Liz was a sweetheart - she explained financing process clearly and was upfront about the fees for delivery and installation. The technicians came out a few days later to install my appliances, and they were in and out faster than I could thank them! Thank y'all for taking the stress out of buying appliances. 😊
Robin Lowery: I bought a refrigerator with Best Price Appliances just days ago for my dad. His old refrigerator wasn’t working. I was excited that I was able to buy him a new one.Oh How Wrong I was. I plugged the refrigerator that I purchased from Best Price Appliances it didn’t even work. It never got cool AT ALL NOT EVEN A LITTLE COOL NO NOTHING!!!I willl never buy a used appliance no where else ONLY NEW APPLIANCES FROM REPUTABLE STORE FOR ME. Prashant Kubsad: They had exactly the washer and dryer I was looking for and in the price range I wanted. I checked few other shops and this was the best for my budget. They slightly cracked a dryer top during delivery. They offered me a replacement but since it was a cosmetic damage I opted for discount. They even added extra warranty on top of discount. I surely recommend if you are working with tight budget.

Awesome buying experience. The lady who wrote up the order was very nice and friendly. I will return for future needs.

I have worked with Caesar and Erika. They are very knowledgeable and honest, and have even put me on a “callback” list for items I need. Thay Stated dead be charged me for Experience and knowledge. Will not return do not recommend this place to anyone. In a tip for best price appliances you will make more MONEY in the long run if you charge less because you will sale more. Thank you. But no thanks...

Morgan Puente: Highly recommend NOT doing business with these people. First we went to the store during open hours and it was closed. Second, it was a long process to have had deliver the washer/dryer. Our tenants ran the washer/dryer once and the washer started smoking and the dryers cord blew up. They have a 90 day warranty and we CANNOT get ahold of the company now. Can’t express it enough to not do business with them.

Meagan Barfield: Purchased a set from them on 12/10/21 and it started okay. The delivery guys didn't call in the way so they called and was hollering that they were already at my house after being told it would be a few hours. After damaging the wall in my house and tracking copious amounts of dirt in the house we got the set inside only for the dryer to not be grounded right and blew my fuse. The washer had an odor so I bought some washing machine cleaner and after 2 rounds it was still kinda smelly, but I bought it so I'm gonna use it only to discover it doesn't agitate and it wraps my clothes so tight around the agitator that it makes a loud noise and you have to manually untangle it. At this point with delivery issues I'm definitely wanting to get a new washer (for the peace of mind) so I call to try and set up or work something out and I'm told that "there is nothing they can do but service it" and at this point her attitude is so obviously apparent that I am uncomfortable to continue the conversation. I'm telling y'all don't shop there. This company sells BAD product and they know it! Definitely do not recommend I would give them 0 stars, but Google made me give 1

When they couldn’t repair it, not only did they not charge me for working on it, but they blessed me with a washer and delivered it to my house. That was very helpful as I’m disabled.
