JULIA HALMAGYI: I have to say this was the worst experience, food was at best a 1 out of 10. The beef tartar was still frozen when they bought it out. Their miso soup tasted burned and smelled like wet socks. Asked for fried vegetables they bought us raw vegetables twice. It was truly a big disappointment.Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More

Jo Dee: It's like we died and went to KBBQ heaven. I am a kimchi nut, and to have my kimchi plate refilled that fast was terrific. We ordered the AYCE meal which didn't feature the better quality meats, but it was still some of the better quality steak I tried. Pauly was a great server. He was on top of everything. Definitely coming back, even though we live in Western North Carolina!
C H K: Highly impressed by Seol Grille & last night's delivery of our delicious korean bbq dinner! 😋 It was recommended to us by our airbnb host mere moments after we decided to order ourselves — easy to see why it is beloved! •5 🌟 •Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Korean BBQ, Fried Dumpling 8 pcs, Korean Fried Chicken, Beef Bulgogi …More

Jennifer Valle: The food was great. The restaurant it's self was very loud and busy so it hindered getting your food in a timely manner. The waiter did a fantastic job with the circumstances he was given, but I feel they assigned too many tables to one waiter. That's not a bad thing in a restaurant that you cook our own food in but when you are given a time limit to your table it's starts to become an issue. There were 6 of us and though nothing was said I think we almost hit our limit since we waited for sides, drinks and sauces a lot longer than we had hoped. Over all still a great experience.
Laurie Allen: Meat and corn cheese was delicious but the sides were very lacking. For vegetables to cook you’re given a slice of dried out sweet potato, mushrooms, and tofu. Would have been really nice to get broccoli, carrots, or more veggie options in general.Staff was incredibly friendly, all greeted us and stayed on top of the service. However I really expected a higher end atmosphere for the $100+ we paid for 2 of us (just 2 meals, no drinks, apps, etc.) My booth was broken and there was no mood lighting or music. The place felt a bit cheap for the high price tag.Really wanted to like this place and I love the concept but probably won’t be coming back here.
Alicia H: The food was great and so was the presentation :). The service was also excellent! All the employees that passed by were very kind and helpful. It was my first time here along with my friend and it was a pleasant experience for us. I highly suggest the bulgogi with rice and the cheesy corn! I definitely will come again!

Jessica Richardson: What a cool find this was! Went here with my mom on our way to another restaurant for lunch when we spotted this and decided to check it out. This was my first time sitting at a Korean bbq table and as a newbie I could not have asked for a better first experience. Our server, Ethan, was fantastic, informative and so very patient with us the entire time. The rest of the staff were equally attentive and helpful. The food was very delicious with me now being a huge fan of the beansprouts side dish and their fermented soybean sauce which just popped the flavors of the grilled meats! A wonderfully fun experience for all, highly recommend :)

Honey Pig Korean BBQ in Cary: what do users think?
Cessely Gordon: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Kimchi Pancake, Corn CheeseMore
Manisit: The portions are generous. You would have a wonderful problem of running out of space for food on your table. The BBQ combos are decent for a table of 4 although they say serves 2-3. With an appetizer of kimchi pancake and BBQ combo we had enough to eat. Makgeolis and Soju are your to go comfort alcohols with all the meat. The staff is quite friendly and kind, and there is ample parking around.
Xiang Cui: Pretty disappointed experience. We tried this Honey Pig because we had good experience in the DC area. Was quite excited when we saw it opened a new one in Cary. It turned out to be the opposite of our expectation. We came in at 12:30pm for a Saturday lunch. Only two tables had customers. But it took a good 30 minutes until they serve any appetizer or those side dishes to us. The server told us there was only one cook to prepare everyone’s appetizer. But how about serving some side dish first so the customers are not left hungry? Then when the full plate of meat came, there was not much of an explanation of which meat is what and how long we should grill, let alone grill it for us. Definitely a big gap of service quality comparing to their DC franchise. At the end, some of our family members lost the appetite because the meat was too dry. We ended up having to take half meat home. The tips were automatically charged because we had a party of 5. If had a choice, we would leave much less than that. Won’t come back again. There are better Korean BBQ in the area.
grace Sxoquist: 10/10!!! So much food! The side dishes were great and the meat was even better! I love the kimchi and the bulgogi literally melts in your mouth so good!!!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

kim seungil: came here with my friends, anf first of all, the atmosphere is clean and very cozy. perfect place to drink some soju~also server was pleasant and sweet.we had a premium beef combo for party of 4, and it was more than enough for the four of us. the brisket and ribeye was one of my favorites, and my other friends enjoyed the bulgogi and marinated prime rib.the sweet corn, bean paste soup, and steam egg was extremely tasty with a lot of flavor. some other kbbq places that i have been to, their flavors lacked a bit, but it was perfect here. i think if you are new to kbbq, this would be a great place to start, since you can order the combos or al la carte by your choice.i will definitely be back with my family next time!

We were there for the 1st time and no one told us when we were checking out that there was complimentary soup and fountain drinks that we could pay for. When we came back to buy fountain drinks the person was not happy at all. I also want to say that its so refreshing to see real plants in the restraunt. Very unique and beautiful.

