The Tractor Center: what do users think?
Edouard Ducrest: Professional, friendly, informative.
Rick Buss: When I found out that they can make exact Kubota hoses, I was so happy. I can get replacement hoses on the spot. They stand by their work too. Had to get one of the hoses re-done because it was too long and they made it right! Would buy a new tractor from them if I could afford one!
Thomas Heck: meet the needs each time I have a need
kevin miller: Well they had plenty of tractors and plenty of lawn mowers they didn't have plenty of parts for just Kubota engines they could only sell parts to their tractor and not to Kubota motor I thought was kind of screwed up but it was a nice place lot of inventory
staff curtis: UPDATE!Jonathan the store manager contacted me about my bad experience. He said he would make everything right until I was happy. The tractor needed other work done which he gave me a heavy discount. He had Jeff contact me every step of the way to insure everything he quoted me was fair and I was satisfied. I have upgraded this review from 1 to 5 stars to reflect this. No company is perfect, but they had the perfect way to turn this into a good situation.Thank you!!________________________________________________________________________Service center is horrible!Ashton told me the tractor work would be done an a week or so. A month later still waiting. Was told they were short employees. A couple weeks after that, he told me my tractor hydraulics weren't working, and could be a serious pump issue. After I told them it was BS and a huge argument, everything miraculously started working. All I wanted was a fluid flush and oil change. They tried to up the bill to pad their pockets. Took the tractor to James River, and Daryl took great care of me. If you want to pay top dollar for repairs you don't need, the tractor center is the place for you.
Dave C: The staff greatly exceeded my expectations. They took a lot of time to answer all of my questions and to make sure I understood what I needed to do to make a repair on my mower.
Chad Schutte: Awesome staff, great service and service department! Mechanics very Knowledgeable about issues and quickly to repair and diagnose!
Hope Maness: I purchased a skidsteer from your store, Graham was my salesmen and he did a perfect job. He went over everything with us kept us unformed on when the machine would arrive when it would be ready. All the paper work was in order and explained. He is a great sales person!! Machine is great too.
Mike Puckett: Purchased a new SVL 97-2 track loader from the Tractor Center... Graham was spot on with all of his communications and replied to my text and emails, even on his days off... can't ask for anything better....anything we have encountered wrong with the machine has been addressed both promptly and correctly.
Warren Fogleman: Absolutely terrible. Customer service is bad. Really bad. I bought a New Holland TC35D back in 2002 from these people when they were The Senter Tractor. They used to sell new Holland back then. Dumb decision not to sell NH anymore but whatever. Anyway, went to call about the TC35D about a question I had with the fluid filled tires. They refused to be helpful and/or give me any info. 6 months later, I go to look at a Kubota L3301 and they are rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I was seriously considering buying from them but I ended up going to a different dealer because of better customer service. I'm willing to change this review if they will be helpful but until then I'm letting this one sink in
Wayne Muller: Great people. Great product. Clean establishment . Fair pricing.
Gary Miller: Fantastic service! I brought in two leaking hydraulic cylinders from my loader. Jeff had them both rebuilt and ready to pick up in 24 hours. And when I needed a new fuel pump for my RTV-900 they were the only nearby dealer who had it in stock. I’ll be going back to the Tractor Center for sure.
Philip Hiatt: Good service.
Nathan Nolan: Going in to finalize the purchase of our sub-compact tractor. Customer service was great. Needed a little help right after they closed and went the extra mile to get us the fluid we needed.
George Campeau: These guys are Great awesome sales and service team.
Derrick Curley: Great people very knowledgeable great prices
Brandon Latham: Friendly and efficient independent Kubota dealer for parts or new equipment
Joel: Helpful and knowledgeable staff!I would highly recommend The Tractor Center if you in the market for any lawn care equipment. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Best part for me was that they are happy to just let you browse around and look without any pressure to buy.I purchased my first ECHO product, a 20" bar chain saw from them. The service dept filled it with Gas and oil, made sure everything was in working order, and walked me through the start up procedure. It was a level of service you're just not going to find at one of the big box stores. And LOVE the ECHO chain saw! I had a Poulan Pro for years and the ECHO is definitely a huge upgrade. It cuts thru 20" plus logs like butter.
