Simple Truth: Ive been coming here for years. Moved to the other side of town so i don't get here often. The other day i did and this place is descustingly dirty. Never been in a food establishment that was so dirty. Just look up. Look at the support post in the food cooking area. Totally nasty.. that must be there contribution to helping turn this country into a nasty 3rd world country . The store is really nasty.

Juan Ramos: Great selection of Latin American products from everywhere; Argentina to Jamaica. They also have a bakery where they sell cakes, conchas, and other baked goods.Whenever I'm in town, I also stop by the in-house restaurant for some arroz con Pollo, Mangu, and other Latin favorites.
Jaquelin Galicia: What a disappointment 😕 where for many years I bought the richest 3 milk cakes that I could find in this area, now they are not the same, today I bought one because it is my son's birthday and he was very excited that he was going to break his cake, When you break it and start eating it, parts are dry and very sweet in parts, and others are not, wow what a disappointment, and not only that, but the prices went up a lot, I think it was definitely the last time I bought cakes there. Lisette Vega: I been going to this place since I move in to NC 9 years. I loved the bakery before my family will come from SC and FL and took bread from here to their home when they came to visit. I left for 9 month for deployment when I came back to NC I when straight to get the bread, when I arrive home and open the bag the bread was nasty and it had a different taste nothing like the bread of my country and the tres leches was not the same either. I am a Puerto Rican bread lover and surely this doesn’t taste like Puerto Rican. The bread was flat and it wasn’t puff as usual, who ever change the service of the bakery area did a big mistake, nothing like before they had good bread, and good sweets now is not the same this was one of the reasons why I used to go to the store. Very disappointing.
Linda Maria: I’m so disappointed that Compare Foods in Fayetteville closed 5 Hermanos Bakery and replaced it with the current non-Mexican bakery. Sorry, but the taste and quality of the store's bread are NOT the same. I used to drive an hour from Angier just to purchase from 5 Hermanos and maybe buy a few of the super expensive (inflated) items in the store. Now I have no legitimate reason to stop at Compare Foods.
Purple07: Rundown & bathrooms are nasty! Toilet paper all over the place & feminine products on the ground that seemed to miss the trash can. Toilets could use cleaning & keep up. The eating area needs to be cleaned & sanitized came across dirty tables with food crumbs.

Treat them like like you like to be treated and you’ll have a very pleasant experience. For those of you that find that to be too much of an ask, go somewhere else!

Victoria Betancourt-Hartzog: Today I went to buy produce to make a holiday meal. They have their entire green banana section messed up. The Bananas all have the code 4011. So when you go to check out at self check out you enter 4011 and it shows a price. Well they apparently know that code is wrong. So as I am checking out a lady comes over. Erases my items and enters a different code that what was on the item and it has a higher price. When asked they said oh we know what it says and they should be removing that code sticker. They didnt but you have to pay more Their yautia Lilia is replacing the yautia Blanca though they are separate items and different prices. When you speak to someone about it. They don't care. They want you to pay for their screw ups. Such a shame. It is a disorganized mess.
Jessica Williams: I was there yesterday today date is November 11 2022 I love their meats love the way the chop it up the goat,chicken and turkey wings it’s chop up in small pieces, some of the prices do say one thing but when get to the register it say something different check your receipt before you leave and watch prices when they ring it up, most don’t understand English but they speak it really I don’t have nothing bad to say about the meats I buy and cook my own food I love cooking and seasoning my own food never ate from there so I can’t say anything about their cook food.

In a few weeks I took a peak at what was in the soil and was disheartened to find them collecting mold. I was going to write it off as a failed project till I noticed young shoots growing in the spot I planted the bulbs. I was very happily surprised and since have bought more bulbs and gardening items from there store..

Robert Sweeney: I have gone into this store regularly and you absolutely need to check expirations dates for all foods. They consistently have an issue with expired foods on the shelves and in dairy sections. Today I had to point out six random products I picked up that were up to a month expired. This has been addressed each time I have gone into the store and on three separate occasions, the manager (Megan) has been informed and had discussions with me. Clearly there is not any sort of process to go through products on a frequent basis. One product found had an expiration from October 2022.
Sandra Young: Second visit here in a month and we like their produce meats and fresh ground coffee selections!!! Stephanie our cashier was fast and friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Simply Sharneace: First time buying from here, the “meat bundles” are just boxes of old, discolored, smelly, almost rotting, overpriced frozen meat. Highly disappointed especially after hearing such good reviews. Wishing I would’ve just spent my money elsewhere. Eat at your own risk lads and gents. On the plus side, the hamburger, catfish fillets, and frog legs were in good condition.

River E: Treats employees poorly. I heard an employee ask if he could go to the bathroom and was told by a manager (I assume) that he had to collect more shopping carts from the parking lot first. Employees shouldn't even need to ask to use the restroom.
Hermena Richardson: I went to Westwood food lion. My cashier was apparently mad at something. She never spoke. I spoke to her and no response. She rang my food up and took my money with a scowl on her face. I told her to have a nice day but still no response. Her name was Audrey. Next time she needs to stay in office until she's ready to serve customers.
Mark's Tunes: I went to buy broccoli for broccoli cheddar soup. They had 3 stalks. I asked the produce clerk for "fresh", he told me none was delivered. I broke the BROWN stalks off what they had and went to self-checkout. I called the attendant bc they didn't have the code in the register computer. She was the M.O.D. (mgr on duty), she upcharged the bag bc I had removed the brown stems. I offered to walk her back to produce and show her what was there. She was very rude. I gave her the bag and drove to another Food Lion. They were stocked much better.

Dakota Hill: Great organic food. My only criticism is they don't have cottage cheese.
Coody Mayne: Honestly, I didn't know what it was, but when I got in, it was dope, very clean, a lot of healthy choices, fresh meats and vegetables, may seem a little pricey but they have a great selection of vitamins, powders, organic foods, and vegan friendly options. They don't sell seamoss though.
Sébastien Finucane-Courreges: The grocery store (which is what it is) is really well-staffed and has cruelty-free products and a great beer and wine selection with deals posted throughout and a really spacious floorplan, which engages the onlooker.
zach korbel: Very friendly and funny staff. They’re always helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have.It’s always a clean store.
Alisha Green: Moving to the area I couldn't find most of the items on my shopping list.. This store has it all! Chickpea pasta, greek silk yogurt, coconut sugar and more. Great prices too !

Michael Fields: Little pricy on some items but more of a healthy spot vs standard grocery stores like food lion etc
Moises Inostroza: Sprout has a clearence section that's constanlty being updated. Eating healthier can be cheaper when you know where to look. They also have a working place that's chill and cool.
Connie Davis: Well I wish we had one here in Savannah ! I buy some of my favorite things ( when I go to visit our daughter) so I don't have to order off line and pay shipping lol
