Best Apartment Complex Fayetteville Near Me

Britt: I don’t think this complex have EVER been pressure washed I really think y’all should consider pressure washing the community tht should be a given. The hall ways is FiLTHY , trash , pads, tampon paper , dust lent , as a community we are suppose to take care of the trash but as a community complex you guys should pressure wash the walls it’s black stuff all on the walls in hallways and the steps are filthy . Inside the apartments are nice. But the outside please consider on doing so . Honestly how do y’all feel walking a new potential residents and see the filth on the stairs .

Monerville Jones: So our A/C unit had to be completely replaced. And after 4 days of the sub contractor not being able to complete the install, our maintenance Supervisor did some troubleshooting and we are all ready for the summer heat. I would like to thank the management staff for staying on top of this issue. And a very special thanks to Courtney our maintenance Supervisor for his diligence and determination for us to have a fully functional A/C unit.

Larry K: Let me start by saying I was referred to Cole Apartments by a Current Tenant who described us all the things they do to engage their community and give back including scavenger hunts and free events for the children. I had high expectations upon hearing all the good things about the staff here. Once I contacted them I spoke with Kelsey, originally she processed my wife and I's application the same day. We were so excited to hear back from Tia not even 2 days later. Nicole showed us through our soon to be apartment and 2 days later welcomed us with a gift bag and kind words of appreciation into their community, My wife loved the gift bag. I waited some time to give an honest review. Everytime I've had a maintenance issue which was only twice they saw to it immediately, once was even an appliance and i received a brand new appliance out the box from manufacturer with promotional items inside!! This process couldnt have been any easier 5 stars for organization, 5 stars for customer service, and they also LOVE pets. If your in the market for a new home stop here because you've found it!! This community is a family

Allison: it’s an okay place to live if you don’t mind showering in cold water because the hot water only last ten minutes. I also had my package stolen once here and they just told me to buy a camera. the gate also never works. got locked out of my apartment during closed hours once so i called the emergency maintenance line and they told me they couldn’t open the door for me even though i had a copy of my lease and my ID with me to prove it was my apartment and even though they are the maintenance strictly for this neighborhood so they should be able to see that info as well. They just told me i had to call a locksmith and have them come break the lock which i’m sure they’re going to charge me for before i leave.

Keanu Gerald: DO NOT MOVE HERE. Other tenants break into cars here. When you try to report it to the front office they’re never open or available in the office. The office hours say open on Saturdays from 1000-5:00 yet no one is here at 1:35. Also the maintenance people don’t know how to do something as simple as putting in a new shower head with out it squeaking or leaking. Been here for a year…and it’s gone down hill since last year.

Jannis Bartning: Very nice and clean community to live in. The apartments are in good shape inside and out. If you have issues, the maintenance staff will help out within a few days. Faster for emergencies of course.I talk to the management, employees, and maintenance staff in the leasing office frequently or sometimes just in passing. Very down-to-earth an genuine people. They seem to care about the community.We also have community events like food trucks, BBQs, bingo, etc at least once a month.The area and especially the apartment complex feels safe. And it’s remarkably quiet at all times of the day. I thought it would be much more hectic, but it’s actually quite calm.The pool and gym are nice and never too busy.We don’t hear much from our neighbors below or next to us. We’re on the 3rd floor so I can’t speak for above us. Not sure if everyone near is is just quiet or if the insulation is good.What’s not so nice are the cockroaches or water bugs that you have to deal with once in a while. They are very active during summer nights. Especially if you’re farther to the back of the complex near the garbage compactor. I usually see about one every night in the stairwell up to my apartment. However, they don’t make it into your apartment very often. I’ve seen three in the house in about a month. While they’re scary, they want nothing to do with you. Just eliminate them with a shoe or something. And if one gets away, they will either die in the house soon in some corner or leave the house again. The likelihood of seeing the same one twice is very low.The apartment does do regular pest control. But you just cannot avoid every single one. That’s just part of living in a big apartment community in this climate.I would not hold this against this place since I am sure that many other places deal with the same thing when there are lots of people producing a lot of trash.I would recommend this place to anyone.