Brandon Morgan: Good people in sales and parts
Clay Ausley: Matt Mason and Ashton Croft are top notch. This entire dealer is awesome! Top Notch Service!
Ray Harper: Great customer service

Tractor Place Inc: what do users think?
S Durant: Couldn't afford new so bought a used Kioti. Ordered some mower deck parts and the wheels were delivered. Waited 3 weeks for the rest of the parts. No follow up, no parts. Got my parts from another dealer.
mai xiong: Awesome service
Terry Pulley: Needed a part for my kioti. Brian was very helpful in finding it and ordering it. Nice family run business.
Douglas Radford: Great place to do business. Bought a great lawn mower at a great price
Mae Spivey: Terrible customer service. Spent thousands of dollars with them. I had to cancel an order with them because it was backordered with no definite shipment date. If it is not 100 percent their way they will not deal with you.
Hugh Williams: Paid them $500 down on used tractor, filled out finance application got call that afternoon from senior owner saying credit was good so go next morning to pick up my tractor and he said he had sold that one but he had another one 😲😡 I asked him how do sell something you just took a deposit it on hours earlier. They have a terrible reputation and have had for years. Their service is also terrible. All he cares about is getting your money. After that better hope you don’t have any problems
Jesse Schulman: Great family run business. If you are looking for a Kioti this is the place to go.
Mark Dunlap: Family business so they can give the personal touch and education on how the machinery works. BEST place to buy a tractor.
Olivar Rivera: Is the best machine for cutting yardsThanyou exmark
Warren Fogleman: Bought a used New Holland tractor. Very good prices and willing to negotiate. Although I did have to fix a few things after I got it, it was all disclosed and told to me. Thanks guys! Tractor place is the place!!!
Margarida Browning: Very kind family owned business. I highly recommend The Tractor Place for all of your tractor and lawnmower needs. My husband bought a tractor and a zero turn mower and we are very happy with our purchase.
Steve Orser: This is a review of the Kioti brand not Tractor Place!Just an FYI on the Kioti brand.I have a CS2410 with just over 200 hours that is out of warranty and a linkage broke in the loader controller. I called the dealer to order parts to fix it and was told Kioti do not make any of the parts for repairs available. My only option is to order a complete loader controller for $1200 + tax.Kioti customer service # you only get voicemail and are told to leave your email address and they will get back to you within 24hr. They did get back to me the next day to let me know the dealership was correct. Kioti do not sell individual parts only complete WAY overpriced units.I love the tractor but I'm really not happy that Kioti don't make parts to repair the tractors they sell available. Also $1200 for a 2 spool hydraulic valve is ridiculous. Tractor Supply have one that can replace it for $199 complete with the float function.Do your homework!Steve Orser
Steve Beale: Very friendly. Easy buying here, no frills.
Matthew Kufahl: If you are looking for an outstanding tractor, ATV, lawnmower, or all the above, you need to talk to Jacob. He is very knowledgeable and will work with you.
Jeremy Hedlund: Let me start by saying these people are genuine. I needed a mower and contacted this company to ask if they had the mower I was looking for, the salesman said he did not. I let him know I was looking to purchase a mower that day. The salesman said he would contact his rep and get back to me. Within a few hours he called me back and said he could have a new mower by the end of the day and he would contact me when it arrived. When the mower arrived they contacted me to come pick it up. When I got off work I arrived just before closing and filled out all the paperwork, but there was just one problem, I couldn’t get the mower in the back of my truck, that’s when the owner came out and told me I could use his trailer and just bring it back the next day. I proceeded to go see if I had a trailer hitch ball on my truck which I did not, the owner of the company pulled the ball hitch off his truck and loaned it to me along with the trailer. I am beyond grateful for the hospitality that they gave me. Thank you The Tractor Place!
David Shanklin: I sent a kioti dk55 to gary because it had a problem with the 3 point lift jumping and a problem shifting from forward to reverse. I explained to him I thought it had a bent linkage. 2 months later he calls and said it was fixed and they could deliver it that day so I payed the bill 3017.00 they brought it back and couldn't get in gear to get it off the truck. I sent it back to the shop only to hear they weren't going to work on it anymore and it wasn't going back on his truck. Gary was very rude and cursing. I have spent over 3000 dollars and still have the same problems. He shouldn't even be in business anymore please dont waste your money with him.
