Judy Fuller: The first impression is the last impression. Took my purchase to the checkout to ask two questions... one asking about the size and the other about the return policy. Two people at the checkout, one a man the other, a lady on the phone. He appeared to be new, waiting on guidance from the person on the phone. After getting the answers. I decided to make the purchase. The first question asked was, what's my phone number? I looked puzzled and asked why do you need my phone number? He looks at the lady on the phone. She gets off the phone... not in a nice way.. "our system is down and this is how we're tracking the information to enter later. " My response, I will give you all 9s for my phone number. She didn't seem to like my answer. If my phone number is needed I won't make the purchase. Then they were not taking cash. Which I was okay with. Then things turned around for the better. The purchased was made. The first thing they should have explained is WHY you're needing a phone number. I still would have provided 9s and don't get upset if someone doesn't want to provide their phone number.

Hawkeye in the house: They have FRIENDLY STAFF that are willing to be helpful. They have a pretty good selection of shoes for MEN and of course WOMEN but wasn't concerned with women's shoes. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with Target on Albemarle Rd & Matthew's stores for men's casual shoes, Koles was better but still not GREAT and there wasn't anyone available to help me. I guess they are like a lot of businesses being short on HELP.

It's a small place, but there's no shortage of anything you want or need Western wear wise! They also have an amazing selection of Ariat tshirts, jeans, etc. I really enjoyed my visit here and plan on going back when I have more time to actually shop!
