Brian Chan: I had most of my first floor and some of my second floor painted. Although I had some initial concerns with the painting, they were taken seriously and quickly addressed. There was also no pressure for payment until I was satisfied and they even offered compensation which went above and beyond.I think a lot of what makes a company good, is not just how they perform work, but how they handle mistakes/issues and take responsibility. 5/5Service:Interior painting

Tina Marie: Critical:ProfessionalismPaint quote gone wrong. The person (won’t name names here) that came out for the quote asked to use my bathroom. That’s fine! Later in the day I realized this man had left his feces on my toilet seat and in the toilet bowl. I also noticed there was no sign of hand washing. Im disgusted and honestly shocked.
Halston: Called to make an appointment, was told someone would call me in 24 hours. Never received a call. Followed up after 48 hours to see what the status was of setting up an appointment for the quote, was told that they usually don’t take this long and that my request was forwarded to the manager. The manager never called. Business must be good to not even have the respect to call me back for an appointment. Not responsive or reliable, I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place.

Fresh Coat was the most affordable and the company owner was very knowledgeable about the necessary repairs that needed to happen before the paint job. Fresh Coat did an excellent job for us. Next Level Physio: I don’t have enough good things to say about Florence and her crew. We moved into a home with a very old and unfinished garage that needed quite a bit of prep work and paint. Because the dry wall was really beaten up, Florence’s crew had to do a lot of spackling and respackling, and the job took much longer than we all expected. That said, Florence did not add any additional fees to her original quote(which was already reasonably priced). Her famous line, “we gotta make this right,” held true from start to finish. Florence’s crew did solid work and made our garage look fantastic as you can see for yourself. I highly recommend Fresh Coat Painters and have since used them for other interior and exterior projects.

They did they entire downstairs, stairwell and fixed the ceilings upstairs that I botched while painting. Job was done quickly and effectively. The owner Florence is extremely communicative, provided me with a fair quote quickly, and was able to put me on the schedule within a week of confirming the job. The crew leader Manuel came promptly and my exterior paint job was completed within three days. Florence worked with me to customize a color for the door that wasn't readily avaliable as a standard exterior paint option, and the crew did frequent check-ins throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied. Florence did a final walk through after I confirmed I was happy and noticed some spots with the old wood siding that might cause future concern. She called her contact at Sherwin Williams to come check it out and get his recommendations and he reassured the quality and durability of the product and gave the final ok.
