So much is online ordering, which I understand, they seem to keep business still coming to the store location. It is nice to shop and have that F2F service/interaction. 🙂

Halerie Mahan: I ordered a bed on 2/21/23. It was supposed to be delivered on April 27 and did not arrive. I had another item arriving later that week and asked them to deliver with that item. I was supposed to receive a call back about that. Nobody called. The delivery was rescheduled for today, 5/13/23. Only half of the bed arrived, the other half was not on the truck. I was told to fill out a form saying I was unsatisfied with the delivery and someone would call within 5 minutes. No one called. The delivery guy put me on the phone with his supervisor who said someone would call within.5 minutes. No one called. I have no confirmation that the piece was not delivered and have been given no recourse. This is absurd.
Tiffany yueyue: Do not buy anything that needs “custom made,” We purchased a nursery chair which the fiber was customized for our baby girl last year, and it was broken during Christmas. The manufacturer's staff came to take it away and reorder a new one for us, and everything was good. Still, we have been waiting for five months now, my husband stayed at home for the new chair delivery all day, but the delivery people called my husband and said it was passed five clocks, so they could not deliver, Let us call the customer service. The service phone line must wait an hour to speak to someone. And we are just so disappointed! How could a good brand name do that to its customers?

I have 4 small children and we only ever purchase PBK bedding and school backpacks for the quality and fun prints/designs. Well that all ends today sadly. I had popped in this afternoon to pick out 4 new sets of sheets for my children and while I was browsing my 4yo brought me a book and asked me to read it. To my shock and horror it was a book on transgenger children. I immediately took it away and then noticed an entire shelf full of inappropriate reading material geared towards small children. I am appalled!!! I will NEVER be back, nor will I ever shop at PB again! You all have lost your flipping minds. Crate and Barrel here we come!

They have a great selection for different age groups but I do wish there was more in stock accessories. I have heard of negative situations when it comes to furniture delivery but when we ordered a bunk bed from them, we were pleasantly surprised with the delivery time and set up. Overall, great in store customer service and I've only had positive experiences with customer service through online support.

I ordered a dresser and bed for my son in Aug and I received the dresser no problem, however, we are missing part of the bed. The delivery crew have made 2 attempts to deliver but they keep bringing the incorrect pieces we need to assemble the bed. The customer service is an absolute joke. I asked to speak with management and the woman sent me to furniture delivery! Not to mention I’ve literally spent hours on hold waiting to speak with someone. No one knows what’s going on with your orders! Pass the buck!! There is NO customer service with this company. I’ve ordered several items and I’ve spent a lot of money in the past with no issues but I’m at my wits end. I just want my sons bed!!!!!

There was a technical error and the system lost our appointment. I called the store and the manager, Morgan, went above and beyond to solve the dilemma and still help us out. Fantastic experience. Lexi Elmore: I placed a large order from PB kids in April and one of the items (my crib) was lost by PB. Supposed to be delivered August 21-September 7. No sign of it at distribution center. They even re-ordered the crib which I just received notification that the order was cancelled with no one telling me why. I’ve talked to many associates and most recently a member of leadership but keep getting the run around. I’ve been promised follow up communication from multiple team members that has not been received. I’m exhausted with a newborn and am honestly appalled at the customer service I’ve experience. I’m at my wits end and don’t have time to stay on hold for hours on end with different associates who can’t help me. I need a crib for my baby and no one seems to be able to help me. I’m honestly shocked at the level of service I’ve received especially considering the amount of money I spent for my baby’s nursery. I’d like to be able to recommend PB but at this time I am so frustrated with the customer service team. I just want a crib for my child who is now over a month old.

Maria Hanna: We had a terrible experience with customer service here. We tried to purchase a floor model of a crib. They charged our credit card right away, but refused to give us the crib, telling us they had to keep it on the floor for another month for reasons that made no sense to us. Obviously if you leave a floor model out longer—one you can’t sell anyways because we bought it!—it will be susceptible to future damage. After a month passed, we heard nothing from them. Gave them a call and they said they’d give us the crib on Saturday. We pulled into their curbside pickup and gave them a call. When they brought the crib out we were horrified. They didn’t wrap the pieces in any kind of protective plastic or put it in a box. They set them by the dumpsters as if they were trash and then had my husband attempt to load them up on his own with absolutely no offer of help. As we were loading, we found deep scratches across the boards that hadn’t been there when we purchased. We asked for and received a refund. We won’t be coming back, and we certainly don’t recommend it.

Current status after being pushed back 2x already says expected delivery 9/9 - 9/23, today on 9/23 it's again updated to 10/7. Went to the Durham store this past weekend to return curtain rods purchased 6 weeks ago, they were unwilling to offer any exchange or credit because it was outside the 30 days. Completely unfriendly staff - and completely unflexible policy. Funny, they expect customers to be flexible with their delivery dates due to Covid but don't offer the same grace on their return policy. I'm done with you, PB Kids. And PS, your customer service sucks. If I call and wait to speak to someone about a delivery, why do I need to wait again to speak to someone in the furniture department??
Maria Hall: Pottery Barn has terrible delivery response. Our order was scheduled to deliver today and according to all the text and emails everything was on time. Broke down the children’s beds and had their room ready for delivery. We waited a whole day of leaving messages for delivery coordinator to finally get help from the security guard from their warehouse in Claremont NC just to find that the items are still in GA warehouse not shipped. Maybe next week or later! One item was said to be rescheduled but according to their website it was delivered and they charged us for it already. Found out today that it’s just sitting at their warehouse in NC. For the price I feel as if there should be a better check and balance on delivery.Update: we received help from an amazing CR and she got all our items delivered on the same day as she promised. We had an amazing delivery team that set up our beds. Chris and Anthony were great! Unfortunately, it really depends on the person that answers your call if they will seek to help you or not.

We will be using her again very shortly.
Sarah Pratt: Sandra Stratton isn’t a designer using furniture; she is an artist who weaves dreams using furnishings. I, on the other hand, am no artist, so I came to the process with apprehension and dread. Slowly, patiently, Sandra helped me discover what I love by listening and questioning. As I watched her caress each fabric, as I heard her voice express joy at finding just the right one, as I saw her eyes light up when it all came together, I became more confident and began to enjoy the process. I drove to EA in Cary to purchase an area rug for my dining room and fell in love with a fabric. She helped me envision the fabric upholstered on a chair that was not to my liking but technically better for the fabric. The chair arrived and it achieved my objective: of enhancing a focal point, of exhibiting the beautiful fabric, of wanting a unique comfortable chair by the fireplace. Thank you Lexie