Demetri Watts: Floors creek everywhere. Living room doesn't get much natural light. One of the toilets has mold that wont go away no matter how much you clean it. Also trash piles up at the dumpster on the weekly basis and the building has roaches. They don't make proper repairs and then blame residents for things breaking. Also pretty sure someone died in the apartment I have. Ive been getting an old persons mail since I moved in a year ago.

Bailey Haynes: We really enjoyed our time at regency. We were there for just about a year and only left due to purchasing a home. Great floor plans, amenities, and quiet complex. They do lots of fun community things also (food trucks, holiday events, food/blood drives, etc). Maintenance is quick and we didn’t really have a pest problem. As I said, we would have stayed. I recommend!

Adam Gray: Been at the Regency Luxary Apartments for just over three years. As I am about to depart, I feel fortunate to have been able to call such a place home for these last few years. The staff are all extremly friendly, maintenance requests typically get completed in 24 hours or less and the facilities for public use (pool, gym, tennis courts, Volleyball court, and playground) are all maintained nicely. They also hold several events throughout the month to bring the community together. Thank you all for everything you do to keep the community nice.

Nate Luther: Overall, it’s a really great apartment complex. However, it’s the 25th of June and they have yet to ensure the pool is open for us who live here. We pay for an overpriced apartment and they can’t even get the pool open on time for summer. All of the maintenance on the pool should have been fixed prior to summer. Work orders on the other hand are amazing. The maintenance and leasing team are amazing too.

Let’s not get me started on the amenities and the apartment itself is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The maintenance men are so nice and respectful and come as soon as possible (I’ve never had to wait more than 2 days to get something cosmetic fixed, I don’t know about something urgent I haven’t had problems thus far). The community is clean and I feel super safe when I’m taking walks either alone or with my husband. 10/10 definitely recommend!

When we first moved here it was great no issues, Apartment was clean Except the mold on the tub that I would find whenever I cleaned it. After the first couple months it was terrible trash everywhere no one ever actually put it in the trash compactor just piled it on top of each other, Gave False information. Maintenance however was not really an issue until my bathroom light went out and they decided to complete the work order without actually fixing it, I put another request in only for them to say at 8pm that night they don’t fix the lights. So now I’ve been without a bathroom light up until I moved out. I was always told it was 60 days of nonpayment before an Eviction process even though payments were made received a call basically saying well that person lied you owe us such and such and we have been sending emails, I even checked while we were on the phone checking for the date she stated the emails were sent and I hadn’t received anything! The doors were also always broken didn’t even lock half the time. Marie always had an attitude with my boyfriend for some reason, she told him one thing, but told me something completely different. Squatters came and created commotion. Never had my final walkthrough just absolutely ridiculous.ALL IN ALL I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Steer far far away.

Put it in a work order last night and got another quick response and fix today . Very flexible for military as well if you leave frequently, I moved out beginning of the year and chose the same complex a few months ago . Very flexible management.

Johnnie Wells-DuBois: Our home burned down November 22, 2022. The insurance put us into an extended state hotel, but we needed someplace to be until our home is rebuilt. The people here were more than willing to work with the insurance company and us to make that happen. We are very grateful for God having someone in place to be there for us when we couldn't be there for ourselves.

She always listened to any concerns that I had and acted fast to reconcile them. She always has a great attitude and is full of energy. Model room looks real nice.Moving into my apartment is a memorable one , the apartment was very clean that is walls, bathroom. kitchen and all the other areas in the apartment. I had something to be done in my bathroom and bedroom and I sent an email and the response was extremely fast and it was corrected the next day.I can proudly say I have no problem with Independence Place apartment and I would recommend anyone to choose this community.

Ashton Brown: It was amazing when I moved in but moving out I have an outstanding balance in which I called several times to speak with someone. My call was never returned and I just found out they did an unauthorized charge on my card due to me having my card information on the system. However my account was never set to auto draft!!!Update: As I am making payments on the ridiculous bill it was sent to a collections agency. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! Still no call from the property manager and when I call the phones are still down!!

