Doug C.: I get that blasting loud music probably helps move the customers along, but last night it was just *way* too loud. We started feeling bad for the employees who must having hearing damage... The food is usually ok, but I think we'll find somewhere else to go from now on that is a bit less deafening. Also maybe try not to give people with reservations the worst seats (directly in front of the kitchen where waiters constantly wheel carts past).

Vivian Foxglove: I can't believe I haven't rated this place! I love it! It's so tasty and consistent, and the tacos are really high quality! The decore is AWESOME and the lighting is nice and the desserts are FANTASTIC and oh my god this is the ONE redeeming restaurant that makes up for all the Garbo tier places in this town. I've been to EVERY Gonzo's location and they've all incredibly consistent between them food-wise, but I would say the decore here is particularly stand out (though they all have their own unique flair).PLEASE EAT HERE

The decor is fun, the hot sauce is delish, the drink specials aren't bad at all and the pork and chicken tacos are soooooo good with a little hot sauce drizzled on there and a cold margarita. They also have fun menu items like the goki burrito, which comes with a goku sticker. Affordable prices, tastey food, not too crowded whenever I've been there so I've never had to wait for a table.

Went back for another fantastic lunch of Chili Relleno with steak. Wonderful. Went back for lunch Fri, June 16th, had a wonderfull Seafood Molcajete, loaded with crab, shrimp, scallops, tilapia, nopales, mild jalapeño pepper and onions in a light cheese sauce. Top of the line. Excellent service as well. A top class Mexican restaurant. We also had a delicious tilapia burrito, not on the menu but they were happy to make it.
Kendall T: Nice folks, not great food.I got 3 tacos as takeout. One had charred meat chunks, one was "pork belly" which turned out to be literal bacon, and all 3 had greasy shells. I mean maybe if bacon is your thing this is actually a plus, but I was not feeling it. Chips were bland and salsa was mediocre. I will not be back.

Keep it 100 24/7: I get 3 tacos for for lunch chicken chicken pork and a seak taco.. The steak was day old steak hard dry very dry and overcooked it wasn't even hot they covered it with a bunch of Cilantro so you couldn't notce.it. Ben The Mechanic: I had to travel to cary for family ordeal. Met up here for lunch. About 7 of us ate around 1 pm. The waiter was a true pro. He did exceptional. After ordering the food came out in about 15 mins for all 7 people. Very quick. Everyone at the table made noises of sadisfaction while eating their meals. I had taco salad which was really good and fresh. I had a really great experence!

Courtney Wood: I had a great first experience at Torero's in Cary, NC. I went out with a couple of my friends for dinner. I wasn't a big fan of Mexican until I ate here, but the staff was welcoming. The vibe was comfortable and colorful. The food was delicious. The serving of food was a lot. So, they give you a lot for your buck. There are also specials throughout the week. I'm interested in Monday's $2 Margaritas, Tuesday's $1 tacos, and Saturday's $12.99 margarita on the rock pitchers. The rest of the specials are beer which I don't drink. Overall, you should check it out if you haven't.

