Ashley Davis: I spoke with Miss Trina to schedule my move-out cleaning with Miss Annette. I initially scheduled for 05/29, but due to a family emergency, I had to reschedule for 05/31. I was unable to provide a 24-hour notice, but Miss Trina was able to accommodate me without any penalties. I stopped by after work to look at my apartment one final time, and Miss Annette did an immaculate job!! I didn’t want to walk through the apartment and mess up her beautiful vacuum lines. I didn’t need to see the whole apartment because from what I could see by just walking in, she did an amazing, detailed clean. They gave me a quote and stuck to that price. I was moving out and usually do my own cleaning, but recently pulled my back and couldn’t get down to do any deep cleaning. This company saved the day. The 3 ladies that came worked so hard on my one bedroom apartment for 3 hours. Very highly recommend.

She mopped with a small amount of ammonia (to kill bacteria) and water. Then, steam cleaned with Dawn, vinegar, and distilled water. Lastly, she made the floor shine by hand with window cleaner with no ammonia. It was amazing and only took 1 hour exactly! I definitely recommend her for any cleaning job.

Julia Kobiska: Extremely disappointed with the service of this cleaning company. Friendly owner and office staff which is what got them the 2 stars instead of 1. But the most important aspect - the quality of the cleaning service left much to be desired.Contracted with them for a bi-monthly cleaning for my 2500 sq ft home for $195/cleaning. Vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, counter tops, etc. No deep cleaning. No sheets/laundry, etc. I am the only person in my house so it remains fairly tidy which should mean it is an easy cleaning job. After the first cleaning I identified several items which were not cleaned well. They offered to come back out to redo the cleaning. I declined and just asked that a better job be done two weeks later. Two weeks later, the completed job was even worse, with the few items I previously noted not cleaned any better, plus some other issues. They again offered to come back out and redo it. For personal reasons, I again declined but asked that the owner or manager come to my house to discuss the areas I thought were lacking.The owner came out the next day and I showed her 6 different areas of concern. Dressing table mirror not cleaned, glass shower door, hair left on rugs, coffee grounds left on cabinet near coffee pot, salt on kitchen table (had obviously not even been wiped down) and most importantly to me, my hardwood floors were not cleaned properly leaving sticky spots in my kitchen, etc. The owner agreed that it was not a good cleaning job and said they would come back out and re-do it. I declined as I was going out of town and didn’t want to leave my alarm unarmed in order for them to gain entry. I simply asked once again that they do a more thorough job on the next scheduled cleaning with special attention to the noted areas.My third cleaning with them was almost as poor as the previous two and multiple items that I had pointed out to the owner remained uncleaned including my kitchen floor. I called yesterday to cancel my service with them and was once again offered to have them come back out. I asked the gal on the phone what she thought that would accomplish comsidering that they couldn’t get things right on the first three attempts even though the trouble spots had been identified to the owner directly. She didn’t have an answer and just replied “I’m sorry.” While I appreciate the apology, it doesn’t give me my nearly $600 back nor does it give me a properly cleaned house.Bottom line, I don’t recommend hiring this cleaning service.

Johnny Frambo: I used their services today. I'm not a dirty person at all just don't have the time I would like to dedicate to cleaning on the move out. They quoted me a price originally I thought a little pricey as I have never used a cleaning service before. I had some stains in my carpet that have been there for months after walking through after I left for about 4 hours for them to clean I came back and was undoubtedly and pleasantly surprised with the quality of service they performed. If I have the need for a cleaning service I will use Class A again.
Jenn Batchelor: Thanks to Class A Cleaning, I got 100% of my security deposit back from a property management company with a reputation for charging its renters when they move out. Anna came out ahead of time to give me an accurate quote so there weren't any surprises on cleaning day. The cleaners showed up on time and worked hard for nearly 6 hours straight. They were polite, friendly and made the house look like new. If you're looking for quality work, I'd recommend Class A Cleaning.

They answer the phone or return your call, show up when they say, and do exactly what they say they are going to do. That is the trifecta of any business. My home is cleaner than it has ever been. Top to bottom, nothing missed. Fans, fridge, floors, you name it all 4648 square feet, carpet, tile, wood floors, two kitchens, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, too many windows, endless cabinets, etc. My two regrets are that I cannot take them with me and I didn't find them sooner. Amazing people and work ethic.

dee nixon: I hired this company because I was on a tight timeline to move out and wanted to pass my landlords inspection on the first go-round. I hired Molley Maid at a cost of $320.00 to for 450 square feet. I even did an initial once over cleaning myself before they arrived to ensure it wasn't disgusting.Initially, (after the hour they were here for concluded I thought that the team of 3 did a good job and they departed. I have tipped them 11 dollars each. But after walking around the small apartment I started to notice that this was absolutely terrible.The area throw rugs still had dirt and sand in the crevices. I the unit has two vacuums that were not hidden that they could have used. The window had not been cleaned on either the inside or the outside. The window seals still had a think layer of dirt and pollen.The crew also informed me that is was not their job to move furniture out of the way to clean underneath... which is basically where most of the dust accumulates. The furniture here is lightweight and very easy to slide out of the way.... ridiculous.There are still cobwebs on the window screens.The Toaster over was still covered in burnt crumbs.The stairs leading up to the apartment in addition to the landing still had dead pine needles, leaves and cobwebs.Absolutely not worth the money. If you are in the market for a thorough apartment cleaning and in a rush to get it done, this is not who you want to hire.The woman were very nice, yes. But being nice isnt what I hired them for.