Chrissy Keough: This place is an absolute joke. Don’t move here if your military as they do not care about you. Management never did initial or final walkthrough. Maintenance crew was always drunk. No repairs were ever made even though they kept increasing our rent until we could not afford it anymore. Gross apartments were never cleaned, our floor boards weren’t even glued down. We paid our final rent and now they want 2,000 more dollars and we don’t even live there anymore and haven’t in almost a year. Gave our notice and did everything right, but apparently there’s not record of that. I could go on and on about everything that happened there. Shootings every night, people trying to break into our apartment, and can’t even get anything fixed that breaks. Save yourself the harassment and false accusations from their incompetent management and find somewhere else to live.

Doris Scott: I love living here! Been here for almost 5 years. However as with all things post-Covid changed things and not for the better. This is supposed to be a gated community but the gates are always open. The noise of all these sports cars , loud engines roaring is disturbing. The turnover in the leasing office is concerning. The maintenance crew are the best especially Will & Julio, professional, kind and patient. Let’s get things back to where they use to be here at Addison Ridge because Word of mouth is the best advertisement. We pay too much to live here so we expect stellar service.

John F: Willy and Joseph are stellar members of the maintenance team. They dropped in hours after we put in a couple of work order and fixed our issues quickly. They and the rest of the maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful.

Athena Castillo: Literally the worst place to live in! I have lived here for almost 5 years and I’m finally out of the apartment. They tell me one thing on the phone and in person they tell me something else. They literally charge you for EVERYTHING!!! The people in the office are so very rude and are horrible at explaining anything! I ask for them to fix something and they say they put a work order in, I wait for a few days and no one shows up (they told me someone should be at my apartment the same day I asked for the work order)!! I call again and they said they never put a work order in and will do it. They took 3 months to fix my AC and it was so so hot in my apartment!!! We just bought a house so we finally moved out and they made us do a 60 day notice even tho in person they said we didn’t have to do a 60 day notice! Now we have to pay an extra month of rent and mortgage on top of it!! Yeah having a gym is nice and a pool but it’s not worth how unprofessional they are and charge you for everything. DONT LIVE IN ADDISON RIDGE!!!!!!!

It’s beautiful, nice amenities, cool gyms, but sadly I have to agree with all the 1 star reviews, and disagree with anything higher.I moved to AR in December. As soon as I moved in I submitted a maintenance request for a loud, uncommon, grinding, fan noise heard in the master bedroom when another Unit’s HVAC runs (two floors above me). After almost 5 months, 5 maintenance requests, the front office told me that there is INDEED an issue, but it was going to be $1,000 and they probably wouldn’t fix it.The noise is so loud and disturbing I cannot occupy the bedroom at night.What issues the HVAC system is having, I’m not sure. They did not disclose that information. I’m not sure if the issues could lead to electrical problems, resulting in further damage of the unit, fire, or what. Maintenance is unresponsive to the requests of the front office, and the front office does not seem to care. But why would they? They sleep fine at night.For $1,500/ month in rent, the management of this complex is not worth your time, effort, peace of mind, or money. Take your money elsewhere. I say that with grace and understanding the post-COVID workforce, everyone, everywhere is under-staffed and overworked, but 5 months is my limit for this issue. I’ve tried being patient and understanding. But not sleeping at night due to this….. I can’t hold my tongue anymore.I agree with the comment below, Addison Ridge is most definitely not a community and 100% a business.Lastly, I’m echoing the front gate comment from a previous comment below. The front gate has been inoperable for months now. Packages stolen from apartments, apartments broken into, vehicles broken into…. This promoted my purchase of RING, which quickly found other AR residents using the service in the neighborhood feature and having the same safety concerns within Addison Ridge.Management seems aware of the issues and concerns, but have not offered any solutions or made an effort to find any solutions that inform the community of these shared concerns.All that being said,Take. Your. Money. Somewhere. Else.If you don’t I looking forward to reading your 1-star review.

