tyedye 28304: BUYER BEWARE. Order a load of top soil from them last year. They neglected to mention there's a difference between top soil and "clean" top soil. Came and dumped some dirt and a whole lot of soil trash in my yard. I wasn't at home during the delivery or else I would have told them to take it back. Now a year later, I'm fighting off a sand-spur infestation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

There are other places that know how to do business.A little while back I had called this place to find out how much nursery mix I needed and I was told by Greg and he would get back to me and he never did. Last week I called again to find out about some nursery mix because it was kind of an emergency....... I had some trees coming and they needed to be potted up and I really needed that nursery mix.Twice he said he'd get back to me & twice I never heard back from him , so this is really ridiculous.I called Hillside landscaping Supply in Hope Mills, explained what I needed and the guy said three yards would be fine and the owner personally delivered it to me several days later on a Monday right after the weekend.I paid him and everything was fine. Don't waste your time with Carolina landscaping Supply their heads are up in the clouds , they don't care about business and they don't know how to do business, where I wanted that nursery mix delivered was only a few miles away from where they are located on Raeford road, yet when I called another place in Hope Mills they came out a few days later .....the owner came out personally and delivered it about 40 minutes away.

Ended up having to locate another SOD farm and looking elsewhere for the rest of the material we requested.I contacted them and was told my call would be returned for the following shipment… never heard anything.. I followed up and received no answer nor response back.. I would not recommend this company at all..The thing is they originally reached out to me and was calling local landscaping companies to pick up business and then do this which makes them look ill prepared and not capable of taking on a larger customer base.

I have always believed that people can make mistakes, but it is how they handle those mistakes that truly matters. In this case, the owner, Charlie Allen, and his Crew at Greenbiz have exceeded my expectations in resolving the issue. I am extremely pleased with the replacement trees and want to express my sincere gratitude. Thank you once again for doing such a remarkable job and taking care of my problem.Last fall in 2022, I explicitly requested a 5-foot tree for various reasons. However, upon installation, a smaller tree was planted. I was informed that the measurement included the root ball and that it was under 5 feet with the root ball. When I expressed my dissatisfaction during the installation, I was told that the tree was fast-growing and if I remained unhappy, I could contact them in the spring for a replacement. I followed up with a complaint, and a representative visited to assess the tree's health and promised a replacement, which was never fulfilled. This lack of action has led me to leave a 1-star review.

Ensured I had two areas where water could drain away from the house and then laid new 181 square yards of new centipede grass. There were a few places the new grass failed to take and was dead. GreenBiz workers returned, removed the dead grass, and placed fresh grass down. I watered it, then they cleaned up the area and checked to see if all was good. My wife was happy with their work, and we thanked them as they got ready to depart