Rodney: Good people. Fair pricing and knowledgeable. The entire Mize crew helped!
C C: Took a Husqvarna chainsaw that wouldn’t run to them for repair. (They are a Hysqvarna dealer). Told them I wasn’t in a hurry for the repair. After a month I hadn’t heard from them so I called. They hadn’t even looked at it. They said give them a few minutes and they would call back. The guy calls back and literally says “ the chainsaw doesn’t run”, I said yeah, that’s why I brought it to you. He then told me it was a cheap saw and wasn’t worth repairing.Needles to say I went and got the saw, took it somewhere else and had it repaired. Don’t think I’ll be back there.
John Pace: Purchased brand new kioti RX 6010 from The Tractor Place Inc. The cab leaked first week. They picked it up and put some clear silicone caulk around top above windows. Brand New tractor looked like crap. I couldn't believe they did that as warranty work. It did not stop the leaking. While there I asked about the first service at fifty hours. They told me it would cost $800.00. Needless to say , I regret I ever pulled into that joint. I will never do business with them again and would rate them zero stars if it was an option. Don't walk. Run!
Cody Hamilton: Awesome people always willing to help no matter what it is
Hope Walker: Great family run business! A lot of knowledge about tractors. They sell Kioti and Farm Max equipment and they were very helpful. Financing was good terms. #customerforlife

Holder & Sons Equipment: what do users think?
T Roy: Many Mahindra tractors to choose from. They also have used tractors, implements, mowers, and parts. Friendly family owned business that assisted me years ago when I needed to sell my dad's tractor and helped me with my new tractor. Was pleased to learn they are the oldest Mahindra dealership in the state. If you go to the website know that they have more tractors than it shows.
J Stader: Knowledgeable staff with a good sized inventory. I was like a kid in a candy store. These offroad diesels were the highlight of my day! (How to convince wife I REALLY need one??)
Green's Mobile Repair: We purchased a 1626 back in summer of 2022. Smooth process and friendly staff. I recently came back to have 3rd function added with grabble and a box blade. Very fast turn around and another smooth process.
Jonnie Blount: What an amazing place!! I took my bush hog there (after 4 attempts to find the correct belt myself EVEN CALLING BUSH HOG) and they were able to put my mind at ease and said they would be happy to fix it! The BUSH HOG dealer made the comment “it is 50 years old!” They placed the belt and sharpened my blades and serviced my Kubota tractor!! They did not in any way make me feel inferior because I am a woman!! My tractor and bush hog were ready for pick up in just a few short days!! It’s awesome to find a business who cares for their customers! I guess this is why they have been around so long!! Thank you sooooo much!!!
Efrain Arredondo: These guys are great! couldn't have asked for better and more honest service. When delivering my tractor, i noticed one of the lines was ruptured, nobodies fault just things that happen. Well they took it upon themselves to take the tractor back, hose repaired and bring it back all on a Friday afternoon!
Craig Carter: Answer all question
Robert swiger Jr: I purchased Mahindra 1626 Tractor with Backhoe, I was told at the time of purchase Backhoe attachment would take 3 to 4 weeks. After 3 weeks I inquired about the backhoe to get a time frame on delivery, I was told Mahindra had not giving a time of delivery. I called Mahindra to try and get better information. Mahindra gave me the run around, However, Holder and sons really stepped up and located a backhoe for me, even driving 2 hours away to pickup. They will have installed in a day and I am happy. These guys really stand behind what they say. Good Honest people, thank you
Wanda Gibson: Always polite..curtious..professional and thorough service. ...Good prices too.Momma Rosa Lester
Murray H: Does not reply to contact system…. I have received no follow up via any kind of communication.
Tommy Thompson: They know there stuff. Need a part they can find it.
Thom Mock: These are people you know you can trust. Very knowledgeable and helpful
JrSurette35 Surrette: Friendly people very helpful
William Covington: Extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of small engine mechanics. Professional staff, and extensive inventory.
Rickey Askew: Nice small Tractor dealer. Easy to get about anything for farming. People are outstanding.
Scott Sturdivant: Knowledgeable and polite staff. Good selection of equipment on site. Bought a new Mahindra 2660 w/loader, a Delta 28' trailer, an auger, box scraper, rototiller, 6' scraper blade, and a 4" chipper/shredder today. Excellent pricing compared to other local dealers.
