Sarah Roberts: Best auto part place in town hands down!! Family owned and operated forever, and it's definitely a place you can trust. Mr. Bullard is such a great and friendly man, and really does his part to make sure you are taken care of. I was hesitant at first because I couldn't find any reviews but this place is truly a hidden gem. I'm new to the area and was searching for the perfect auto part shop, and I'm thankful I found Bullard.

John Sovine: Great price but the free delivery didn’t actually happen. I live in a gated community and left an authorization at the gate to allow Walker/NAPA Auto Parts in to delivery. Tommy surprise, the delivery driver was allowed into our housing area, but for what ever reason the driver decided to turn around and leave the package with the entrance gate. one of the guards called me to let me know the driver couldn’t get in touch with me even though I was waiting for him on my front porch.

When I asked why, he became very nasty and disrespectful. Incredible... Whoever owns that franchise should talk to their people about courtesy and respect... Rest of the story: Found what I needed elsewhere at a competitor store where the same part was significantly less and the attendant was far more courteous. As my grandfather once said, a little respect goes a long way.

I came their for coolant and ended up having to spend $125.00 for a part that one of the associates broke, then they tell me it's not their fault for them damaging my vehicle rendering it undrivable for 5hrs while I had to wait for my mechanic to fix the part in the parking lot of O'Reilly's.I will be filing a civil suit against this company for the damages done to my vehicle on the behalf of their employees as well as for pain and suffering, as well as for the financial impact it had on me and my family. As well as mechanic fees. That I had to payNever let anyone at this location touch your car or even walk in this place they will damage your vehicle and tell you it's not their fault. I think the general manager I talked to was Elizabeth and she was the one that lied to me and told me she couldn't do anything about it.

Leon Thornton: I called to get prices for my vehicle and spoke with the store manager who quoted prices for rotors and and said the items were in stock. I went to the business after work only to find out that the prices quoted were wrong and the items were not in stock. I was told the items would be in at 730am the next morning. I departed and informed them that I would be in the next day in the afternoon. I showed up the next day at 3pm and my items were not there. I was then told they were on the way and it would be there in 30 minutes. I left and went to another store and returned 45 minutes later. My order still was not in the store. I asked for a refund, went to my car to get my receipt snd when I returned the items eere there. This is not satisfactory. The entire staff need quality training and customer appreciation training. TRULY DISAPPOINTED!! I will not be returning nor recommending anyone to patronize this location. The store manager had the opportunity to fix this problem but failed to get involved.
