I started reading the reviews and was like omg. It seems the only complaints is either there to expensive or because of the parking. Well.. don’t park there when you’re not supposed to! Signs are clear. As far as expense … it’s a consignment and gift shop. If you can’t afford to shop there go to a cheap thrift store or habitat that you can afford. As far as how the people act when you come in? Not one single time have they ever been rude or not pleasant not once. So in saying all that if you want a fun place to go this is a gem. Didn’t expect to write one this long but I sure get tired of people using reviews as weapons against great businesses. And this one I highly recommend. Thanks
Lynn Canada: This place is sooo much fun to just look or shop. If you can take time there is no telling what you may find. If you are specifically seeking something you just may find it and some pleasant surprises. They do seasonal and holiday themes, have sales, have good parking, nice location to get in and out of. Can use as your birthday treat shopping spot, or find something special for a friend or collegue. Over time some changes to inside vendor areas, never a disappointment, always interesting. Very nice staff.There has been some changes to the layout, and still wonderful to look through. You can go with a list, or just look. I always find lots of interest, and items to purchase any time of the year. Sometimes the vendors are there, always pleasant people!3/23...has been reorganizing...very nicely set up, so many wonderful things. As usual I bought a gift today, easy. Still a delight. Staff wonderful.

Stephanie Kistler: Do NOT park in their lot. A friend and I both got towed because we were going to Bull City Ciderworks and thought the lot was safe to park in. We were inside no more than an hour so they must have someone monitoring the lot - keep in mind this is long after The Perfect Piece had closed. I guess they would rather be predatory and make $225 (cash only) off every car they tow rather than just enforce paid parking like everyone else. Then to top it all off, the attendant at the very questionable looking tow lot lectured us about how much these people pay in rent for the building each month and how this should be a “lesson” to us. Truly unbelievable behavior.
Amber Schmidt: This place is a hidden gem! We love going there but it’s all about the hunt. Somethings you can find for a great price and other things are over priced but it’s all about that search. The people working there have always been pleasant and Ive been going for several years now. Side note: it doesn’t hurt to go to the front and ask if the vendor is willing to take less for a particular item.

This is a solid cherry tall boy dresser by Kling Furniture. It's a Philadelphia style with 11 total drawers that are all dovetailed and work properly. The dresser is unique in the fact that's it's finished in a pretty true light brown. It has a traditional broke arch top with a center finial. When I say broken arch it describes the style of the arch and doesn't mean there is anything actually broken. The bottom center drawer is shell carved with two finials underneath. It's solid cherry construction so there are no veneers used in the construction! This is a high quality piece that's in really good condition. The top does not separate from the bottom.
Delivery is available within the triangle area for an additional $40. Our triangle delivery area is generally within 50 miles of Holly Springs, NC 27540. Acceptance: Folks! You need to stop hunting around, and talk to the fine people at Craze. DO NOT waste your time and effort buying new furniture. New furniture markups are ridiculous. Craig, the owner of this great business is super friendly and runs a great business with great products. Just go to their website! We recently purchased online from Craze and the process was really easy. In addition, we are renovating our entire home and wanted to change styles so we called craig to come and buy furniture from us. He gave us great value and a huge plus -- he arranged for pick-up. His son supervised that process and the entire moving team was considerate and very careful. Craze is a great business and the prices are really great! Thank you Craig! Highly recommended!!!

Delivery was extremely quick and pleasant.Several months later, we tried setting up the twin bed and discovered that it did not fit a contemporary box spring. (We learned that's typical for very old beds.) Not only did Craig remember our order, he offered to personally come to our house and look at the issue. We live nearly an hour away.Craig came back to our house the next week and altered the box spring to fit the bed. Problem solved, and the bed looks incredible. Plus, we had a lot of fun meeting Craig and learning more about the history of the piece.Thank you Craze Furniture for the top-notch service! We can't wait to purchase more furniture in the future!