Multiple apartment complex have been broken into, multiple cars broken into, but yet they don't publicly announce any of those issues or how THEY plan to fix it. They get extremely defensive with residents regarding safety and their concerns.The “owner” will make a passive aggressive comment reply to this. Something along the lines of “we’re sorry we’re not meeting your expectations. We’d love to try again, stop by the front office”. Nothing happens.If this comment can convince you to not live here, then good. Don’t let them scam you out of $300 to have you added to the “wait list”. Apply across the street to West End, don’t let the “pretty” apartments fool you.The only perk to Addison Ridge is the proximity to post.

ingrid harris: I give Addison Ridge Apartments a heartfelt 5 Stars - and I am speaking from years of experience. I have lived at Addison for 5 years moving from a 3 bedroom to 2 bedroom and currently in a 1 bedroom apartment as my family downsized. The staff have always been professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The grounds, pool, gym and exterior of the buildings kept up in good condition. On the few occasions that things weren't perfect the office staff and maintenance crew could not have been more accommodating and helpful. I love my apartment and would not live anywhere else in Fayetteville. Highly Recommend it!

Camila Quiceno: Llegamos a este lugar con la esperanza de tener un ambiente familiar agradable luego del cambio de ciudad, para nuestra Mala fortuna nos entregaron un apartamento "nuevo" completamente sucio y con malos acabados (puertas rotas, clavos salidos y aire acondicionado dañado que por cierto nos generó extra costo en la electricidad los primeros 2 meses por mas de 600 dolares) llevamos 6 meses y aun no responden por el extra costo, se tardaron mas de dos semanas en recoger el contenedor de basura y estaba desbordado, el ingreso de personas ajenas a la unidad es desmedido, no hay ni un solo playground, lamentablemente la administracion es ineficiente, y mas lamentable es que debamos estar otros 6 meses atados a un lugar que no ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Solo un punto a favor: el nuevo gimnasio , de resto AR no es un lugar donde valga la pena rentar un apartamento.

The first issue is that random people come and party in the pool on the weekends(occasionally over a 100 people, I stopped spending my time here over the weekend because of it). In addition to this individuals drift/donut around the parking lot at all hours of the night and individuals will be blasting music and dancing on cars. Not very apt for a “luxury” apartment. Additionally, they have 2 nice gyms both offering different things. While the old gym has an assortment of broken cardio equipment, the new gym is of a much nicer caliber. For some reason a majority of members has never been able to access the nicer gym, and the front office has failed to fix it for the past 3 months constantly blaming other companies and offering 0 solutions. When I asked to talk to the companies property managers and even offered to fix it, I was told it’s being discussed and handled by the property managers. So if you’re looking to pay for a premium apartment with nice facilities I would not recommend Addison Ridge.

Emma Mitchell: We had a problem with roaches when we first moved in and just when I thought they were dealt with, I found dead ones behind our restroom mirror. But really to top it off they make it impossible to move out and scam you for your money. Apartments were nice tho.

There was already a lot of negative feedback that warned me that the management here is terrible and that they go out of their way to make you submit an application.At first, I believed that this couldn't happen to me, DON'T REPEAT MY SAME MISTAKE.Don't be fooled and don't believe a word of what they tell you.Initially, they are courteous, and kind and tell you they have many apartments like the one you are looking for, that there is no waiting list, that your application is valid for their sister communities, etc. Immediately after submitting the application, they disappear.To follow up with them you have to go to their office in person because they don't answer the phone or emails.So I went there and they told me that they had lost my application.The second time I went there they told me that the apartment I was seeing online on my phone (in real-time) was no longer available but that everything was fine, there was a 99% chance another apartment would become available, but they wanted my wife to submit an application too, so we did.The last time I went there, they came up with yet another excuse, saying that one of the documents I had attached to my previous application could not be accepted. (This was RIDICULOUS, a friend of mine had attached the same document a few months ago and they accepted it.) So they knew they were about to not accept my application but they wanted my wife to submit hers.In the end, they didn't want to find a solution to the problem.The important thing for them is that you submit an application, then they ignore you completely until they find a way to make you lose the application money.PS I have a 5 figure monthly income, don't think that if you have great credit and make decent money they will accept your application. They just want you to apply to get your application fee, then good luck finding another place to live.

