ZipQuest - Waterfall & Treetop Adventure: what do users think?
Greg West: Family had a great time! You have to check this out to enjoy nature, have an adventure and support local business.
Nicholas Owens: The tour was great! I did the long course and it was beautiful. The guides (Dennis and CJ) were great!
Snow Flake: Best time ever...visiting fron Detroit.
Darrell Jameson: Had a wonderful adventure this past weekend for my daughter’s 12th birthday. Our guides JJ, Macen, and Cameron were incredible. They kept the kids laughing and enjoying themselves the whole time. They were full of jokes and terrible puns that I found hilarious. Would definitely recommend the experience again. The views on the waterfall adventure were incredible.
Monica Ollaca: Went zip lining on June 25th . Our instructors were Samantha and Faelin (?). We had an awesome time!! The views were amazing. The instructors were great, professional and funny!! We would def utilize them again if in the area and highly recommend!!
Mike Saroian: Our family had a great time! The ZipQuest staff was awesome...especially Marquise & Kasie...highly recommend!
Jamie Fredericks: We had a great time zip lining at Zip Quest! Dustin and Sam were fun, knowledgeable, and all around awesome! Thank you for a great time!Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes Price for adult entry $31+ …More
Barbara Goldentyer: The tour was okay. You are breaking yourself with your hand on the cable, which can be difficult, but the forest setting is nice. I'm giving a 1 star review because the woman in the office was rude to us.We had been told on the phone that we'd get $15 off each because we had done the waterfall course previously. We asked about that refund when we arrived and were told it didn't apply because we were now booking the forest tour instead of another waterfall tour. At the end of the tour the guide gave a big advertisement to everyone on the tour that if you ever book a second tour you'll get $15 off. So we asked if it mattered if it was the waterfall tour or not and they said it didn't. We went back inside and conveyed what the tour guides just told us. The woman at the desk doubled down, refused to apologize, and got very defensive even though I was trying hard to be polite and understanding.Even if the woman at the desk is correct about the policy, it doesn't excuse being rude. Also it's a bad policy that it's cheaper to do a forest tour followed by a waterfall tour, than it is to do a waterfall tour followed by a forest tour. We paid the same total amount, did the same two tours, and were told twice by staff that we'd get the discount, only to be rudely treated when asking about it.
Candy Maker: It was an amazing experience! I went with my adult kids. We had Sam and Dustin. They both were funny and helped us have a great time! The guides keep you laughing. I'm extremely afraid of heights and Dustin went out of his way to make me feel secure! I truly appreciate the extra effort he put in to make me feel safe. On each line they give advice on how to reach the next platform safely. It's an experience of a lifetime!
Blonde Guinness: OMG - what a great day! Dustin and KC were are Lead and Sweeper and they made our visit even better. We loved the zip lining, the views and the laughs that Dustin and KC provided! What a great team they make! We really enjoyed ourselves! Totally recommend Zip Quest! Triangle Rock Club - Fayetteville: what do users think?
Kasey Martin: I’ve been a member of this gym for two years. I can not praise the atmosphere, staff, and community enough. I will miss Bash’s consistently fun route-setting, Tracy’s challenging strength classes, and the feeling of Jay’s calming nature the moment you set foot in yoga. Tamara has done an incredible job assembling such a great team. Thank you for helping me fall in love with this sport!
No Name (hjc985): Helpful friendly staff. The size of the rock gym is decently sized for the community. The rating is close to outdoor climbing and not under rated.
Gabriel Hammock: Best place in town for meeting great people, getting a great workout, at a great price.
Nicole B.: We had a lot of fun here. If we were living in the area we would definitely get a membership. The kids LOVED it! They have a TON of rock climbing options, they have 2 different gym areas, a yoga studio, speed dating, a party room, and private classes for learning more.
Gwenie Gwen (Gwenie Gwen): This is the best climbing gym I've been to, everything else doesn't even compare to this gym! I've grown so much here
Camy Kennedy: This is the BEST value I’ve ever received at a fitness facility. Honestly, when I look at everything I get with the cost of the membership I’m stunned. It should be at least 3x the cost of what it is! A hidden gem in Fayetteville. Here’s what you get: world class yoga instructors, skilled fitness instructors for all levels, fun and safe rock climbing (even for beginners), smiles and good energy from the staff, all types of workshops. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY…I’ve made real connections with real human beings who have good hearts, and are helpful and kind. I’ve made friends here - which is SO important for a military town when you don’t know anyone. I’m so grateful this place exists!!