Ted Aron: We used to eat here several times when they first opened. It was really nice back then. We were looking for some Mexican this past weekend and decided to try it again. It had been probably over 10 years since we had last been there.I realize getting good help these days is very difficult, but it took about 12 minutes for our waiter to arrive at our table. They were not crowded. Probably 1/3 of the tables were in use (not a good sign for 6:15pm on a Saturday). Ordered 2 premium margaritas. They were very heavy on the margarita mix.Our meals were so-so, but what really got me was the fresh diced tomatoes on my tostada included a diced tomato core... About 10% red tomato in this cube, 90% brown stem at the top of the tomato. I took a photo which I will attempt to post.As we were walking out we left a cash tip for the young male host who seated us. When he saw our waiter wasn't coming, he took our drink and food order and got it into the kitchen on our waiters behalf.Definitely won't be going back.
Mary Jones: Ordered from expensive Postmates delivery but only because I had a $10.00 coupon to absorb the extra $ they charge. I live 15 miles away AND the driver made another stop before mine and yet my food was still warm. This shows me the food was made fresh right before driver pick up. Got a Border sampler which had 3 of my favorites and a side of refried beans and Mexican rice which made the perfect meal. Also came with a BIG bag of chips and LOTS of salsa. Sopapilla didn't travel well and was greasy and soggy but with the chocolate dipping sauce made it worth while and still delicious! This great experience shows me a managemnt team that cares about what they serve their guests and train their employees to do the same. In these times this is HUGE in building sales and a loyal fan base. COUNT ME IN!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE 5/10/2023 Another excellent experience!! Jonathan Newburg: I will be more careful ordering online for pickup since I had a pretty bad experience.I recently placed an order online. It was 2 entrees I ordered. Order placed, credit card charged, ETA of order getting ready. Great!I arrived at the location to confirm I arrived. I wouldn't get upset if it wasn't ready since I understand it will take a while longer due to short staff, busy hour, etc. The employee confirmed the order and checked for an update. The employee came back telling me someone canceled my order and there was nothing that can be done. I was surprised. I never had someone deciding to cancel my order like that. I went back to the order status online. It was still showing it was received.Since someone confirmed the order was canceled, I submitted feedback online to request a refund. No response back for over 3 days and my credit card was fully charged.I'm dissapointed how the whole process turned out. I will reconsider ordering from somewhere else. They do not have a good process in ordering online and cannot cancel the order if something went wrong. I hope someone from management can look into this to avoid another situation like this from happening again.

Did not disappoint. From the time you enter, you are greeted and welcomed. Then explained first time there was explained what they had. Each station on the line and grill was filled with a person that was very nice and listened to your needs.The portions was very filling. I was in the food business for over 25 years and the food was freshly made from vegetables, queso, guac and high end meats. Quality was spot on and flavor was very tasty!James the Assistant Manager is a great asset to the company. A true Customer Service driven Manager, willing to make absolutely sure your experience is a terrific one.Also the place was very clean. I was told the place had been open going on 2 years. Management is doing a great job. My Wife and I came in around 2pm on a Saturday. Which was a little slow but it was 2pm, but I noticed and took note when the employees were not filling orders they were cleaning. Without being asked too. The Telfairs: I really liked this place. Wanted to give a 5. But have a 4 and here is why.I ordered nachos, they were fully loaded and affordable but cold. Most places will send your nachos through a toaster oven to melt your cheese, here they rely on the hot cheese they put on top to melt shredded cheese but if you don’t get that cheese on top then your out of luck. And the toppings are cold or room temp at best so not much luck there to assist with melting your cheese which is the best part of the nacho.Other than that service was great, gets busy in the evenings after the swim class next door lets out so be mindfulKid-friendliness: Kids were everywhere so definitely kid friendly

William Renfroe: Easily the worst meal we've ever had at any "Mexican" restaurant.We arrived at the end of the lunch rush. The restaurant was busy, so apparently it is popular. We appeared to be the only Anglos in the dining room. That and the many positive reviews raised out expectations.The pollo rostizado was the only really positive part of the meal. It was pretty good. The rice wasn't bad. The rest of the meal (chicken enchiladas, the black beans that came with the roast chicken and enchiladas, the iced tea) were awful. The "beans" were mostly pot liquor. The tea had a nasty aftertaste. The enchiladas were almost tasteless. The chips served with the meal were greasy and had almost no corn flavor.I don't know why our experience was so bad when there are so many good reviews. We obviously won't be going back.

C Hall: New favorite Mexican food restaurant. We visited for the first time a few weeks ago and we've already come back twice more. I've tried the chicken burrito (it's huge) and it was really really good, even the next day as leftovers. The second time we went I got chicken sope, loved it! This time, I tried the huaraches with chicken picadillo. The chicken is pretty darn good. Plenty of fresh lettuce and the good cheese. The chips and salsa are terrific, too! The chips crackle like they are multi layered. I have to try not to fill up on them because they are so great I'll forget about my meal! Oh, yeah, the cantaloupe agua fresca is amazing and tastes just like a juicy, delicious cantaloupe. I two thumbs up recommend this restaurant! The only tiny thing I don't love is that sometimes the music is too loud.