Howard Faulkner: Very decently priced used equipment
triplecreekpoultry: Very pleased with the power steering repair, extremely displeased with electrical work. I specifically told the person who took my tractor in, to have the ignition wires hooked up, but not to attempt to install the ignition switch or push button start switch because the piece of sheet metal that they install into was at my house.. I told them to leave those components dangling and that I would install my self at home. I received a call that there was a clutch problem and that the tractor would need to broken in half, at which point I told the that the power steering and wiring had been my main concern and that I could fix the clutch myself. When I arrived to pick the tractor up, a new key switch had been installed in the instrument cluster where the glow plug light had been. This is a location which will allow rain to run into the switch. I also now have no glow plug light. I was told that they had installed a new starter solenoid, but that it did not work properly. I was able to get my old solenoid back and took it to a starter and alternator repair shop where it tested good. A new, original style push button witch was installed in the factory position, which is know for having problems due to exposure to rain. I am going to have to rewire the tractor myself, after having paid for it to be done. I called to question the wiring work and was told that when a tractor comes in that has other than factory wiring, they put it back according to factory specs to avoid possible law suits, and that if a customer does not want that, they refuse to work on the tractor. No one told me this, and now I have paid for work which I will have to redo. When I picked the tractor up, I was told that the starter solenoid that they installed did not work, and they used a jumper wire to start the tractor. They did refund the cost of the solenoid, but I have a total labor bill of $1248.00 for changing one wheel, which I provided, fixing the power steering, an creating a wiring problem that I will have to fix myself. I feel that being charged labor for wiring work that did actually work is excessive. I will not recommend this shop to friends.
Tami Prager: Good place for tractor parts & service.
Carter Ellis: Horrible service, incredibly rude, and didn't know what they were doing. It took them eight weeks to figure out a screw needed to be put back in on a blower, and I had to call them to find out it was ready. Then they were very rude to my wife when she came to pick it up. I'll never go back.
elizabeth deluck: Always nice fast at ordering special orders
Phillip Lawson: Purchased a new Gravely Mower from Holder & Sons. Great family-run business that have been there for over 40 years. I spoke with both Steve and Steven and they were very knowledgeable about mowers and gave honest answers to my questions. Most dealer prices are the same on these mowers. I found theirs to be in-line with everyone else and was happy to keep my money in Durham. They delivered the mower that same day to my house. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Quality Equipment, LLC: what do users think?
Johnson Bullock: I had a bad experience at quality equipment in Durham North Carolina Watch out for the Service manager Michael He will overcharge you and tell you things about your equipment that's not true And definitely will overcharge you I will take my John Deere elsewhere to get it work done
Richard May: Great Service and courteous personal!!
Jason Musgrave: Good stock at fair prices- definitely recommend
clay cawthorne: Worked with Justin and bought a zero turn. Nice guy to work with.
Lee Gordon: Needed a part (Ztrac front tire/rim) and not only did they have it in stock, Michael (Service Manager) installed it while I waited. Michael is worth about 3 employees. He was helping one phone customer WHILE he jacked up and replaced the wheel assembly and smiling the entire time. Employees like that are priceless!!
anna: Just spoke with Michael the service manager and he was so kind and helpful! Without hesitation helped us troubleshoot some issues with our Deere over the phone. Refreshing to talk with someone who is so knowledgeable and an obvious expert at what they do. Happy to support this location.
tom morin: Didn't call back for any updates on push mower. Said they called but didn't receive any. Finally was told valve issue. Not a very good experience.
Cody Rochelle: Great prices bought my w48m walk behind from here love it
Tim McFeaters: Great place to go for John Deere or Stihl. I always work with Justin in sales, got my backpack blower and then recently a Z930 zero turn. Love that thing! Justin was great at communicating and working with.
Howard Rice: Always do good Honda mower work for me.
Pete Hawkins: Love these guys! So helpful, my go to guys all the time
Craig Zimmer: Good people Good products
Thomas Knott: Wish they had more products such as riding lawn mowers and zero turn in the store, but overall a good experience, service guys is very helpful
Anthony Fairley: I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the services rendered by Chris Ballard for a repair on my John Deere LT 150. I had a former repair with another service provider that went wrong. When I brought the John Deere LT 150 into your shop, Chris was patient, prompt, and professional in the way he dealt with handling the servicing of my lawn tractor. Currently, my lawn tractor is running great! Please offer Chris my sincere gratitude for his service.
