Danielle Martin: Super helpful and knowledgeable staff was able to help me find the right option for my dogs dietary needs within my budget. If you have a pet with food allergies, this place is a great option! Also, all of the animals for sale in the store looked very well cared for and healthy unlike at other pet stores.
Jacqueline Eugenia: I was looking at an adorable guinea pig that was available for adoption yesterday. I could not tell the gender because the guinea pig was moving really fast. An associate was adding some product to the habitat and I asked them if they knew the gender of the guinea pig. The associate responded with “I can’t tell you the gender because we actually aren’t allowed to tell the gender of the animals to customers”. They also proceeded to say “I’m not sure what the gender is anyways”. This to me is odd in a pet store. Not only should associates know basic things like being able to distinguish male versus female pets, but claiming that the genders cannot be told is very strange. I will not support a pet store that refuses to tell the gender of a pet for adoption. This to me is funny, unacceptable business. Refusing to inform customers the gender of adoptable pets can lead to some serious problems for customers only looking for males or females (in my case, male or spayed female). I will not shop in a pet store that has funny business like this. In addition, the small pet products are overpriced compared to other pet stores or Amazon. Don’t shop for small pet products here.
Allyson Colaco: Great pet store — we go for the bathing station. There are three stalls where you can bathe your pet — the store provides shampoo/conditioner options and clean towels. It is so convenient! The team is hire friendly. Our dogs loves to go “shopping” after the bath to pick out a treat, too!
Julie Hutchens Delesdernier: I bought a fish on Thursday and on Tuesday night it was dead. Policy requires the fish and a sample of the water for a refund. I returned it with the water and because it had the dead fish in it they said the water was not able to be tested. I completely do not recommend buying fish from this store. Customer service was a crock

Laura McCarthy: Pathetic return policy. You have to have a VIP account to get your money back, otherwise they’ll only give you store credit. No one is “authorized” to override the system. Don’t bother calling the customer service line like they suggest in all of their responses to their bad business. You’ll be put on hold and told repeatedly that you are first in line. They basically just stole over $70 from me.

This establishment has good customer service and the employees are always professional and polite when we come in.

Lauren Bilski: I walked there with my dogs to only get their nails trimmed. My pups are difficult to trim their nails. But I am unable to do it by myself otherwise I would. I stated they were difficult up front. The woman asked me if they bite. I hesitated when answering, I admit that, but I was honest when I said no, they do not. Instead of the woman just telling me to confirm that they don't bite or telling me they don't feel comfortable bc of my pause, they told me my rabies vaccinations were out of date. Concerned I called my vet on Monday and it turns out the woman lied. The rabies were in date. Just be honest about comfort level. I respect that way more than. Making me feel like I've done something wrong. I'll tip the metropolitan crew $20.

This is definitely 1 stop shopping for all of your fur baby's needs. And all of your lizards, birds, and fishes needs.They also have an adoption area for pets.The entire store was pet friendly, with large, well-lit aisles and a plethora of products, for even the most discerning pet owner.The staff members that I spoke with were exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional.If you have a pet already and/or wish to adopt another one, this is the ideal location.I personally have a large menagerie of animals that I look after. From raccoons, opossums, hummingbirds, feral cats, and anything else that shows up on my patio looking for food.And yes, these are all wild animals that are fed and remain outdoors (for obvious reasons).I find my interactions with all of God's creatures, both therapeutic and calming.If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click like. Claudia De Los Rios: My dog got groomed by Tammy and I do not recommend. I was very transparent about my dogs needs and issues and yet when I picked her up - 5 hours later mind you - she was choppy, hadn’t had her nails cut, and undone. I was met with excuses and accusations about my dog by this groomer. She offered a “fair price” to me as if I know what the prices of services are and wanted to take a measly $20 off of a $140 service. Extremely unhappy with the unprofessional behavior of her and the manager who was eager to leave because he was “off the clock.” I had to go home and finish cutting my dogs hair myself. Save yourself time, money, and energy and get your pup groomed somewhere else.
J.G. Wade: I went to PetSmart -S. Blvd for puppy training classes. The trainer failed to arrive and there was a lack of communication in the store about the status of the training class. Another lady was there with her dog for training as well. We chatted, shopped, and waited almost 30 minutes- on a Saturday morning (You read that right, Saturday!). We finally provided our contact information on a piece of receipt tape we were given by a cashier. It’s been a week and half and no one has called or offered a solution. This store is usually great, but the training program is a little sketch right now. Hopefully, things look up after this is straightened out.
