S Rager: Poor return policy. Won’t even exchange merchandise (new with tags bought 14 days ago) for other items in the store. Lost my business. And the sales person was absolutely rude. At least be kind!
Erin Bridgers: Cute clothes but this 5 star is for the girl who works there. I didn’t catch her name but she has long straight brown hair. The sweetest girl ! I had clothes picked out ahead of time for a special occasion today . I woke up and hated the outfit I picked out. Long story short, I came in sprinting trying to find an entire last minute outfit . She was so sweet with really good suggestions. I was SO happy she was there to help. I got an entire outfit they I love. Thank you !!!

Monique May: Terrible return policy!! I rec’d a necklace as a gift. I was told I need to return it within 7 days for a full refund, I did just that. Then was given. Store credit. I want a refund so I can buy something I LIKE. The reason given, “we can’t tell if you’ve worn the jewelry”. That’s BS. The necklace was tried on and then put back in the box with the tags still on. Ridiculous. Also, The girl that helped me looked at me like I was beneath her because I had no makeup on and in my workout clothes. Why would anyone shop here?

The owner went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I received a particular sweater that I had been looking for. I have not had the pleasure yet to visit this boutique in person, but I will visit soon. I was so impressed by the means they went to in order to see that I was a satisfied customer. KARI HUNSAKER: Normally i have a great experience at this store, but today was not the case. In full disclosure, I wanted to return an item, never worn, i had the tag on. I did not purchase it on clearance. When I walked in, i said i wanted to return it. Immediately, i was told that it was a clearance item and all sales are final. I said, i purchased this shirt at full price. After looking it up, they found that i purchased the item 3 months ago, past their 60 day return policy. I understand this is their policy, and i have no problem adhering to the policy. It was how I was treated. I wasn't welcomed, and it felt like I was at the DMV, not Torrid.
Rieneke Farrow: If I could, I would give this no stars. I just walked into this location and none of the THREE employees acknowledged my presence. They continued their conversation as if I wasn't there. I walked right by them and was tempted to say hello just so that they'd have to acknowledge me but I refrained. Not even 3 minutes later, other customers (of a lighter skin tone) walked in and were immediately greeted and offered assistance. I walked out, past all three employees, with still no acknowledgement. You obviously need help from the fact that the last two times I attempted to visit this location, it was closed. But maybe train your employees to have better customer service. I'll never be back and will tell everyone I know why.
Lauren King: I've only had great experiences at this location. Whenever I needed to pick up an order or exchange an item, the staff here has always been helpful. Today (5/15/2022) Felicia went above and beyond for me. She was the only one holding the store down and I could tell she needed some relief. But she didn't let that get in the way of making sure I was taken care of. She got my item returned and replaced with a smaller size, for the same price I paid online. She made sure the item was shipped to my house. We cracked some jokes and I was on my way. She's the best. I hope her higher ups see this and give her raise cause she deserves it.

London Simone: This Ross Dress for Less is fantastic! I found so many adorable outfits, dresses, jewelry, and shoes. I adore the brown boots I bought. The Puma hoodie is adorable! The staff was quite pleasant. The wait time to cash out was quite short! The store was spotless. Excellent value for money. Also, adorable children's clothing!

Gil Cromshaw: There is very little selection, they have two fitting rooms, tiny spaces at the very front of the store. When I went to try something on, the fitting room was piled w other people's stuff all over the floor. There is lots of wasted space at the front of the store. The whole place is just ghetto. I haven't seen a more poorly managed store of really any kind than this in a long time. It might only be this store. The one on Glenwood is definitely better but Ross overall is clearly in third place (in fact maybe fifth or sixth) compared to similar stores like Marshalls and Burlington.

I wish I had gotten her name because this wasn’t the first time she has been rude . Maybe try to have at least one other cashier working during peak hours.
April Mizelle: This was a messy store. I could understand the holidays and being messy but this was a Friday. Stuff everywhere on the floors and restroom locked and told out if order when I had a 5 year old with me. This is not how Ross normally is.