As they continue to help with my dilemma, I ask Steve if he knew anything about the printer device because I was having problems. Steve said, he knew a little about them and if he could come by to check the next day. Steve came and fixed the problem and set me up with an easier way to access certain areas on my computer. I was very thankful and grateful for Steve's assistance with my situation. It saved me a lot of time and effort in trying to figure out what needed to be done. Thank you, again, Steve for taking your personal time to help me.

Brianna Leake: Very money hungry I payed over 1k just to move in 600 application fee and 400 "deposit". My neighbors made terrible noise they never solved it I moved in at the end of September and two weeks later on the first my rent was due when I was told the deposit would count. Very money hungry they made me take my review down the first time if u break lease they will charge u over 2600 and make it to where u can't get another house or apartment till u pay them. Money hungry at its finest I won't be taking down my review. Don't lease run while u can.

TRF: Madison was awesome! She gave me a tour and was helpful to me as I navigated the application process. I had some concerns after viewing the apartment once I received my keys and they were addressed right away. TJ was phenomenal in my walkthrough. He was very thorough. I really like the property and amenities-most utilities are included-so I feel this was the best place for me. Give them a try!

I mean the apartments are obviously build in the 80s and have had the “land lord special” for the past 40 years and then charge you 2045 prices for it but the staff doesn’t determine the prices and they understand that so they go out of their way to make it as easy as possible for you and really make me feel at home. They even did a huge Christmas bash for the community and personally pitched in on the final “renovations” when we moved in to have it ready in time! And because of that they really go above and beyond! Love those girls up there!

Tammy Parker: I do not recommend renting from The Hudson,something here isn't right.I am a current resident at The Hudson (what used to be Heather Ridge Apartments). Heather Ridge was sold in April of this year to ResMan Property Management Solutions and they renamed the complex The Hudson,they also changed water companies,which is where my major problem with them comes in. I've been living here for 2 years and I loved it before it was sold,I had absolutely no problems.Since the new owners took over,with a new office staff things have gone downhill from spraying monthly for bugs (which they are not doing) and charging us for the service, to the yard crew only cutting the shrubs that can be seen from the roads and not keeping the courtyards neat and clean.But my main concern now is that when this new company switched our water company on us to Conservice a lot of us was still paying Realpage Utilities for our water.Now we are being backed billed by the new water company (Conservice) for the months we previously paid to RealPage Utilities. I have emailed RealPage and they responded and said that they refunded the money paid to them to THE OFFICE OF THE HUDSON.Now I'm getting the run around from the office concerning my refund. It makes me so mad to see so many of us being taken advantage of by not receiving our money back. There are several people (neighbors) that I have spoken to and they are being told different things.So I'm having to take time off of work to go into the office to personally speak to the manager concerning this matter. This should not be happening! A refund check should have been paid to every renter that paid their water bill when they show proof of it being paid. I have emailed and texted the office showing all my receipts and yet I am still getting the run around. I will not be doubled billed! All I want is my money back,they received a check so why have they not sent every renter a notice letting them know to bring in their receipts so they can get their money back?! Something is very wrong here! I have not contacted Corporate yet,but If this doesn't get resolved I will.Corporate may not even be aware of the problems going on...but they soon will. Think twice before you rent here!

They respond very quickly when putting in requests and everything gets receipts sent to my email which I love. The office always sends out emails and texts for events that they are having for the community which is dope. They are always having some type of event where you can meet your neighbors and feel included within the community. I give it 5 stars

Darsel Rountree: This has to be the worst apartment complex in Fayetteville, NC These apartments has been built since the 70s .The only change that I seen since being here is the vinyl siding on the building and a paint job. My apartment has been flooded 3 times at which mold had built up . It took about 2 weeks for repair work . For the price that being ask to pay each month is ridiculous . Cars has been broken into no security on the premises vehicles being towed away with the owner paying for the expenses . I currently have a hole on the side where my a/c -heating use to be at which I have spoken about on several occasions .