Evgeny Vorotnikov: One of the best gyms in the area! Fantastic place with great prices. People are very friendly. I recommend this place to everyone.
Saint Actual: This place is the most welcoming environment I have ever been to. Everybody there is amazing and always ready to help. The staff especially is knowledgeable, approachable and genuine. This place is like no other.
Aidan Brown: I consider myself a serious climber and I visited triangle the other week, i work and set in a gym in my town, and what i can say is that the sets were not only awkward, but dangerous. when setting, proper hold reinforcing is crucial for safety to prevent holds falling off the wall, or spinning, both of which are dangerous. When i was climbing, one hold spun on me, which is easily preventable with an additional set screw, and when i confronted a staff member about the spin, they handed me a tool to fix myself, which is incredibly unprofessional. I also watched a hold be ripped off the wall and someone fell from 12-15 feet because the hold was not properly secured. the facility is clean, but the staff lack proper knowledge of climbing and climbing safety. overall if you’re a remotely serious climber, i would recommend going to another gym or heading to an outdoor location
Amanda Marks: Did not have the greatest experience, went with my family on a member appreciation night. Was not impressed by the alcohol being served but not monitored or even age checked. Felt like the employees had too much going on. Left a less than steller review and the staff stalked the security footage, then called me unsolicited to try and breakdown what they saw on the footage I guess, while another staff member left a reply questioning my knowledge of safety protocols, felt very unprofessional to me. So if you have an opinion be prepared to be somewhat interviewed if they disagree, was given a play by play of what my family did while we were there. That being said, I was told it was members appreciation night and that's not a typical thing, they only do those 4 times a year so maybe another day would have painted them in a better light. It didn't feel family friendly to me but everyone is entitled to their own opinions, perhaps we will try again on a normal day after my 1st impression is no longer fresh in my mind. I'm leaving my review of my experience and pointing out what I was told about it not being their norm but sometimes it's about how a not typical day operates to decided between two similar businesses. You're welcome to disagree, and I truly hope you have a different experience. I was less than kind on my 1st review so I decided to change it as it was posted while in an emotional state.
dylan quinn: It's the best place to workout out and make the best friends.
Meg Vandernoord: Took the kids here and they had a blast. Staff is extremely attentive and helpful, top notch facility.
Ben McElwain: First time climbing ever and had an absolute BLAST! We were passing through the area and wanted to try something new and this was it. The staff are super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and we're very welcoming. This definitely got me hooked, I'm going to find a gym where I live and start climbing. Thanks for a awesome experience!
J C: This place is absolutely great. The employees here specifically Dylan and Tucker. Dylan helped me learn some techniques on the bouldering walls and Tucker was the one who rung me up. He was super cool and a sweetheart (really good prices here by the way). Absolutely love this place. 10/10
Andrew St.Pierre: Critical:Quality
Narcy Arbuckle: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueI had so much fun even being a beginner climber I can't wait to go back
Adele Amaya: My experience at the Triangle Rock Club was amazing. The staff is professional, friendly, and inclusive. I purchased a Groupon while I was visiting family in NC. I basically attended the Yoga class (Instructor Krissy) and Weights class (Instructor Jessica). I hope to find something close to home that resembles the program here. Thank you TRC for including me in your workouts and making me feel so welcomed.
Gephery: Great place! They have a lot to do, be it climbing, workouts, yoga, or more. Plus the membership includes everything. They also have a lot of offers to get your friends into it
Paul Shorkey: Distinct lack of triangles. And rock. I was expecting this to be a band made up exclusively of triangles, I brought my electric triangle all the way from Maryland in order to try out. All they play is laid back indie music so you can vibe with the other super chill climbers that are there. 0/10.
jeniffer L: My kids have been members for over a year and have attended Parents Night Out on several occasions. Today I thought my 8 and 11 year old wouldn't enjoy themselves as much as they usually do considering there were no other kids registered for PNO. I was WRONG! Zora was amazing. She kept my kids engaged and they both had a blast.
Tori Barker: I took the 9am yoga class with Courtney and it was so nice! Everyone is super friendly, the inside is so big, and the gear they provide is great. TRC has always been a favorite from when I was younger. It's a physical activity you can do with all ages and experience level. I am just starting to get back into yoga and didn't feel l lost or left out. You have to go at least once, I am sure you will fall in love with the place too!

The Climbing Place: what do users think?
ky: The staff was very helpful, i believe Bella was the one who showed us the tour. There was another lady also, they was very helpful, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody looking for fun.