David O'Neal: Friendly fair price and true to their word about when it will be ready
Charles Griffin: Friendly staff
Robert Pickett: Justin Tilley always takes care of whatever I need, be it a mower, blower, weedeater, even a tractor for my parents. We even buy our concrete blades here for cut saws. They have maintenance available for Stihl and John Deere and my Honda push mower. If you own a landscape business and purchase commercial equipment, they provide loaners if that equipment ever breaks down and needs maintenance, which is HUGE.
William McCoy: Great job problem solved by the service manager that l had took tractor back and fix the problem and return it to me
Brian Taylor: I have had several dealings with the folks at Quality Equipment. I have purchased some pieces of landscape equipment with wonderful help/service to make sure my specific needs were met. Most recently, I have had them order parts for me for two different repairs I was working on. The parts manager, Jem Morrow, could not have been more helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me to make sure I got the right part the first time. It was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to send anyone else down to talk to him. Glad to have a branch in Durham.
Martin Brooke: Figured out my repair was covered by warranty without my asking! They were very good to deal with. Normally I avoid going to the dealer like the plague due to the price. But if you gotta go to them this place was great.

Quality Equipment, LLC: what do users think?
todd devine: Bought a brand new tractor with a 6 year ( so they say when buying) warranty. Problems started right from the beginning with delivery. Then after 5 hours had my first service ticket created , a bracket from the manufacturer was never installed :/ drive shaft shot out from belly of mower , then 50 hours serviced again with hydraulic pistons needing to be fixed then 65 hours front hydraulic fell off . Have been frustrated that a new tractor keeps getting serviced. They were good about servicing the stuff for only the first year but now more problems 2nd year, they say they are a month out in servicing equipment bc they are backed up and low on staff and now the wheel feel off tractor just over 150 hours and they dont want to cover it. Kept having issues with tire lug nuts working them self out, no matter how much torque was applied . Obviously a manufacture defect with studs ( no issues on any other tires just that one) but they are saying a new hub and rim for $2000 will fix the problem. But they wont cover it under warranty . Very disappointed oh and also to mention I found PTO leaking and transmission so that has to be fixed too. Not a happy camper. Thought I was buying quality.UPDATE: pto has worked for almost 20 hours since repaired now not working called multiple times and each timeWas told they weren't gonna cover their work then after weeks of talking to people 1 person says bring it in and we will see what we can do. ( is this a ploy to just get me to bring it in and charge a bunch or are they really gonna cover their work)Just saw the response to my review from (owner)? Looks nice on the review that they respond and act like they care but NO one! Has reached out to apologize or try to help. I'm still with my new broken tractor
Rational Thought: Staff is generally helpful and professional however for my needs the store being closed Saturday is a negative. One would think sales and parts not necessarily service could open 7-12 Saturday to give folks with overloaded weekly schedules an opportunity to get at least limited weekend support.
Don Alexander: 😀👍
Sherry Howe: I just wanted to thank Quality Equipment and Bryan Gonzales. He lives up to their name Quality. He was amazing, patient, kind and efficient to the top level. My family is grateful for him. Also the sweet and kind lady Sheila Thingelstad. Can't say or thank them enough.
Michael Clover: They sell great equipment for the yard, or farm. Great service and the staff is helpful!I bought a Stihl Edger there!
Keith Black: Yee haw
Ed Quigley: Scott was great to work with and helpful in picking out our new mower.
Chuck Lindholm: Their parts prices are 200 percent higher than can be bought online
Larry Koch: Nice group of guys. Friendly and helpful.
Ava Maldonado: Good service
Joseph Byrd: Little slow
Gene Baker: It was a great experience all the staff was professional and very helpful
Rick Dugan: Purchased a used 2020, 2032R tractor in December of 2021 and a brand Gator. Got them both delivered and it was good. Gator came with everything it was supposed to, but the tractor was missing the manual. Talked tot he sales representative Chris Revels , and was told bein git was a used tractor they'd have to look for it. I waited a week or two and called back to check on it, was then told they couldn't find it and the previous owner did not know where it was. Chris Revels then told me, he would order me a new manual and get it in the mail. That was in January, it is now March. After several phone calls, voice mails and text messages I have yet to speak with Chris Revels, he has not and seemingly will not take or return my inquires.
