptop was very easy.
J. T. Esq.: Not recommended, poor management. Facility looks modern but that's the best thing. Otherwise rude, often unresponsive people.
Wrenn Smith: I would not recommend this place if you're seeking something simple for your startup or small business. The management staff of the entire place is very tough to deal with, no matter what you're looking to get help with, and you really get no amenities for the price. Cleaning is next to none, you take out your own trash, and the walls are extremely thin to the point where you can literally hear a conversation from a couple of suites down from you. Having visited several other shared office spaces in the immediate area, I would advise looking elsewhere based on over a year of experience in this environment.

James Jordan Personal: Well just talk about pop music... wrong song! This team was superbly dynamic.... and my mom Dr. V. liked them and she doesn't necessarily like everyone.. these songs keep popping in my head which just leads me to believe this place is administratively magical and music to my ears. Nice digs too. Upgrades coming soon. But I like them just the way they are ( music, fade to black)

Attentive to our needs, and proactive in providing expert service. It really feels like a total 5-star Concierge service! If you are looking for a place to call home for your office or business, you can't go wrong with Kildaire Office Suites! This is a Prime location in lovely Cary, North Carolina with safe secure covered parking, a bank-in the building, and even a Chinese restaurant. I should mention that if you want to have a professional office presence in Cary, KOS is THE place to be.
