The representative couldn’t take the back off because they didn’t have the correct tools… an official Movado store not having the right tools? Asking what to do next she recommends going to a non Movado watch repair store. Nothing like spending $400+ on a watch only have the official store tell you they can’t change it.

Jonathan Mullen: It doesn't matter if you have a 3K antique watch or a $10 watch from Wish. (I came with both), my watches were treated with equal care. The staff knew what they were talking about. They didn't mind that I brought my watches wrapped in a towel. They made me feel valuable, listened to what I needed, and provided creative solutions that were beyond financially reasonable. (Watches from wish, remember?) They even got my antique Omega up and running with a simple fix. I would highly recommend Epic Times to anyone who needs watch repair!
