Sarah Pittman: Drove over an hour to shop at this location. I am pregnant and was told they do not have a restroom.. I’ve been at this location before and used the restroom. Explained to employee I was pregnant and drove for an hour, she told me she did not care and to go somewhere else.

Olivia Carter: I’m a regular customer here and never have any problems when I come here to buy / sell. But today was just not a good experience. Came in to sell equipment. The older lady was on the phone being irate about a Man Unloading a uhaul. He was trying to sell his items. She was cussing on the phone. Feel like that’s really unprofessional. And inappropriate to cuss where there’s a child present. Given the fact that it’s a kids store smh. She barely looked at the swing and said it was stained. It was hardly used and I have just washed it too. She was also telling her co workers she wasn’t taking no more equipment and any items due to what was occurring. Hopefully they look back on the cameras to see how unprofessional she was. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️If I see her the next time I come to shop , I’d go back home.

Kyle Youmans: The owner of this store is littarly just a bully. Mean, rude, and flat out ugly to anyone for no reason. Go littarly anywhere else. Her business practices are so unethical its not even funny. She put my girlfriend and I on a do not buy list and ban for writting a poor review. Quiet honestly I'm sure the only reason she is still in business is because she's the only option. Sad honestly. I am sure we aren't the only ones based on how she acts

Mariah Thompson: Absolutely the worst manager. She's rude , unprofessional and if you leave a bad review she will put you on the "do not buy from" list and you won't be allowed to sell to them anymore. She's ridiculous and needs to be fired.

Ceirra Smith: My first & last time selling to this store. I had a tote full of name brand items like Nike, Baby Gap, Adidas, Carters, etc and they took every item except 5 items. They only gave me $30 for everything they took. I’ve saw name brand clothes like that in their store for $15-$17 an item and you’re telling me I only get $30 for all of them?? Something isn’t adding up?? I could have sold them myself and got more money.. such a waste of time, especially since I had to wait in Fayetteville for 5 hours and I’m not even from there. Never again.

Jillian Jone: The same price as buying brand new as far as baby clothes go… saw a few items there that had the original price tags on and the Once Upon A Child price was MORE than what was listed on the original brand price tag lol. Maybe the clearance items are a better deal… but you definitely won’t find any bargains on their regular baby/kids clothes.

I've overheard her berating her new employees over what seems to me to be a small mistake. Listening to talk down to customers on the phone or in person is rough. I just wish I read reviews my self before going to the store but somehow I have never had such a bad experience at the store in my whole life. To start with I’m super careful with all the clothes me and my kids are wearing. Making sure there is no stains, holes ect ect Everything that I brought to the store was perfectly fine, clean, great brands and beautiful clothes. To my surprise when I came back to the store I saw an old lady throwing my clothes in my box like it’s a garbage .. then she said the they not going to take anything out of my 2 boxes because it’s smell like the clothes was in the storage !!!But as I can see now this lady telling the same things to many people, the same excuse for not taking the clothes I guess. So how does it works ? People come spend their time preparing the clothes driving to the store to find out that it’s not good enough or being lied about the smell PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS PLACE ITS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT

JAMIE DIANA: Staff is very inconsiderate and rude! If I could rate at zero I would! I’ve been coming to once upon a child for years, but this will be the last time. Not only was owner rude to me I watched her be rude to every single person selling things. It was as though she hated her job, children and the public and should not be in customer service. Owner is definitely on a power trip! It left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never come back to this location! Not to mention the two hours I had to wait at the desk instead of being fair and going from one person selling to one person checking out I was skipped over 7 timesDecided to go back in he second week of March of 2023 a year later hoping things had changed but they didn’t. Owner was still ornery and hateful. Brought my things in a trash bag so they would not absorbs smells and also a basket, however she just couldn’t help herself to say that I needed a basket when she was looking right at me with one!! Also a few days later decided to go to Plato’s closet to sell very good HIGH END items. The owner or manager is the same lady at once upon a child. This woman allowed me to drop my things of only to call me back 15 mins later to tell me my items were ready. Walking in she says to me that I can never sell to them again or the childerns store that I had been red flagged. I said what What does that mean and why? She had no answers as to why I was or why they “red flag” someone, considering I bring very nice things and they go through them with a fine tooth comb, she couldn’t take my almost new clothing that she never even touched. Come to find out after calling other locations and asking if this exist they laughed and said no that doesn’t exist. I was obviously discriminated against and she was being hateful that I wrote a very honest review about her a year ago that I still 100% agree with. Please do yourself a favor and don’t sell or buy from this woman go find other ways! I actually took my stuff to Plato’s closet and once upon a child in Charlotte when I was visiting family and they happily bought ALL my things and were so polite. A huge difference from the several experiences I had at the Fayetteville location! And how about you stay blessed ma’am or read between the lines!Never had any issue with my things!!! So I’m not really sure why you have decided to red flag me! It’s probably because I wrote this review and you then punished me Bc I gave an honest opinion about your customer service and it seems I’m not the only one to have had an issue with the same problem. Your in customer service and sales please do better and treat everyone the same!! And you didn’t even look at my things from Plato’s closet it was all untouched exactly the way I brought it to you so please spare me your lies. I did however receive 80 dollars my that same bag in Charlotte and they bought EVERY SINGLE ITEM!

Chevon Jackson: The associate at the cash register assumed I was trying to steal a $5 toy. Being that it's one of the few infant stores in town, the same toy was in the diaper bag. This happened after I was excited to see if there were any other wooden toys or anything new that came in to the store.When I called tried to explain my experience to the manager on duty, she was dismissive, rude, and sounded annoyed. Issue was not resolved.Those two women who worked that day (11/6) need training on approaching things in a diplomatic and respectful way. Also, they must know and understand that not every woman of color is trying to steal. Please, stop following me around when I'm trying to shop in peace for my baby.There are and have been cases of microagressions towards people of color that have occured at this store. I hope the employees receive training on cultural awareness.

Yesterday an associate was falling and staring at my mom like we didn’t belong or was going to steal. We didn’t even have purses or bags to put anything in. There were more customers in the store but her & another associate kept following us or coming up to us constantly. Then when it was time to check out she came up there to check us out personally then walked away. I will no longer shop at this store, I will just shop online.

kalon: I went to this location on Friday and I wanted to get my baby some more clothes because I ordered him some from off line but as soon as I walked in the store it was a customer talking to the cashier and they stopped and stared at me the customer even walked over to look me up and down like I had no business being in the store and my husband like we was weren’t allowed in the store they’re eyes followed us around both sides of the store I felt so uncomfortable I didn’t even want to purchase anything from them knowing I had a coupon from already shopping from them just online plus it’s Christmas time who wouldn’t want to get more clothes while they have a sale but after that I would never go to this location again or just stick to online because that was a very uncomfortable experience and shame on the cashier because I know you can see the whole thing on camera it’s just weird.
