I enjoyed the food that Customer Service and everything there was in working order. I definitely will be taking my family there again and often.

toya lee: Went to this establishment May 6, 2023. We did laser tag and then go karts. We were next in line just two drivers and my little man. Was told he could not ride without a wristband. I should have been informed upon paying for the attractions. A simple do you guys plan on riding the go karts? I would have said yes and this would have not been a issue. No compensation or nothing, now I have to wait over 20 mins to ride go karts. Also the cards say they are good for a year but, been less than a year and my card has nothing on it. I should have 2 attractions. So I would advise everyone to check upon leaving and get something saying how much you have on your card if you plan on returning.

Eileen Rowe: Was not much to experience. March 26, 2022 Saturday evening. Arrived at Mountasia at 7:30pm. Only to be told that they are closing. (Because there was not enough business to be open) So the 20 minutes we were in the parking lot, trying to think of what else to do. 5 other car FULL of people pulled up to golf , only to be turned away. I counter about 9 people inside when we arrived, 12 including us. Turned away. We counter about 40 to. 50 people turned away in those 20 minutes. How rude. EKR

Cheyenne Harbison: Great mini golf place. Try the Zebra course, theres a really cool cave hole in it. Plus they partner with the pirates mini golf at the other end of the parking lot; if you do the bundle do the pirate one first cause it is immensely disappointing compared to the awesomeness of Mountasia.

Catherine Thorp: I took my two grandsons, ages 4 and 6, to Sky Zone today, and they thoroughly enjoyed it! Each boy was able to find activities that he liked, and the place was arranged so that I was able to keep an eye on both of them without too much difficulty. Staff members were circulating and answering questions without being intrusive. The boys were pleasantly tired by the time we left, and I’m sure they’ll be asking to come back (and I’d be glad to bring them back)!
Michael McGee: Very unpleasant experience. Apart from the obvious attempt at squeezing more money from customers by having them buy more socks even if you bring your own, the staff seemed to single out children, specifically my children for doing things or being on certain trampolines that other kids of the same age or younger were doing as well. When my children and I were in the area for dodgeball, there was a parent with a child who might have been 9-12 months old, clearly too small to be in that area, but nothing was said to that parent. My family and I will not be spending any more money here or at any other location.
Kayla Locklear: Spent over $100 and 4 activities were down. It would have been nice to know beforehand. Also you cannot use socks from other trampoline parks, it has to be defy socks.
Eugene Sessom: I would give it a five, but we have a fearless 4 year old that will try anything at least once. We were told later after she had already been on everything that there was some things she was not old enough for.. If anything, put up age signs so parents will know. All and all we had a wonderful time and will be back..
Serg NYC: Excellent place to take the kids. So many different activities. The staff and very friendly and professional. If you live nearby, VIP is a MUST. Excellent price for unlimited visits plus you can invite friends. With VIP you are in quick, no lines.
Erik Lee: Good place but time for parties seem out of place because Jumping and trying to have food, cake, presents in a short 2 hour period is rushed. Daughter and other kids wanted to jump more.
Trash Panda Actual: Not worth the money or a membership overall, too much policing over little things. Took the kids for what was supposed to be a fun experience, they definitely did not enjoy themselves because the referees or whatever kept blowing their whistles.

Watch this..I am at the door with my two kids…. We are pulling on the LOCKED DOOR.. and just staring through the glass for two minutes. NOT one person comes to the door to acknowledge us! Not one. For those who are parents… yeah you can understand how hard that is to explain to your children. All the staff did was bury their heads in the computer screens as if I didn’t exist.
Linda Smith: 56 dollars and two of the the activities are shut down no obstacle course or the “big jump” as my kid calls it. So disappointed that’s a lot of money for 2 kids and not to enjoy the experience. I feel like before we paid we should have just been told so we could go to the next nearest trampoline park. !

Mary Key: Me and my husband went here for our two year anniversary and we had a great time, this was our third escape room here and we have done many others at two more places in Fayetteville. The room was very detailed, very fun, kept us on our toes and was overall very enjoyable. Our game host hannah was awesome, and very helpful, she has a great work ethic, and answered any questions we had. We will be back! We beat the zombie room with one minute to spare!
Tim Brown: This was our first experience in an escape room and we had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful and the puzzle was well organized and constructed. I can't rate it a five because I have nothing to compare it to at this point but we had a great time. Unfortunately we did not complete the puzzle but that just shows you that it is a challenge and it was rated as the least difficult (The inheritance). Maybe next time! PS. Since this was our first time in an escape room, we chose one of the least expensive ones to do and it did not disappoint. I don't think at this point we would be ready to pay a premium. I couldn't imagine it being worth it so I think this place is the go-to in town at this price. I would definitely recommend it unless you've already been here and want something different.

