I’ve been taking my toddler to this park for a while He is less than two years old i never paid anything. today I took him and they told me I have to pay and they were very rude. I been coming to the same park almost twice weekly but I never had to deal with this attitude. Very bad representative , they kept staring at me because I’m wearing a hijab .
Jason Myers: Plenty of things for the kids to do. Having the arcade there is kind of annoying because the kids seem to get distracted and want to play there. Could be a plus for some. They have snacks and drinks for sale inside but hard to find staff at the snack shack at times. They don't allow outside for or drinks but their selection is kind of shabby. We had the unlimited pass today. They have spring break specials all week

Courtney Watson: This was my first time at Surge and I was not impressed.It is a massive play area but waiting in line because no one wants to help the girl at the register with the bracelet machine. After the other workers were done talking then they came and helped the girl out.The bathrooms smelled like urine and straight fecal matter. The floors were sticky and no worker walked the premises they all stayed up front chatting.Surge could use more trampoline or rock climbing as half the building is utilized for empty tables and a small arcade area.I can't give it a higher score.
Aixa Valentin: The family met at Surge to celebrate the 7th birthday of one of my granddaughters, Maddie!! My grandchildren had a fantastic time!! I had a great time watching then do silly races, flips, and somersaults.

PAULETTE MCDOUGALD: Overall experience was good for my children, but paying 10.00 for 2 pair of grip socks is insane! Next time we will definitely bring some from home!

Catherine Thorp: I took my two grandsons, ages 4 and 6, to Sky Zone today, and they thoroughly enjoyed it! Each boy was able to find activities that he liked, and the place was arranged so that I was able to keep an eye on both of them without too much difficulty. Staff members were circulating and answering questions without being intrusive. The boys were pleasantly tired by the time we left, and I’m sure they’ll be asking to come back (and I’d be glad to bring them back)!
Michael McGee: Very unpleasant experience. Apart from the obvious attempt at squeezing more money from customers by having them buy more socks even if you bring your own, the staff seemed to single out children, specifically my children for doing things or being on certain trampolines that other kids of the same age or younger were doing as well. When my children and I were in the area for dodgeball, there was a parent with a child who might have been 9-12 months old, clearly too small to be in that area, but nothing was said to that parent. My family and I will not be spending any more money here or at any other location.
Kayla Locklear: Spent over $100 and 4 activities were down. It would have been nice to know beforehand. Also you cannot use socks from other trampoline parks, it has to be defy socks.
Eugene Sessom: I would give it a five, but we have a fearless 4 year old that will try anything at least once. We were told later after she had already been on everything that there was some things she was not old enough for.. If anything, put up age signs so parents will know. All and all we had a wonderful time and will be back..
Serg NYC: Excellent place to take the kids. So many different activities. The staff and very friendly and professional. If you live nearby, VIP is a MUST. Excellent price for unlimited visits plus you can invite friends. With VIP you are in quick, no lines.
Erik Lee: Good place but time for parties seem out of place because Jumping and trying to have food, cake, presents in a short 2 hour period is rushed. Daughter and other kids wanted to jump more.
Trash Panda Actual: Not worth the money or a membership overall, too much policing over little things. Took the kids for what was supposed to be a fun experience, they definitely did not enjoy themselves because the referees or whatever kept blowing their whistles.
Chris Iceyyy: Terrible experience, we got “kicked out” because a worker was making us leave for not having glow in the dark shirts but let other people jump even though they didn’t have glow shirts

James Bandy: Great place; well organized, well staffed and safely enforced. Facility was clean to include restrooms. I recommend this place. Of all the kids there at time of visit all were having a great time.
Emmitt Mitchell: The young woman at receptionist desk was extremely helpful and seemed to value her responsibilities. Two weeks later; she would assist Knolyn’s membership, her fun started at the desk before getting to the amusements.
Glenn G: Definitely should update hours. They do not disclose that past 8pm is for members only. I drive all the way out here to find that out.The best part though! Watch this..I am at the door with my two kids…. We are pulling on the LOCKED DOOR.. and just staring through the glass for two minutes. NOT one person comes to the door to acknowledge us! Not one. For those who are parents… yeah you can understand how hard that is to explain to your children. All the staff did was bury their heads in the computer screens as if I didn’t exist.
Linda Smith: 56 dollars and two of the the activities are shut down no obstacle course or the “big jump” as my kid calls it. So disappointed that’s a lot of money for 2 kids and not to enjoy the experience. I feel like before we paid we should have just been told so we could go to the next nearest trampoline park. !

William Currie: Now use to the pay at the machine. It's ok I guess, but can be a hassle. The staff at the popcorn corner are really friendly and helpful. And the new seats in side the theater are great.

I don't eat junk food, candy or drink soft drinks anymore but if I did they have good deals on concession. It wasn't real crowded, the movie looked great and the sound was awesome. If you wanna see a movie and it not cost you an arm & a leg go to the Omni, it's a great deal
