Pakora was really yummy and chole bhatura was good too.. giving two stars for that.. ordered fried rice and pongal and will not recommend anyone.. worst pongal ever.. it was very watery and undercooked... They give comparatively more quantity of chutney and sambar, but the sambar is just water and veggies... please do better next time...

Visited couple of times and same experience with food. Chole Bhature was really awesome. They serve only one Bhatura but that’s enough as it’s too big in size. Gobi Manchurian was also good. Garvita Bhandari: While nukkad serves some delicious food, there is some scope for improvement. We really like their chaat, chutneys and thalis but they need to work on their preparation of dhokla, samosa and chole bhature.Kid-friendliness: They do have an expansive menu and some great options for kids.

J. B.: The service here is really great, but it is an order-at-the-counter setup, so not a full sit-down service, but still very helpful people. The food is really good. It is almost as hot as the food served in India, so don't think you can handle the hot level if TexMex is your idea of hot. One of our guests from North Asia said he likes really hot spicy food, but was shocked at how hot the hottest dish was. He had to get extra bread and mix in some yogurt in to finish his meal. The manager was very helpful and offered to replace the meal with something less spicy. However, my friend was determined to finish what he ordered. The manager later gave him a gift card for his next meal. Now that is customer oriented service! I had the shrimp in butter sauce and enjoyed the normal spice level just fine. The cilantro sauce is excellent and adds flavor to the dish.

I literally dumped in the trash after a few bites and cooked ramen, which was better/also awful, but that is what I had on hand. For example, sag paneer was mostly onions, and a minuscule amount of paneer (cheese) and sag (spinach)..People give this a good review, why?never again..

I pay tips to the person I take service from, not for your personal pocket.

We wanted to avoid gratuity by splitting our group into two groups. It is our choice. Owner started saying that loudly again and again to their workers that we are splitting into two groups to avoid gratuity and are not respecting them. How come a restaurant do such drama before even we had a seat right after we walk in. Its our choice how to sit, they cannot insist us, and degrade us like that, leaving us no other option but leave. If we like the service, there is an option to tip at the end. Even that is our choice. Insane. I know mutton biryani is famous here, its not just taste is important even service matters..!!! We just came to eat peacefully, not to have words like that. There was at least not even single person out there on a typical on Saturday evening. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY OPTION, there are many awesome restaurants out there.

praveen Kumar: Food for no doubt is bad. But the way they treat you as a customer is worse. They assigned a seat to me and when I started eating, one of the working staff told me that seat was assigned to different people. I don't know what to do or how to react, I came to my senses and directed him to the person who asked me to sit there. I couldn't eat my food there and had to come out finishing as soon as I can. Worst experience.

The non-vegetarian dishes had that extra kick of spice, which added to their appeal. Briyani was simply awesome; just blissful(can be less of oil). Oh man...I'm still craving for the Biryani (next time tummy 😋) . I must mention that the Payasam and Jamoons were exceptional as well. It was definitely worth the money, and the entire trip to Cary became worthwhile (obviously after our beloved friends😊) Staffs were courteous. Well done Team Anjappar! You made Tamilnadu Proud. Vishrut Sundararajan: Ended up coming on a busy Sunday afternoon and it was crowded with long wait times. We decided to wait, and it was worth it! The chicken biriyani tastes the same as their other branches that I’ve tried in Chennai and Muscat. I was expecting the restaurant to be larger than it is, hence was a bit taken aback by the size. But the food and service more than makes up for it!

Hans Enders: Really slow service, but yummy meal. 45 minutes for two dosa? Sad that they use one-time use plastic bottles of water and plastic to-go cups for other beverages. Apparently, they don't have a dishwasher for glasses. I feel they put the orders in for in-dining patrons in the same production line as the many to-go orders. Probably why we had to wait so long, ug! There is a nice mural painting of an agricultural scene in India, and somehow a really sweet, wooden canoe hanging overhead. I suppose that is leftover from the prior leasing business here. shrug
