Hello, my name is Deevo and I am the proud owner of Fusion Photography. I am a southern California transplant that now proudly claims Charlotte as "HOME"!

I started Fusion Photography in 2003 after I had a disastrous experience with my "photographer" at my wedding because I was trying to save money.

Prior to that, I was a hobbyist photographer shooting weekends, landscapes, and friends while simultaneously holding down a 60-hour workweek as a project manager for a bank.

I never knew that photography would be a career. In fact, if you had told me years ago that I would be traveling the world to photograph people's stories, I would have laughed in your face. But, here I am today doing just that. And, to be honest, I couldn't be happier.

Through my work, I have been fortunate enough to meet amazing people from all over the globe who have become my good friends. We've laughed together, cried together, and shared some of life's most precious moments together. It truly has been a privilege to be able to capture all of these stories and help others share their own. I am so grateful for all that this journey has taught me and for all the wonderful people I have met along the way.

Photography is so much more than just taking a picture. Every photograph should tell a story and it should resonate for years to come, transporting you back to the moment it was created every time you look at it.

My hope is that when you look at your images, you too are transported back to the moment and able to relive it each time as if it was yesterday.

In a time when literally everything was stressful, Jess and Kim were a constant source of support and calm for us.. On our wedding weekend they went above and beyond to take care of us and all our guests commented on the fun and joy they brought to our day. Where is your favorite place that you and your fiance have traveled together? (Just for fun!)

While neither of us are from Charlotte originally, both of us immediately fell in love with the city after moving here. Charlotte has become home for us for a while, and we LOVE our city. All the incredible food, world class breweries, professional sports, outdoor recreation, and being close to BOTH the beach and the ocean make Charlotte an amazing place to live, raise a family, but most all all, get MARRIED! Having a wedding in Charlotte opens up a world of possibilities, and we wanted to highlight a few of our favorite venues.
