Teresa Faye: Goodwill is a great concept thrift store, used and sometimes new items are donated and sold back to the public. The local stores are clean and for the most part organized. Customer service is hit and miss. Services provided is adequate but could be improved. Prices have increased and some items are over priced causing a slight head turn when you look at posted items or pick up individual items that are marked. I hear a lot of comparison to Department stores, other retail stores , and Goodwill prices. Complaints are Goodwill prices can sometimes reflect more than what you may pay at some of the other retail stores, Due to these stores offer sale and clearance items. You also now have to provide your own bags as well to put purchased merchandise in. When checking out you will also be asked if you want to round up your total amount to donate to their food bank. You don't have to do it it's just an option they give. It can sometimes feel like less of a bargain shopping experience when you shop here but If you shop consciously with the understanding that this is an actual thrift store and use your phone to Google items to make sure you not overpaying for used merchandise you should find good deals. With that said of the two locations in Fayettevile Cliffdale Rd Goodwill seems to provide a better selection of merchandise.There is a no return policy as well, so test your appliances and carefully inspect your merchandise.

Mmm Mmm, we don’t.”Seemed like 10 minutes from closing was the real reason - and I wasn’t looking for a receipt either way, so that blew me away.I had donated two other items for babies approximately 25 hours before at the same location. I had carried the stuff in personally and observed other stuff for babies that had also been dropped off.I’ve donated to goodwill every year of my adult life. I wore a ton of clothes and shoes from Goodwill when I was a child. I’m very surprised if I’m dropping off really good quality baby furniture that they don’t accept it.Very strange.

We’ve tried to donate our stuff here a few times and we are either entirely turned away before even looking at our boxes or are treated very poorly and offered no assistance. Just recently we tried to drop off boxes of things (nice and new things!) and they just completely turned us away. Not worth a trip in my opinion.

Linda King: Had some really nice donations and backed truck to unload. No assistance offered, couldn't get cart to help with multiple boxes.. Worst experience with goodwill anywhere.. apparently them don't need them....

Lori Resnick: Dropped off some items today - had to come to the back of the building which was fine - put my heavy bags and bins of objects next to what appeared to be other donations and was leaving and I am assuming an employee came out of the back of the building yelling at me to carry the items up the ramp to her. Needless to say she was rude and I did not cart my donations up the long ramp as she was screeching at me. I assume the very nice items left will be trashed. Next time I will provide my donations to another location. Oh and perhaps place a sign at the bottom of the ramp asking people to carry them up so they can choose if this is a possibility for them in the event they have children in the car or maybe a disability.

Rebecca Jeranek: As with Any Thrift or Goodwill trip it's a hit or miss, sometimes you find some good stuff sometimes you don't. Keep going though you'll be surprised what you may find 😊

Bridget Thor-Thompson: While things are somewhat organized sizes are not and you will do a lot of digging to find what you’re looking for especially with jeans. You often have to remove from hangers and rehang. Further, the bins are so overstuffed it’s difficult to see what’s in there. Finally, every time I go the line is very long and one register is opened. I prefer the one by Gillis Hill. This can be stressful and the lady in front of me in line said her anxiety kicks in when she visits this location, therefore she wouldn’t be returning.