Ann Mulvaney: I live in a 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment which is the perfect size for me. I have been here six years. It is close to stores, dining places and my church. The office staff is marvelous, always courtous and respectful and pleasant to deal with. The maintenance requests are promptly taken care of. I would and do recommend the complex to anyone who is looking for a home. Older - yes, appliances dated - but they work and that is all I care about. This is my home and I love living here. I live right off Ramsey Street which is incredibly busy 24/7 - yet I rarely hear the traffic. I do hear emergency vehicles but they only occasionally wake me - but then I roll over and go right back to sleep.

Felicia Nickola: Hands down the best place I’ve lived!I came from up north and found this apartment complex after viciously searching for apartments before my departure. I saw reviews on other apartments about so many things bedbugs, roaches, cleanliness, and found this place to be the absolute best choice!First off, leasing office is a dream to work with. Super pleasant and very welcoming/accommodating!Second, hitting the fitness center then the pool was LIFE! Never busy throughout the morning when I liked to go!Third, if I had children I would be happy to have them here because there are so many families and they all get along great from what I’ve seen.Fourth, very quiet place to live and no one disturbs you! Love having neighbors that aren’t up in your business :)Fifth, my apartment was SO nice and being on the second floor they have high ceilings which made it even more spacious! Bonus - you get to paint two walls and let me tell you that made all the difference! Who wants just white walls to look at! I went with a dark blue in the living room and it was such a great idea!Sixth, pet friendly! I’ve read here that some people had to pay for carpets, but I did not! I’m getting a refund back and I had a dog who peed on the floor before. As long as you actually clean your home with the right products and routinely you’ll be fine.Last but not least, the maintenance team is wonderful and kind. Always showed up on time and ALWAYS did a fast and efficient job for anything! Also, year round cleaning to ensure their residents are comfortable!I am PCSing but my husband and I will definitely keep Longhill Pointe in mind for when we get back!Thank you again for such a great experience!With Love,

rachael lory: Convient location, maintenance staff and office staff is amazing. Always friendly and fixed anything we needed in a timly manner. The walls are a bit thin in the townhomes, luckily our neighbors are pretty quiet. The dog park, doggie poop stations and playground and landscaping are always kept up with. The salt water pool is a huge plus also. They often have events (trunk or treat, scavenger hunts) for the kids around any holiday which my son really enjoyed. I think it's safe to say we will all miss this community when we move.

Payton: Hidden gem quiet community near Fort Bragg. The leasing staff and maintenance crew were always amazing and made it an enjoyable place to live. I cannot recommend Longhill enough and would have continued living there for years if I didn’t have to move out of state!

Shamara Chisolm: It’s nice over here I like the neighborhood it’s very quiet OUTSIDE which is where I might have to start sleeping. I chose a townhouse because I was tired of neighbors stomping over my head but guess what it’s no better here I should have just got a apartment. I’m already 5 months pregnant barely get sleep as it is and I hear my neighbors stomping as early as 7am to as late as 12 am which is ridiculous. Not happy with this at all honestly ready to move haven’t been here a month. And not to mention they have their car that doesn’t even run parked in front of my sidewalk leading to my door I slipped and fell from having to move In across wet grass due to no access to my sidewalk.

Izzy Parks: Ac didn't work for well over 3 months. (They never fixed it fully either) they will nickle and dime you for everything after you move out (and I do mean everything) don't expect to ever get your deposit back. Because frankly, you won't. They'll still charge you for carpet even if it's cleaned, and they'll find things to charge you 15-20 extra for around the house. You can hear every neighbor, and every sound. Also say hi to all the bugs you'll be seeing. Keep an immaculate house and you'll still see roaches everywhere, in the drains and in the bathroom. For the prices they're charging for these townhouses, go rent literally any other home. You'll be thankful you did

Samantha Niesen: Since day 1, we had an amazing experience with this complex. The complex was always clean and very quiet. It was very safe and everyone is very friendly. We had a 2 bed, 2 bath townhome. There was plently of space and we love the layout. Both bedrooms were big enough to accomadate a king sized bed with a dresser and night stands. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They also upkept the complex, there was never a problem with overgrown grass or trees, and there was never trash found around the complex. We mainly dealt with Alexandra, the Assistant Property Manager and she was very welcoming and polite. I have lived in many different placed (I have moved a lot due to college and military) and this was by far my favorite place ! If we were staying, we would no doubt continue to live here ! We are very thankful for our experience while living at the Longhill Pointe Townhomes !