Dave Hobie: Wonderful experience.Clean, safe, affordable and fun. Spent about 3 hours in there with my 10 year old son and his friend. For $18 we got shoe and harness rental for the entire day. They had routes for every experience level. Two kids who have never indoor climbed before had a great time and were busy the entire time.Staff was super friendly and helpful.Place was clean and well maintained.Prices were very reasonable.5 Stars, will return.!
Elijah Harris: The routes were fun, challenging, and diverse. Passing through town and very glad to have found a gym at all--let alone one this big! Thank you Mr and Mrs P for the hospitality. Will certainly visit again.
Lucas Burlingham: Great climbing place for kids. I would not recommend it to anyone trying to get better at climbing at a more serious level - the walls are quite small and the routes aren't the best with a limited number of auto belays.
Cassandra NightThunder: Best place to blow off some steam. I highly recommend the belay classes and climbing with a friend. It's a great workout and a good place to meet others who love climbing as well.
Cole Owen: Amazing and non corporate climbing gym. Quality is obviously top priority. Tons of lines for any skill level. They offer lessons and an excellent Belay class. Pay for the day and take breaks for lunch or resting the shoulders around downtown and come right back to climb some more. The climbing gym competition makes it feel very corporate and uninviting and elitist. The climbing community is far from that and this place gives the right feel. Traverse the wall on a 800' out and back or 400' one way for adding your name to a short list of those who have. Hope I don't regret telling people how amazing this place is and it becomes overrun with climbers. Worth checking out for anyone looking to try something new or hone their skills before hitting Pilot Mountain.
Morbuzka: The staff are all extremely kind and welcoming, even making rounds to check on all the climbers, ensure they are having a good time, and engaging in conversation. The gym is also laid out in a way that allows the adult climbers to congregate in one area and the youth climbers in another, so even when it's packed with loads of families with multiple children, I don't feel like I'm surrounded or unable to climb. Also, every other climber I've met here has also been very nice, helpful, and encouraging. All of the bouldering problems are fun to analyze and fun to attempt, and there are a ton ranging from VB to V7 (that I've seen).
Caroline Adcock: This is a wonderful place for kids and adults alike to climb! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
Bb Lngstckngz: The place was very clean and a well kept facility. Very well priced and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They displayed the very Epitome of Southern hospitality and charm.
Brandon Samuel: Love this place. Safe place, pizza on Fridays, super kid-friendly. Appropriate for all climbing levels. We have a membership and it’s totally worth the price!
Elisabeth Daugherty: Never had a bad experience. All staff are supper friendly and helpful 😀
Micaela Brice: We absolutely love the climbing place. We have been coming for years. My husband used to climb before we were married for several hours every day. Then when we returned from living out of state with kiddos we found the climbing place is so accommodating for kids and I! Our 4 year old has countless hours of fun on a weekly basis and the membership is so worth it. It is a place that feels free for him to explore yet safe and clean. He also meets other kids too! The routes are challenging for all ranges of age and skill level. We especially enjoy having a place to go in the hottest part of summer and coldest part of winter!
Perry Saunders Jr: The kids had an Awesome time time with All the different activities for them, A1 place for Fitness & Fun
Tinku Alexander: Visited last night with 2 kids. Never done this before. Had so much fun. Wonderful place, great staff. My son was scared about attempting this but the lady at the front desk was so kind and made him feel safe. By the end of the night, he was climbing. Will definitely be back.
Smart Kerry: It was our first time. The kids had fun a d want to go back. Thanks for the experience.
Michael Strohm: Always creative and positive reservation/ contracting discussions with Mr. "P," owner, and Ms "R. S.," manager, of this extensivefacility.Absolutely a Family and Singles-friendly environment; well-suited facility for use of contracted childcare; "Carolina Nannies"; excellent training environment in support of interactive, kinetic, adult learning model.Photos posted in past reviews suggest the various age-group and skill-levels The Climbing Place supports! You will not be disappointed!
Truett Canady: Great place to learn basics, and some difficult walls for hardcore climbers
Cynthia Morscheck: Such a great and amazing place for the family and kids! Clean facility and friendly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
M J: We made a stop while we were driving home from South Carolina to Delaware, our two kids absolutely loved it and allowed them to get some energy out during our road trip. The owners were very knowledgeable, and even though we had never tried a rock climbing gym, it was very easy for a beginner to learn, and a great family outing. Thank you both so very much!
