Stephenie Allen: The pickup was uneventful, but upon returning the item, we received a call that the rental was not received and was told that we would be charged additional money on the card we used. The guy was very rude and accusatory and hung up the phone. After checking again, he noticed everything had been returned in perfect order and called to apologize. He should have checked thoroughly before being so rude and making such accusations.

Guest Account: Been going to them for 15 years. So friendly. They know you by name. So accommodating. They will bend over backwards to get you the equipment you need on the spot at the last minute. Tama Coleman: Very disappointing experience. Buyer beware. I had signed a contract, but had not made the deposit. When I called back to do that - they told me - they could not accommodate my order.I found another company - luckily - who made sure they told me I needed to pay quickly or I would lose the tent...That is how this should have been handled. A quick call or an email saying I needed to pay immediately is what a real professional company would have done.

Bridget P: Did well with Delbert and pickup and accommodating our venues mishaps. Although, I was not a fan of me being point of contact when I specially asked for them to contact my wedding planner. Other than that, communication was fair and rentals were up to standards.
Thomas Strickland: Cory and Charles arrived promptly and did a great job setting up. This place is very communicative with the best pricing around. They stay super busy so order in advance like we did. Wonderful experience all around.
Hatem Tagel-Din: I rented a helium tank from them. I thought I will be saving money this way. I was told I will pay for the amount I use of helium. No one ever checked the meter before I get the tank. I did not comment on this. When I returned it, they measured the meter I ended up paying $152 for less than 80 small size balloons (like 8-9 inches diameter) which almost double what I would have paid if I get two tanks from Walmart. I was told I used 800 units!!!. This was my first and last experience
Brandon Greene: These are my people! I've been renting various equipment for them for years. Miss the South Saunders St location. Prices are usually cheaper than those big name rental places. I can also honestly say if they don't have a piece of equipment available, they will call the competition (usually Holland) to see if they have it available for you! Now that's not only customer service, its understanding a customer's needs.

I've tried all the other equipment rental places around Apex & Cary and been disappointed or paid too much. This is my go-to place now.

Shane K: good group to work with here. rented a 50' towable manlift. drove it home & realized it wouldn't work for my needs. returned it several hours later & clerk said he'd have to charge me for 1/2 day rental but he'd talk to manager about cutting me a break. manager said no charge. i then had them deliver a larger lift to my house. their delivery charges were $100 each way where sunbelt in raleigh was $200 each way and the daily rental fee was ~$100 less on the lift. not trying to put down sunbelt as i've rented from them before without issue, but hertz had better pricing for my needs
Chris: I was provided a hertz rental car when I was rear ended. The guy was 30 minutes late to pick me up to begin with. I go in to pick up the car, told the guy I had never rented a car before he said it was easy he would walk me through everything. He sets everything up and asks if I want the extra insurance. Says it is 15 dollars. I say 15 dollars sure. The part he left out was 15 dollars a day. I had the car for two weeks. I call back when I get the bill and ask to speak to the manager, he says his manager is out of the office. I call corporate no one will even speak to me. Manger never would speak to me. Avoid these scam artists. The next month my girlfriend's car was hit (bad two months!) Enterprise was fantastic - on time, and explained the 500 documents they have you sign.

Darcus Elliott: I rented a ride on aerator from here. Service was great. The crew outside helped me secure the load to the trailer. I told my dad where I rented the aerator from because he was interested in renting a stump grinder. He reserved it and I went to pick it up. The grinder wasn't ready so they sent me to the Durham location. They didn't have it either. I had been working with Jordan Bunn throughout the process. Jordan was able to have the machine delivered to my house in light of all the traveling I had done in order to get the stump grinder. The delivery driver unloaded it where it needed to go while staying socially distant. Overall the experience was great thanks to Jordan and the crew. Thank you!

charles murray: The machine we rented was great, did the job quick. The guy in the shop was fantastic, very helpful. My issue was we had the machine probably 1 hour so when I called the office to ask if there was a price break since we only used it an hour the guy on the phone said sure, we will take care of you. Then, when I returned it the shop guy said hey, you know you get %20 off for early return I said great, however when I checked out the guy gives me a bunch of lies as to how there are no early return discounts on that particular machine just all the others and invoices me full cost. They lost our company’s business I’ll go back to the other company we previously used United Rental