A Myers: Very helpful staff, for any John Deere, Stihl or Honda parts
Wes & Kelly Stewart: I came in this morning to get $20 spring for my mower deck and I was helped like I was buying a $10K mower. Exceptional help in the parts department and that experience moved over to sales when I went to look for a new blower to replace mine that had recently died. Its worth the drive to Quality Equipment because you get Quality all the way around. Sales, Parts, and Service. Thank you for being an A+
David S: Scott and Mike are awesome! I purchased a mower at the beginning of the year they didn’t have the exact model I wanted on the floor, but they were able to get one pulled off a pallet and do all the pre delivery assembly and inspections while I waited. Once again yesterday Scott out did himself I called Tuesday looking for a particular piece of equipment, he let me know what they had in stock. One of which was a lightly used piece that he was able to sell me at a very fair price. I told him I’d be there as early as possible Wednesday morning to pick it up. Not only did he have it ready to go when I got there but was there early to make sure everything would be smooth as possible when I got there. I was in and out quickly. Scott, mike, and the fuquay team are awesome.
Greg Bryant: Had what i needed. Thanks Jeff
Sandra Castonguay (Sandy): Had exactly what we needed minus the bushings. Didn't offer to shop to our home. We live over an hour away.
Diane Baker: Pick up for toby baker good working nice person
Lyn Hunt: NOTE: I GAVE SMITHFIELD A 1 STAR . IT WAS MEANT FOR FUQUAY LOCATION.No customer service at all. We waited for someone to approach us to just say "hello, someone will be with you as soon as we can" but that didn't happen. Several people walked right by us and then others in offices just looked at us. So we left and bought a $3500 mower somewhere else. Oh well Quality Equipment.
Rick Connor: They are very helpful and found what i needed

Revels Turf & Tractor: what do users think?
Joseph Johnson: I have a neck injury but was able to work as there road mechanic, until the level of pain got to high so I called Turner Revels immediately and all he said was don't you have a pillow, these people are prejudice of people with certain disabilities, at the very least he could have offered me a job somewhere else in the company, I'm very disappointed and very very upset by this
Andy Murphy: They were very professional and very helpful they get A+ from me
Roscoe Zibberwich: What a wonderful experience working with the people from this business. My contact was Brooks Riddle who helped me through everything from choosing the riding greens mower model to the accessories that I wanted. I couldn't be happier!I'm back! First posted the above 7 months ago so now a follow up. After my grass came out of dormancy Brooks Riddle got in touch with me to see if I had any issues with the mower I purchased-first time that's ever happened. Since then I've had to call the service section to ask questions about things that the manual wasn't really clear about. These people really know their machines and gave me direct and correct answers and always tell me to call back if anything else is needed. I'm so glad I dealt and am still dealing with Revels Turf & Tractor. Keep up the good work!
Jay Easterling: Last year, I purchased a refurbished John Deere reel mower from Brooks Riddle at Revel. I had countless questions about mowers and grass before, during, and after purchase. Brooks is a treasure trove of knowledge about both (as well as other topics), and answered all my questions with total patience. I would recommend Brooks and his team at Revel to anyone seeking "a cut above" for their lawn.
Clifford Marcy: Fantastic customer service! Brooks Riddle worked with us to find the machine that was within budget and met our requirements. This is the second purchase in two years and both experiences have been great! The service and parts department is just as good. They are knowledgeable and put the customer first. Revels Turf & Tractor is our first call for any field equipment! Thanks from The South Wake Storm Youth Sports Association!
Ava Maldonado: great location
Garry Thomas: Great people very helpful
Pistol pete_1S1K RDR2: Knowledgeable staff and company is growing fast
Mike Helms: Carry all part's for John Deere product
james reeves: From day 1, I knew as a Golf Club Maintenance Advisor for the Duke University Golf Club we were in incredible hands. Thanks to Turner Revels and his team.
Cruz Cruz: That's were senior Ken Revels working?Any job openings??A.S A.P.,Thanks
Melanie Kohr: Rude, poor customer service. Never again.