Damien Morgan (DailyDoseofDamien): My Fiancé and I were visiting North Carolina for the first time this week, and we decided to stop in at Escape Room Fayetteville to see if we could beat “The Inheritance.” Though we almost succeeded, but ultimately failed, it was an amazing experience. Parker was an incredible help when we needed it, and he made sure everything was well explained and that we were taken care of while we were there. 10/10 recommend and if we come to Fayetteville again, we are definitely visiting again.

Some friends and I did the serial killer room, and without a doubt it is one of the scariest, most well thought out, and interactive escape room I have ever done. Luke was an awesome clue master, and made the experience over the top fun. We will absolutely be going back to try another room.

Hunter Saunders: So much fun! Staff was friendly and down to earth and the clues were actually helpful and it was nice to both hear their voices and read it on the screen. This was our 3rd different escape game location in the area and it was all around our favorite. A few of the locks were a little messed up in “The Haunted” and it took up about 10 minutes when we had it correct and had to have someone come up and fix it for us, but other then that we loved the old building feel and how well the game flowed and none of the clues were too bizarre or irrational. My wife and I will 100% be back with more people to do the other rooms!

Haley and Nick are usually the ones who helps us during out visits, and they're both SO sweet and super pleasant! 💕 We even went twice in one day, and they were still just as helpful and were super patient with us -- both were walk-ins, so nothing was planned. Between the staff and the rooms, it's awesome here!

Valencia Armbrester: One of the best escape rooms that I have been to. My husband and I have done almost all of the rooms except for 1. They each have their own charm and have the most creative concepts in them. The Scooby Doo room has been our favorite. We have always had difficulties finding escape rooms that would allow only 2 people to participate since none of our friends are fans of being "locked in" for 60 mins, so it's great being able to enjoy with just us. Dan was our game host but is also the owner. Very friendly guy to speak with. Definitely recommend trying this place out.
JaBria Owens: We were visiting family from out of state and was looking for something to do. We completed Antidote. We’ve done over 10 escape rooms and this was one of our favorites! Luke Diamond: I recently did my first escape room with a small group of friends at Escapology, and I wasn't sure what to expect. But the game host, Brooke, made it so much fun. She explained the rules (and clarified a couple for me, 😅), made our group feel like we'd chosen the best room (Mansion Murder), and yes, gave us a couple clues that helped us out of ruts without ruining the challenge. Samantha Holthusen: $15 for unlimited play. Military discount available. Lots of fun stuff for the kids to do. Multiple different types of rooms. A great place to bring a shy kid to build their courage.
Octavia Brown: This is hands-down, the best place to take your kids. The staff is absolutely amazing. I had both of my kids birthdays there and the staff was so helpful with everything. They made the experience so stressless for me. If you have kids under 10 this is the place to be.

I didn’t get names, but the woman and man that worked this morning were so kind and accommodating. Whoever I spoke to on the phone to originally reserve was very kind and professional as well. Justen Miller: Advertisement looks alot better than the place actually is. They advertise saying that kids 12 months or younger is free (even says it on the board inside) with a older sibling but the woman at the counter says that it's 11 months not 12. So false advertisement!
Elvira Pacheco: My son who is now 5 has been coming here since he was 6 months old. Not only is the owner and amazing influence and wonderful with children , the staff is always vigilant and professional. Your littles will not want to leave when it’s time to go so prepare for a fit when it’s time to go. The prices for snacks and play is very reasonable. They do celebrate holidays and do pics with Santa as well as story time, summer camp, Hola Friends, activities and so much more. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone that needs a break to lounge while their children play. You can see your children play while sitting down and relaxing. Worth a visit !!

Mike Lantz: Great place to take kids to release a lot of energy. Clean and we'll layed-out. One of the areas was supposedly a dodge ball area and my 5 year old grandson wandered in there and got clocked by a bigger kid. No signage indicating what the room was. Staff is on site but too busy on their phones to assist. If you go just keep an eye on the younger kids. It's a fun place to spend an hour or so

A variety of things to do for kids if all ages, the cafe has GOOD food, and it's really clean, doesn't smell like stinky feet. The referee's aren't nit picking every little thing like some places, letting kids be kids, while still keeping it safe, highly recommend!!
Marie Ziebell: Great place. You can host parties here. There is a small arcade and café. The smoothies are wonderful, and the sweet treats are something I hide from the kids. They are just too good to even think about sharing. Oh, they also have massage chairs.

Enisa Ray (Strawberry): The best trampoline park in Fayetteville and surrounding. Especially if you have smaller kids and want to have an overview on where the kids are. There is a café and you can grab a bite and coffee too. We love that place and we are regular there for the last 3 years.