Kay: I love Bibibop! I need to eat gluten free as a celiac and I’m so grateful that it is 100% gluten free! I’ve perfected my bowl, I usually order: purple rice, broccoli, potatoes, red cabbage, and regular chicken. There’s a pretty good variety though, so you can make many combinations or get one of the template meals. The atmosphere is very nice and they have secluded private booths and a nice patio outside. They also have free miso soup that is pretty good, and although their fountain drinks are a little overpriced they have some pretty nice specialty drinks such as different juices and teas, and soda of course. They also have some really delicious cookies that are the perfect consistency! I definitely would recommend checking this place out, especially if you’re trying to eat healthy or if you are gluten free!
Quinton Meagher: They have really nice employees and great food! The portions are quite good for the price. I have to eat a gluten-free diet and it’s amazing that everything here is gluten-free. I’d highly recommend the sweet potato noodles too — I’ve never had anything like them!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free!

The sauces tie everything together really well. Always tastes fresh and healthy. Good value for money.Vegetarian options: Good veggie topping options, potatoes and tofu go really well with the noodles and sauces.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options available.

Brandi W: We shared dinner here and it was delicious. The meat was just a tad on the salty side but the bowl with everything mixed together tasted so fresh. We had kimchi on our bowl and it was perfect. We had a side of the Korean beef, also very good. The restaurant had plenty of seating. They were out in the dining room cleaning all tables while we were there. You order up front and choose your bowl fixings. They also have bowls on the menu to choose from if you don’t want to make your own. Great service.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.

J Cianca: Great service. We came into order takeout and they were friendly and offered quick service. We ordered a beer and started chatting about the Japanese beer they had on the menu. Without hesitation he offered us a sample. This was unexpected yet much appreciated. The general vibe at the bar was friendly and positive. The food was delicious and I would definitely recommend coming again.

Laura Anderson: Goji Bistro catered a large lunch for our company and they knocked it our of the park. Diana (sp?) was absolutely wonderful to work with when planning the food choices. She delivered it on time, was just as friendly as could be. We had a lot of specific dietary needs and she answered all my questions and labelled everything beautifully! They food was absolutely delicious! However many dumplings that you think you need, order more! They go fast! I also learned that none of their meals contain MSG - which is a bonus! 5 plus stars!Dietary restrictions: So many dietary options and they were all amazing!!
Rasheda Johnson: I’ve been missing Asian food for a while since I had to go GLUTEN FREE & then I found this wonderful place & they have a whole gluten free menu. The food was absolutely amazing. My husband ordered the Mongolian steak off that menu also because order server Austin recommended it & he loved it. I had the sesame chicken & the summer rolls which were very tasty along with the sauce. Last but not least the costumer service is superb!! Mr. ken(GM) was so welcoming & Austin did an outstanding job waiting on us.
Alexey Bulaev: Worst food I've ever tried in the USA. frozen rice from Costco is better than here. Also they charged tips twice and never said it that you pay tip twice.
Steve Knoblock: My favorite Chinese restaurant dish, Singapore Street Noodles are very good. The fried rice is very good too. Not too salty. Good with shrimp. They have cheese quesadilla for kids, which made my son happy.
Zack Ross: We waited a hour and 5 min to get our order taken then another 30 for food the service was terrible and need more staff… food was good though

Steven Precourt: Probably the best Asian restaurant in Cary. They have a very wide range of Chinese and Thai dishes on the menu and they are all done very well. I've never had a bad dish here. It's pretty amazing how even when they are super busy, the service is always fast, and you never wait more than more than 15 minutes to get your food. The only problem they have is staffing shortages, but that affects every restaurant nowadays.
Dottie Blyth: My friend and I popped in Goji Bistro on a Monday evening looking for a quick bite to eat. I’ve lived in Cary for over a year now but this was my first time stopping by — was pleasantly surprised at the food, atmosphere and service quality! Ken was extremely attentive and recommended the Mongolian Beef, which was delicious. Will be coming back!
Erin Donehoo: Great food and great atmosphere! The Dan Dan Mein was tasty and you can customize the spice level to your liking. The manager Ken is very friendly and focused on creating a positive experience for guests. Good family owned local business!
Brandon Edwards: Ordered lunch to-go. The Mongolian beef was amazing! Good, quality meat used. No cheap China No.1 hole in the wall stuff here. The fried rice was excellent and the hot & sour soup was the best that I have had yet, and it is my go to at any Asian restaurant we visit. Very happy this place is across the street from my office!
Lisa m: The service, atmosphere and food are amazing. They have a large celiac certified gluten free menu and kitchen. We went twice in 3 days. Will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free certified kitchen

Leanne Clute: We originally found Goji Bistro via the Find Me Gluten Free mobile app while out in Cary, in November. Our first experience was wonderful with the food being absolutely delicious! We have visited again since and met the owners during a night where they were short staffed and juggling it all. As a former restaurant worker - I sympathize with the struggle. Despite staff shortage, we had another amazing meal and enjoyed chatting with the owners. This establishment is Celiac knowledgeable and friendly. The food is fresh and delicious, and the cocktails do not disappoint! We look forward to our next outing in Cary and enjoying Goji Bistro again and again!