Hands down the best deal and service you can find in a Fayetteville apartment complex!

Jay Mabry: ** NEW UPDATE, NOT A QUIET COMMUNITY ***The rental community portray a safe family environment but have illegal activities taking place at one of the units, 276 Steephill Lane. Always various cars coming and going. A group of guys hanging out in the parking lot. One of the guy comes out the apartment, sit in the car for a few seconds and then get out. Meeting numerous non residents and providing shady activity on a daily basis. Always loud music late at night to early morning. I notified the leasing office of suspicious acts. I was told to contact the police to file a complaint. The leasing office is only concerned about the rent. Dog waste visible in the neighborhood due to pet owners not picking up after their "fur-babies". Walls are paper thin in all units, poor construction. I can go on and on about issues here.Security surveillance is only located at leasing office/ exercise room and trash compactor/maintenance area. THIS IS FOR ANYONE WHO HAD TO PUT THEIR 2 CENTS IN. THE REVIEW IS NOT NEGATIVE, IT'S THE TRUTH. IF A PERSON COMES FROM A NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE ILLEGAL ACTS TAKES PLACE, YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR. AS FOR AS LOUD MUSIC, SOMEONE WOULD HAVE TO BE DEATH IF THEY CAN'T HEAR THAT BS PLAYING, SO IT IS NOT QUIET. A CLOWN CAN WEAR A UNIFORM BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN HE IS THE CIRCUS. ANYONE CAN BUY MILITARY GEAR FROM A SECOND HAND STORE. POLICE MIGHT LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY BUT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO INTERVINE. THEY ARE A RESIDENT JUST LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE.They advertise "Immediate Move In" because people are always MOVING OUT!!!Of course you would say it is a nice community because you want people to think so. I did not review the wrong complex. I been a resident for 3 years. I will tell you what cars are parked at 276 Steephill. A black honda accord, light blue Chrysler 200, taupe Chevy Tahoe, silver Chevy Blazer, Dodge Charger, off white Lincoln LS, gray Nissan Altima and Chevy Cruze. The tenant at 329 Broad hill with the new dark gray Ford Fusion is always back and forth at 276 Steephill. Also the non residents has a key to the unit to let their self in.Those guys are always in and out, parking in the over fill lot. I have seen one of them make an exchange to a non resident. There are numerous tenants staying here who are not on the lease. Your property manager allow so many things to slip through and won't do nothing about it.

JENNIE Tuller: I moved to Longhill Pointe from Las Vegas, NV in March 2017. My spouse was a 20 year Navy Submariner, retired, who died in 2004. We moved around a lot, lived in apartments, rental houses and homes that we owned. Apartment living is whatever you choose to make it and it isn't for everyone. Longhill Pointe is a quiet community nestled back off the main road with all the traffic and noise. While it isn't "brand new" it is well maintained, offers modern appliances, everything one needs and a lot of what one wants in a home to make it comfortable. The amount of storage one has is dependent upon the size of the apartment chosen, as with most living quarters. I have a two bedroom apartment, lower floor, which provides all the room I need for the things I own. I have had very few items requiring maintenance but when necessary it has been quickly taken care of with very little, if any, delay. These folks are excellent.The office staff are friendly and helpful if one bothers to get to know them just a little. I have found them to be caring and compassionate people with a genuine love of animals and desire to make sure residents have an attractive, safe and comfortable place to call home. They have a treat jar just in case a fur baby comes by for a visit. They plan events throughout the year for residents giving up their free time to assure everyone has an opportunity to participate, even when a few or no one shows up. The biggest problem here is the irresponsible pet parents who refuse to pick up their pet waste each time with the bags provided and dispose of it in the receptacles also provided.I live pretty central within the community very near the apartments mentioned in some negative reviews and have never seen the "illegal" activity, parties, loud music and other activities. I see young men who leave for work and come home tired still in their Army uniforms. Sometimes friends drop by or a couple of these young men stand in the front yard and talk as people often do. If there is illegal activity I would think any one of three or four police officers who either live here or visit friends regularly would notice and deal with it.If I have a concern at any time I go to the office and let them know about it. They check it out and let me know the result good or bad. The one flaw I cannot deny is how thin the building materials used in construction of these apartments are. There is little to no sound proofing in the walls or between floors so what goes on next door is easily heard more so than any other apartment I have lived in.Despite that, I really like Longhill Pointe. I absolutely love all the people who work here for a multitude of reasons not the least of which is the care and concern they daily exhibit for the people who live here.

