Dawna Cockerham: At first glance, the store looks organized and nicely priced- until you get to the register to pay. Walked up expecting to pay around $18 based on the prices listed on shelf, walked out paying over double. Nothing is in the correct place, although it looks so. On the left, $4 from Popshelf. On the right, $6 (listed as $1) from Party City. Bigger and better quality, so you can clearly see why $1 would be a reasonable price. Sales clerk was friendly, but we won't be returning.

This has to be the worst party city I’ve ever dealt with the managers are terrible their attitudes are nasty and they need a few PDs on customer service. They made a mistake on my order and basically refused to rectify the situation. I’ve never had such terrible customer service. I really dislike the fact that we don’t have another party supply store in the area. I’ll use Amazon and pay extra for shipping before I ever go back into this establishment and spend my money.

Xavier Lampkin: This set up was more than what I expected to receive for a last minute booking. My brother is usually up all night and we couldn’t get anything past him for a surprise. However, I love balloons was able to give him a surprise that he was not expecting. I will definitely book them again for future events and birthdays.

Our original plan was to have the balloons delivered to a local restaurant at lunch, but when my Aunts lunch plans got canceled, Melissa went above and beyond to ensure they were still delivered. I appreciate how Melissa took the time during our initial phone call to understand who my Aunt was as a person for her to design something fitting.