Bobby Sampson Jr.: The Goji Bristo is a cool inviting atmosphere the staff and owner are friendly. Austin was my server, and it was fantastic service by Austin! I got the Red Curry which isn't the spiciest one. But it was up there in spice. Ken came by and explained what happened with the spice. I appreciate the explanation. The waiters made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Great attitudes. Overall the food and the place was good. I have pictures of the curry I started to eat, and a picture of the gluten free menu. I do recommend giving this place a try if you're visiting Cary, NC.Vegetarian options: They have vegan and vegetarian options identified by a green leaf and a green V next to the food items. Austin, my server, mentioned Goji Bristo has all gluten free menu! Most of the major entres have gluten free option that can be made.

Louis Guillama: The Beef Bulgogi Deopbap (with rice) was delicious! Caesar Cavales: Food is always good but current cashier is rude.. makes me rethink of ordering there again.
Jay Lee: Ordered Yukgaejang. Poor quality with dried beef inside. This restaurant was very good at first but its quality control has gotten poor.
Robert: This place was one of the best Korean food places in NC. However, after the ownership change recently, the quality of food has been slowly degrading. Maybe the inflation is one of factors. Kimchi stew used to be slowly simmered style, but now I just taste boiled Kimchi water. Before, I could taste pork in Tangsooyuk, but now barely. It's the same volume but the starchy makes up the most of volume with very little meat. What a shame. Hope the new owner stops cutting corners and serves the quality food again.
Dat Nguyen: It’s been a second time but the service is really bad , and girl up front is very rude and we been waiting for a while , but people order after got the food first . Never come back here.
Julie Huang: Very terrible customer service, the ordering lady was very rude and yelling at the customers.
Christopher Madden: Awesome Dukkbokki
Artur Belov: This is honestly a great place to get a quick meal if you want Korean cuisine. I've ordered a few different items, and pictured is their hot stone bibimbop bowl. The fermented veggies could be a bit more crisp, but everything is very reasonable for the price/wait time. Enjoy!
conrad thornton: Avoid the beef bibimbap! I ordered it and was disgusted by the quality of the beef. It is mushy, menced beef that was more liquid than solid. Despite the look, I gave it a try and it tastes just as bad as it looks. This honestly looks and tastes like something I would feed my cat.
NJ Sean Kang: 밥을 많이 원하시면 꼭 말씀 하시면 많이 주실수있다고 하는곳임, 인정 많은곳음식도 잘함
Phuong Nguyen: Ordered the goat soup and received the smallest bowl of soup I’ve ever seen at a cost of $18. Even charged me for extra white rice, first time I’ve ever seen that at a dine in Asian restaurant. What I received looked completely different than the picture, and about half the size.I don’t even want to try the rest of the food.

Taeyoung Kim: I moved to North Carolina today. I visited this restaurant to have a pleasant dinner with my family. I ordered kimchi fried rice, soft tofu stew, and udon. I was worried that people might think that Korean food is not good because it is very bad. Kimchi fried rice was the worst. Udon tastes worse than buying freshly bought udon from Nongshim sold at Costco and eating it at home. Soft tofu stew is quite delicious. I want to talk to people who want to visit here. Just order soft tofu stew.

Texture tasted like it was marinated then frozen and then served at a later date so the texture of the beef was degraded. Either that or they marinated it in meat tenderizer which alters the typical texture of the beef. For $62 (dinner for 2 ), we got 1.5 lbs of meat, rice, lettuce & maybe 4 small kimchi side dishes. We could have gone to all u can eat korean bbq for similar price ($35/pp) which includes appetizers as well as at least 8-10 different kimchi side dishes. Also, 3 chicken wings for $7.50. Seem pricey for separate wings ( 1flat & 2 "drum stick"wings) not entire large wings that have not been cut in half.
Jaime Smith: Great menu options, fast, hot, and delicious! We got Bentos for lunch and they were the perfect amount of food and soooo good!!!!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Bulgogi Bento, Beef Bulgogi …More
Gary Williams: I got the katsu. Probably my mistake. My son got the bibimbap and was happier. If I go back, I'm trying that.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Jon Pugeda: Don’t know why it took me so long to try this place out but I’m sure glad I finally made it. The Seared Tuna roll was prepared well and tasted great. Was nice they served fresh ginger with it. The Bulgogi Bibimbap was not prepared the way I’m accustomed to but was still really good! The vibe inside is typical of a mom and pop Asian restaurant but still nice. The service was excellent with both server teaming up together and checking on us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely am going to come back to try other items in their menu.
Abi Turner (Buzbuz9): We got chicken katsu and bulgolgi beef bibimbop. Both were really yummy. This place is a bit more expensive than some other we frequently but the food was well worth it in my mind. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for some Korean food. The restaurant seemed fairly nice and well put together. We got takeout so weren't there for long though. It was a little on the smaller side but plently of tables if you did want to eat there.
Rachel Gill: Will definitely come back here. The food was delicious and fresh and the service was great.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Stone Bowl Bibimbob, Bibim Bap, Beef Bulgogi …More