It’s as if I was bothering the employees by requesting a tour. Duly noted.If I am going to enter a renter/landlord relationship, I expect top notch customer service from the moment I step foot on your property.

Morifindjan Diomande: Got my order to Fort Bragg and was unsure about which apartment complex to pick from with a variety of apartment complexes in Fayetteville.It was a no brainer for my wife and I to go with Autumn View after viewing the model apartment.We apparently picked an apartment with ADA accessible, Karen went above and beyond to propose us from some other available units to pick from.Our actual apartment is exactly as the model we viewed, spacious, a lot of storage to store my military gears (helpful).Karen made the application process smooth and worked with us to get it done quicker since I was running out of time, very professional.Love the quietness, cleanness of the community.

Horrible living experience I moved in July if 2020 and by august 2020 my ENTIRE car was stolen out of the complex, the police found it a week later and I had to pay 1500 to get my car rekeyed .According to police It’s common in that complex.. Management couldn’t help because they didn’t have any cameras.. if you would like to live where they care more about your personal life then getting your repairs fixed or addressing your concerns then this is the place for you!!! Very poor communication with this complex. Now it turns out I will have dispute so bogus charges they said I Damaged the carpet and is charging me $957 to have the carpet replaced, which makes me even more confused because don’t you put new carpet down in between each tenant anyway? If not that’s even more disturbing and i wouldn’t be surprised if that’s why it’s always bugs inside. I have a full 360 video and photos of the units when I moved out because I felt like they would be on some funny business and look what we have here .. and to top it off my rent went from 1132 to 1555 a month for renewal in the middle of a pandemic that’s insane

Trent Harner: I lived here at Autumn View for 9 months during my senior year at Methodist University. On Ramsey street, there are a lot of apartment complexes and I did a lot of searching before signing a lease. This complex is BY FAR THE BEST on Ramsey street, the Ash apartments in the back buildings are newer, very nice and incredibly spacious. I was a very high maintenance leasee by transferring apartments because I didn’t want to be on the ground level, and the leasing office was so caring and respectful and let me do it with ease. The parking here is tough at times but everyone has their own assigned spots right in front of their unit! The maintenance team is fantastic and literally will complete anything in a matter of hours. I really will miss my apartment here and I am so thankful that I found this hidden gem on Ramsey Street!

Seth and Brandi are incredibly polite and helpful, the maintenance crews are extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and I have no doubt that I am safe and that my apartment is well looked after thanks to security procedures and wonderful neighbors.

AnnMarie Pangle: I have just moved into Autumn View A few weeks ago and I have to say I have felt welcome since the moment I stepped foot here. The office staff is quick to get back to you and keeps you informed of everything going on. They are so kind and willing to help you with anything you need. Also, the maintenance guys are very nice, hard working, and will get work orders done in a timely manner. Overall, my experience here has been amazing so far and I’m so glad I chose this complex as my home!

Alli Bruce: I’ve lived in a lot of different complexes all over NC, and this is by far the best! The office staff is for the most part professional, and Karen is always willing to handle whatever needs you have. She even stayed late one day, when my runaway cat was found and turned in to the office! My only issue is parking - you are assigned a spot number, but visitors will frequently park in your spot (especially on weekends) and you have no choice but to park in someone else’s assigned spot. Wish they would actually tow like they threaten to do, so people will stop taking others spots! But other than that, a great place to live with great neighbors!