What Would You Say: Incredibly good experience with these folks. First off- it’s family so it’s plain to see they had an interest in happy customers. No rush and Zach and Evan personally loaded up our heavy stuff and strapped it down.Secondly, high quality furniture. It’s laid out in such a way that it’s easy to browse what we we looking for and they know their stuff. Did NOT have to go “find the sales manager” while we stood around waiting. They know what they have and it’s quite a bit. We left with a hard to find item that the wife had her eye on. It was our 17 year Anniversary so I’m hoping Craze Furniture has me locked in for another year now if I’m lucky.

Craig's son, I forget his name, showed me three huge storage units PACKED with furniture and antiques. If I had all the money in the world, I would have bought all of it. I did buy more than I'd planned because the prices are very, very fair. Craig's son also pointed out to me that they have a van and can make deliveries, which is great to know in the future!
LFH: After months of searching for a Henkel Harris China Cabinet, I found Craze Furniture online and what an "Incredible Find" for heirloom furniture. Craig, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable about furniture. His videos and tours around the storage facility are apparent that he loves the nature of his business. The inventory is overflowing with astonishing pieces of furniture and antiques from all eras and it's definitely a must see if you're seeking quality furniture with great prices. Mark Monsky: The folks at SOHO are great to work with. I dropped two trailer loads of furniture, artwork and odd pieces there in February and came out with far more cash (and far less trouble) than if I tried selling the items on my own. If you are downsizing like I was you should try them out.

Items not priced and no effort to find price / unwelcoming atmosphere/ and 3% buyer premium at check out if using a card. I read many good reviews online about Soho but our shopping experience was not positive, and we won’t return. I read a comment that said the reviewer also found items without a price and thought she might have been sized up for what she could afford. We really thought that was the case. I don’t get that attitude shopping online, and isn’t it sad that brick and mortar stores struggle?

Andrea Martin: $900 for a PLEATHER loveseat and $7000 for a half real wardrobe- this place has lost its mind. I used to love coming here- they took the thrift out of thrifting. I used to come here all the time but their prices have them thinking that they are a retail store and not a non-profit. The same dresser on Amazon for $220 is FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS! I’m over these and will stick to the other great thrift options in the Triangle.

I've gotten really lucky with great deals here, found a 1200 watt commercial grade microwave for $40, a stunning, straight from the mansions of the 90's chandelier that I LOVE, and found great affordable shelves to make cat shelves!Places like these are where you go to get cheap project, upcycling and repurposing supplies, just have to be creative!Staff is hit or miss, but mostly upbeat and friendly. Will be a regular stop every week or so to look for the hidden gems!

However, I was a little surprised on the prices of the used furnitures here. One was tagged at $249 for something that would be priced at $100 in others. Maybe it's the location, not sure. They still do have items you can get cheaper than retail. You just have to dig a little deeper.

I’ve also ordered new cabinets for two bathroom projects that went well and was a lifesaver in costs bc they were able to cut the cabinets for a non standard area in both projects. On the second project there was a mistake with one of the cabinets and Andrew Klutz was wonderful and helped me figure out a solution despite a mistake on my part in taking too long to open the box and see the issue. Would recommend their new cabinet services for anyone looking to get decent cabinets for a fair prices especially if you have a non standard area but don’t want to pay for custom cabinets!

All the while the well oiled, finely tuned machine that is the ReStore in Cary, enjoys an atmosphere of productivity and efficiency, purring in the background as one might find in more orange or even blue themed retail space( that all get laid out completely different🙄great idea) He runs a tight ship. And helps A LOT OF PEOPLE, do it honey. Five stars all day! Whew!

The place was so tidy and neat compared to other secondhand stores and antique shops we've been to. While we can't speak to the buying experience, YET! (We hope to do so in the future) You are welcomed the moment you walk in! Everything is layed out in a way that makes it easy to browse and look at items. I found the prices fair and reasonable for the age of the pieces and the charm is just unbeatable. Even the shed that matches the building looks like an old English barn. This place is a must visit. You're bound to find something you'll love!

Amanda: Beautiful, heavy, wood, quality, antique; if those are words that you like to have describe your furniture, then this is the place for you. The China sets displayed in the glass hutches are so delicate and beautiful. Many of them have the complete set even with storage and serving. The prices aren't inexpensive by any means, but given that these pieces will last hundreds of years, they aren't terrible. Definitely stop by.
