Rich Volz: I am only posting this since I was confronted by an employee this morning. He was upset that I parked in (his spot) this is a large parking lot and it was empty at this time. He actually asked me to move because he wanted to park in one specific spot that I happen to be eating my breakfast in. No reason for this at all.

Ross Geske: My Jet bandsaw kept throwing the blade off after I put new tires in it. J&S fixed it with a quick turn around time. Great customer service too. I live 2 hours away and I needed to pick it up on a Saturday when they are normally closed. The owner glad met me Saturday morning so I could pick the saw up.
Simone Keith: I could not be more satisfied with this shop! I tried to replace the head spindle on my Rikon wood lathe but could not put all the parts back together. Ricardo was awesome and my lathe is working better than before now. It is so hard to find a place that can repair tools nowadays. I highly reccomend J&S. Kudos to their staff for such a great job.
Samantha Hawkins: Extremely friendly and super helpful! I had an issue with a Ryobi pressure washer, and Ryobi told me to take J&S for troubleshooting/warranty claim. Once I arrived, they asked the issue and I showed them the video. The gentleman quickly noted that I didn't have a tip in the gun, and took it outside to test it. IT WORKED! It was user error (ME) and helped with a quick fix. He also walked me through some tips on using (since I was a newer user). They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service!

Vada Whitaker: I see all the positive reviews however my experience has been very unpleasant. I took my compressor in for a repair/ diagnosis and after 2 weeks JS Tools no longer had my compressor. I was not notified that it could not be repaired by JS Tool, however that does not men that someone could repair it. The owner did not call and on the day I happened to drop in to pick it up he acted as if he should not be responsible for his actions and wanted to negotiate selling me another compressor.Lastly he was supposed to call me last week with a solution and I have not heard from him.
Rodney Geohagan: Very helpful. When my air compressor was not economically repairable they even made suggestions about a replacement and took the time to look up the items on line.

Graves Clayton: J&S Tool Repair is awesome, SO MUCH BETTER than the Dewalt Service Center that was on Capital Avenue but closed 2 years ago. Ricardo is great at explaining the options with your tool and providing high quality repair. I took my Dewalt miter saw in for repair yesterday. It was arcing and not sounding good. Ricardo was quick with a diagnosis and repair.

Jeremy Harris: I love these guys... currently living out of an RV ran into generator problems on two different occasions. and one instance they gave me the advice I needed to be able to fix the problem myself immediately and in the second instance they were able to find me a substitute part that resolved my problem instantaneously and just cuz it had already had been opened and was missing a tiny little piece that I already had they gave me like 25% off on it. these guys are amazing I can't say enough good things about this shop!update... I've now stopped in there on three separate occasions and every single time they're so incredibly friendly, They have a wealth of knowledge and advice to offer They never try to upsell you and they'll even talk to themselves out of a sale if they can give you the advice you need to be able to take care of the problem yourself. every business should model themselves after these guys They don't come any more honest in this crew!!!

Lesley Fleming: I was in the middle of a huge project and kept having problems getting masonry blades to work on my Dewalt wet saw and since all the Dewalt service centers had closed I found J&S via a Google search and drove down in desperation. They were so nice & helpful - immediately taking the time to look over the saw and helped me verify that the problem was all the blades were not compatible with my saw, despite what I had been told by the idiots at Dewalt and all the places I had ordered the blades. I was worried because at this point I thought my saw was broken. They saved me a lot of headaches, unnecessary expenditures, and didn't even charge me anything for their time! I will definitely be coming here again and would recommend them to anyone who needs an honest and knowledgeable technician.