Eva R: This is a hidden gem in Cary for those who enjoy thrifting. The ladies working are kind and approachable. They’ll answer questions and give you insights on when they get new items. I love how you can still find 100% cotton, silk and natural fibers. Consider popping in before heading to big box stores and support your local business.
Elizabeth Zakor: Not a very nice place or staff. Needs some major merchandising. It's stuffed with so much stuff that it's difficult to look. I'd give it no stars if that was an option.
Sara Jakobs: I cannot believe the treatment that I received from what claims to a reputable retailer.I purchased a Burberry handbag for close to $400 dollars and found out two days later that it was not authentic. I called and spoke to the owner and was told she would refund my money. However, when I went into the store I was met with an incredibly rude response. She told me that it was authentic and would not refund my money.After shopping here several times and consigning items I am furious that I was treated in this manner. If you want a designer handbag shop elsewhere or beware!
Karen Allen: This is a little treasure in the Cary area. Tucked away in a strip mall but packed with lovely things. Each time we go, I find something. The last trip, we found a prom dress for my junio - with Norstrom tags on it! I went to check the tag and it had been taken off during purchases. Do not stand by their prices and lack concern for their customers.Not to mention the lack of customer service and unfriendly staff.
Robin Donegan: I can’t say enough about J’Adore. Truthfully, I had been in maybe once several years ago and although thought it to be an impressive store, I just didn’t have many reasons to run back. Then, my Mom passed away and I knew after going through her things and sending much of it to Dorcas Ministries, the high end shoes, clothing and jewelry was to go to J’Adore. Nicole and Nancy were wonderful! Not only did they take most of the items I brought in but they treated them with such care knowing my story. They were super sympathetic but more importantly professional and knowledgeable about every piece they touched. My shopping habits may have to change now and I’ll head to J’Adore first when wanting a great piece of jewelry, some unique piece of clothing or great pocket book!Love this place!! Go today!!

The reason is the owner(who is present in the store often) and the store manager are both really down to earth people. The first time I went I was surprised when I simply showed Nicole, the owner, a picture of my lovely wife. She proceeded to recommend 2 outfits complete with accessories to gift to my wife as we had a few formal events coming up. I was impressed how fast Nicole was able to piece together 2 outfits. The price came out as expected-wayyy under retail prices. When I saw J’Adore received the diamond award in Cary mag I had my doubts-but now I see why customers and consigners continue their business with this company!! 100% recommend!

Their procedures in procuring the best clothing both in brand and in condition are 5 star. There’s no selection of both brands and sizes like it in the triangle. Skip the mall, the crowds and overpriced fashion for the masses and get something of great quality as well as unique & current!

Bart & Patricia Coan: I can’t recommend J’Adore as their proactive communication is quite appalling.I consigned two formal gowns that were my mother’s. The website login they gave me never worked and they THREW AWAY my mother’s dresses without even contacting me to say they were doing so. I understand the need to turn inventory over, but a courtesy email or call to say you have seven days to pick up your item is not so much to ask given that the entire business model is based on their ability to attract consigners.I would NEVER work with them again. And clearly would not shop there either as a customer. 😡

K P Mishra: Kalashri has been our go to place for traditional Indian ethnic ware for festive occasions. They also carry a huge selection of regular daily-use dresses for ladies. You get very personalized help from the staff and the owner, which is great due to the large varieties of selections involved.In addition, they help with alterations, when necessary, from experienced tailors.
Nisha Chopra: Great selection! I was in need of plus-size outfits which can be very hard to find. Rini was very helpful and gave her honest opinion which I valued so much. She also completed the alterations within days (added sleeves to the gown). Would definitely recommend and will be returning when I have a need for a new outfit!

Maggie Johnston: I cannot recommend Kalashri highly enough if you’re looking for south asian clothing and jewelry and excellent customer service. I recently married into a Bengali family and have had many occasions that I’ve needed to shop for--Rini (the owner) is patient, helpful and extremely accommodating. They have a range of styles and sizes for women’s clothes--I’ve bought blouses and shalwar kameez that have been helpfully tailored on site, and Rini has helped me match bangles for a variety of outfits. I would be totally lost without Kalashri--if you need south asian clothes in the triangle this is the store for you!
Mazi Oso Tafari: Kalashri is an awesome place to shop. The atmosphere and product selection is remarkable. The shop has a lot more to offer than I can even imagine. I love how my vision sees many things that are interesting and exciting like the meditation bowls and elephant decor from tiny to extra large pieces. The ladies have authentic, genuine customer service effortlessly, very helpful, knowledgeable and patient while you shop. Its extraordinary treasure to find this shop. Check out Kalashri, you want be disappointed at all.
