Ralph A. Philpott: @budlight I have been very disappointed with my go to beer. The last few 24 case of Bud light have been flat and without the taste I enjoy. I don't know if the store or the driver or maybe the company is something to make the beer flat. I'll be looking for a new light beer now.

M M: Address and actual unloading spot is different. On Google maps I unloaded at SDDS Holdings building. Easier to stop here 1st and ask where they want you. 🤷♀️

Ellis Scott: They only use one dock door. Don't have appointments but was told my appointment was at 4am arrived at 3:45 5 trucks in front of me its now 6am and still 2 trucks in front of me but you have to sit in the front seat so you can keep pulling up every hour

Nathan Harrison: I applied here when I first got a CDL (2018)they offered me 8.50 and hour and didn’t hire me. now I’m an owner operator and delivering to them and making thousands a day. Funny how things work sometimes. Quick unload.
Daniel Savage: Absolutely horrible service, I had the cash and when he showed up I was going to walk across the street and get the money order but he refused to let me. He said that he has to receive the money order before, so then I politely asked if I could grab it for him and he still refused. Also thank you for the smart remark of saying “see you in 2 weeks”. My family has multiple stores and does a lot of business with Healy wholesale and this is not what usually happens. With the whole virus outbreak seems like people would be a little understanding but I guess not.
Joe Thigpen: This is the best company to work for and with.27 years with an AB house and the only reason they performed well was the people on the street hiding their lack of concern for the customers.I am very proud to be a part of this team.They are local and support local.

If you have a local business or are looking to purchase any beer I consider you look at all other options before choosing them. They have no respect or care for customer relations, Nor care about your (business) that supports the company itself. You can not teach respect, though you can teach customer service.

MSGI Jane: I give only 2 stars bc they did have the front cement entrance cleaned where as others look bad. This is the only store that has bars like prison so you know it isn't a safe place. They have no customer service skills and yell across the store.

As soon as you walk in it’s someone will yell at you “Do you need help??” But not in a way to make you feel like they’re trying to help but more of a “what the hell are you doing here tone?”. It’s really sad how they profile people here and make you feel like a criminal. Like if it’s that bad shut it down and build somewhere eles. Who trains this staff to greet customers this way. The worst place ever. Cashier tries to be nice but is clearly fake!! Especially after she talks to you like a correction officer.. definitely going to contact corporate and see what’s going on with this location because it’s a bit extreme how they act here

Elaine Martin: For some odd reason, whenever I go to family dollar, they always have boxes everywhere. I think they get a delivery truck every day but don't have enough people to put the stuff away. 🤷🏾♀️Furthermore, the people that work there are very nice. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The place, however, just looks a mess.

Jnene Dodson: The store is very unkept freezers are always down and leaking stuff the store is over crowded for no reason the laundry soap selves looks like some have exploded and no one cares. They close at the most busy times of a day, they are short staffed the turn over IS HIGH but the staff they do have are great and probably unappreciated that is why they dont stay, its just not enough also again the store needs to shut down clean, fix and hire more staff.
