Another UPS store in Holly Springs next to Lowes Foods was trying to charge me ¢99 a page. Just to have them scanned on my own hard drive. I called this store up just to make sure UPS ain’t really out here bending everybody over a barrel just to have some docs scanned, and they told me “other store is not affiliated” and said to “cmon down.”Great job, great service, even better prices.
Ryan: Closed at least 5 min. before official closing time (4pm) on a Saturday. 3 other people were outside and also had business, but could not because the door was locked. If your closing time is 3:55pm, then display that time instead of 4pm.

One moment I was trying to return an Amazon package, the next I was pushing back on the lady because she claimed she told me she can’t scan the code off my phone “last week”. I haven’t been in the store for a month.Then she stopped pushing back and just stared at me like she was going to punch me. Suddenly I was being bombarded with heavy cussing, which I gladly retuned. Point is, ‘horrible customer service’ is an understatement. Find yourself an alternative location.

L K: I've been here 5-10 times in the last 6 months and every time the personnel are so positive, upbeat, and helpful, regardless of the service needed. They always leave me happy and satisfied. I can't remember all their names, but today Brad helped me print some passport photos and other docs for me and like all the other employees there, he was super nice and happy to help me. The friendly vibe they have going is awesome!
Kerry Powell: No service - website says drop by for notary. Did just that. Only person in the store and the two dorks were snarky - “see the sign that says you need an appointment?” Bad service now feels slighted by how lazy these toads were. Of course there is no way to schedule an appointment online. Had to go elsewhere. You should remove anything related to service from your marketing!!

Stacy Lundblad: Was worried after seeing them not taking Amazon returns.Nope, not the case. Totally took em no issue. I even missed the fact that I needed to seal up a box, and she said she'd do it no issue.Great pleasant staff.

I did not have the label printed and usually other The UPS Store locations will scan my email bar code from my phone to reprint my label. Not this store!! I had to email my label to the store email and pay $2 to have the email printed so they could scan the bar code. Seems very different than previous experiences with other The UPS Store locations. Staff was super friendly otherwise.

I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. Brooke one of the associates along with Lauren Ovens " the manager " stopped me while I was unpacking. They asked me to give them back the box cutter. Not only that , i wasnt finished and brooke came up to me and said " you need to take those boxes with you which i was going anyways .they also asked me to pay for the packing because I used the box cutter. Dawn Collins: Service here has always been terrible, the people ignore you until they just can't anymore. They act like it's a torture to wait on you. I will be going to another one from now on. The girl who waited on me had been in the back room. She came out and told me it would be another minute. I waited. She took my package slip and thanked me. I asked for a receipt she told me it was in my e-mail. I said that was fine could I have a receipt please. She reluctantly gave me a receipt. I don't know why that was such a big deal. Then she told me the tape she had let me use while she was giving it to me free this time, I would be charged next time. Which would have been fine as well if she had perhaps said, we've instituted a new policy and will be charging for tape in the future. I've never been charged for tape. Please don't try to act as though you are doing me some big favor, CVS is right up the street. Also, my package is somehow missing now and I understand why she didn't want to give me a receipt. She had no intention of mailing it. Amazing how a package I mailed through FEDEX on the same day has reached it's destination and UPS has no record of my shipment. This store should be closed. The people are rude and the service is terrible.

Julie Martha: I love it here. The staff is so helpful whether you’re in need of setting up a box, having a document notarized, or shipping a return. The lines do get a little long, but usually only around the middle/late afternoon when everyone is off work at the same time. I’ve never seen only one person working, there’s usually 2-3 people on shift at a time. This place gives two keys - one for your post office box and the other to gain entrance to the building in off hours. (You won’t be picking up your packages in the middle of the night - that part of the building will be locked, but you can check for regular mail)

vinil reddy: This location is ridiculous. May be all ups locations are like this. If you have more than handful of packages you have to make multiple trips to the parking lot. They do not even have a cart or someone to help you get all the packages together to the store. And the door , you have to pull it outward to open with packages in hand. For such a busy location the door should be able to be pushed inside or better open automatically. And finally there is only one guy for the most part and it takes forever. All this leads to inconvenience,dropped packages and waste of time.

You should only use when forced or needed to for a specific service (e.g. Amazon drop off), use a Postal Annex or another location when you can. Michelle Weeks: The manager of this store, Joe, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I had an Amazon no-box return which turned out to be not true because of the size of return. That part is totally on Amazon but Joe helped me understand how it is suppose to work, carried the very heavy items back and forth to my car. Tried to find a box big enough to ship it in and even though there wasn't one, I appreciated the extra effort. Thank you, Joe!UPDATE: I went back a few days later with new info from Amazon and Joe and the staff all helped put together a huge box and helped me get it all sorted with Amazon. Finally got those extra large boxes shipped! I'm grateful Joe was there and went the extra effort to help me.

Adrian Park: My only experience is with their notary services. The notary will refuse to sign any document that he doesn't have experience with, so he refused my standard signature verification. I don't know what services he can possibly provide if he is refusing something as basic as this.It also made me uncomfortable that for a basic signature verification he asked me for specific details about the nature of my relationship with the person I am an attorney-in-fact for and why I would be acting on their behalf. He also asked me to produce my attorney-in-fact legal documentation, which I did, although this document contains personal information for which he should not be privy to. After all that, he still refused to sign my paperwork with no more explanation than "I am not familiar with this"

Narendran S: Had a hard time here to collect my package 2 weeks back. Since I wasn't at home when UPS delivered the package and it required a signature, the driver dropped it at this location for me to it pickup. First time when I went there a lady checked for the package in their system both with my name and tracking number and told it wasn't here. I was surprised and came out waited in the car and thinking what to do next. To confirm again I went inside and asked to check again where now a guy started looking for it. Looking at me for the second time, the lady store manager came and whispered to the guy that I already came in few mins back. After hearing that he stopped checking and asked me to check with the UPS customer center. I then went to nearby UPS store and checked, a gentlemen over there confirmed the package is in the same pickup point, otherwise you can ask for a claim with UPS. Since I don't want that route to be taken as the package is important and time sensitive one for me, I thought of trying out one last time and went to the same pick up point by evening. This time a young girl was there who also couldn't figure out and asked for the address and found the package finally, but still want to confirm with the store manager. To show the tracking number handed over the mobile to her and tried to explain but she gave an awkward look and asked me to be quiet. She verified the tracking number and gave the package to me without even looking at me and there is no sign of apology. It took me 3 attempts to get my package from this pickup point which wasted my entire day.