Patricia Fishback: Amazing experience, incredibly friendly staff. The two-year-old had an amazing time, the 5-year-old had an amazing time, I'm 33 and I loved it. Can't wait to come back
Susan Stammerjohan: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueGreat experience! Kid friendly. Kind people who look for ways to enhance your climbing experience. My granddaughter loves this place!

Cape Fear River Adventures: what do users think?
Jennifer Wood: Really fun day trip with the kids!! The staff and owner are wonderful and helpful. This time we went tubing but we will definitely be back to do some kayaking! I would have to say the owner is a major star and helped us get our locked keys out of the car! Great people and time!
Tamie Mayo: It’s alway AMAZING! So fun! Peaceful and we never want it to end!! Best weekend ever!!!
David Keaton: We really enjoyed our trip down the river, but the launch site and landing sites could use some upgrading.
becca Moon: We had an amazing time it went by a little quicker then we would like it to be but it was so much fun and will definitely be back!!
Ryan S (RS): The overall experience at Cape Fear was outstanding. The online booking system, check-in process, tubes, river, bus transportation, and staff were great. My only complaint is that the entrance to one of the grass parking lots has a big drop off that is really tough to see when exiting the lot. My car fell off the ledge and nearly popped a tire and damaged the suspension. please extend the narrow entryway or put cones to mark the barriers to it.
Alicia Bush: Awesome time floating down the river!! Everyone at Cape Fear Adventures was very nice and made our first float adventure amazing, Will definitely do it again!
Melissa Wilcox: I took the intro to paddle boarding class yesterday and it was great! The instructor was awesome and very informative. I learned a lot and feel like I can officially call myself a paddle boarder now.
SHIRLEY ODONNELL: I took the Introduction to Paddle boarding class with Brandi. She did a great job of explaining the types of boards and accessories that go with them. Walked us through getting on and moving about the board as well as how to get back on when you fall off - before we went into the river. Have to say, I was nervous about balance and falling but her instruction was so great, I really didn’t have any trouble at all and, I didn’t fall. Ready to go again and looking to invest in my own board!Rented a kayak the weekend before and had a great easy paddle trip. Next… a float down the river. And, don’t forget to stop in at the restaurant for a bite and cool drink.
Jessica Williams: What a great day on the river! The staff was kind, professional, organized, and efficient. The premium floats were awesome too! A quick rinse off and change of clothes is a nice option before having a beer and grabbing some fried banana peppers or pizza at The Lost Paddle.
Stephanie Jopson: We had a fantastic time! This company was very accommodating and quick to pick us up!Can’t wait to come back!
Becky Maguire: We chose Cape Fear River Adventures to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. It was so worth it. We had a fabulous time. The staff was great and we didn’t have to wait longer than 5 minutes before and after the float!, we’d do it again 10 more times!Becky
Ashley Sherrill: We had a fantastic experience tubing and glamping in covered wagons at cape fear river adventures. Kids and parents both loved it and we will definitely do it again. Everything was clean and organized and just plain fun : )
Nick Strope: Easy and fun. Group had a blast. Can float in peace. No one ran into us. Good times
Amy Schneider: What an FUN experience! From the easy online ticket purchase with waiver signing to the very end of the trip. Every employee was nice and helpful, the equipment was clean and sturdy and the trip down the river the perfect length. I would definitely recommend.
Nichole Kemerer: We had a great time floating down the river! I definitely recommend going online and doing a reservation. The sign in process was easy and they move people through the lines quickly. We reserved two deluxe tubes, one child tube, and a cooler float. They have any extras that you might need there. We will make this trip a few times this summer. Next time, kayaking!
Lizzy French: Had a great time, next time I'll bring my own tube and some snacks, but had an absolute blast with me and about 20 other people all tied together it took about 3 hours. The more people that are tied together the longer the adventure lasts!
caitlyn matiatos: My boyfriend and I had a blast kayaking. Thanks for letting us have a little extra time and letting us try the tandem kayak, it definitely made our day. We’re definitely going to plan a group trip to go tubing with our friends soon. Y’all are the best!!
Brandon Miller: Our group had a great time! Staff was super nice and very helpful, we will be coming back soon!
Nina Bombard: Great service & staff! Quick to the water and quick to return following the off load from the River.
Cara Johnson: Love tubing with this company down the Cape Fear River. Super easy to park, check in, grab your tubes, and get to floating! This was me and my husband’s third time with this company, and will not be our last.
Brad Moliterno: Loved the experience. Wish they would’ve reminded me to get my ID afterward. Remember this when you go!
