Cheguei por volta das 23:00 e como paguei a estadia de uma noite em dinheiro, a garota da recepção me disse que eu precisaria deixar uma reserva de US$ 50,00 que seria devolvido no check-out. Informei a ela que eu sairia do hotel as 5 horas da manhã e perguntei se haveria alguém para me devolver o dinheiro. Ela me disse que não. Me orientou a ligar para um número, para que alguém viesse me atender e devolver meu dinheiro ! Liguei várias vezes e ninguém atendeu. Tive que sair do hotel sem meu dinheiro. Com isso perdi meu dinheiro e aumentei minha lista de hotéis a nunca mais ser visitado no futuro.

CJ Write: Just what we needed! Super clear modest hotel. Well lit parking lot with space for 4-door work trucks and vans. Room had 5-bar free wifi and plenty of lights. Curtains on windows were black out. Bathroom had three switches; sink, shower and fan. Left shower light on for walking safety. Met at front desk by lovely friendly woman who allowed early check in. Gave advice to attend local Dogwood Festival to stretch our legs. Fun safe event! Great job Lafayette police department. Room road traffic noise was zero but other room chatter was four; but it’s a hotel?!? They probably heard us laughing too. We loved our stay.

S R: Room/downstairs area were clean, nice staff, but traveling solo and being female I was surprised that during a certain time period there would be no one downstairs. The outside doors would be locked and you could use your key for entry, but I still would feel more secure knowing staff was at the desk 24/7. Im surprised how low the cost is to stay here—it was honestly cleaner than some $200+ hotels I’ve stayed at. The beds and linens were comfy. My room had a fridge. The room my friend booked had a nice little kitchenette. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pamela John: Rooms: Homeless peeps all around the property and neighborhood. Just beware of your surroundings, as I didn't feel safe. The people banging their squeaky bed above us was really loud first a loooong time. Even though service said coffee at 6am, nobody showed up at front desk til after we left at 8am. Smelly pillows and cheap, pilled sheets. Not my idea of comfort first the price!

After going to three different hotels all too dirty to stay at thank God we finally found Mt. Rose. This is the only place I will stay when visiting Fayetteville.

Aye ye: We wanted to stay here overnight from our trip from fl to nyc, we arrived here very tired around 11 pm and asked if we could see the rooms first as some of the previous reviews mentioned roaches, well this is when the lady at the front desk started to act as if I disrespected her mom. She started saying i was disrespectful and I offended her and i should just look at all the reviews and her hotel was very good and I should just leave if I was going to disrespect her like this. I did not want to start a discussion with this lady and just left, as I was walking to my car the lady locked the hotel door after me and stood in front of the door until I left.

Sponge Bob: We spent an overnight in the Deluxe Inn Fayetteville. It seemed like a nicely remodeled motel. Our room was nice with flooring and newer somewhat modern furniture. There was a refrigerator with an actual freezer, and a microwave oven. The TV was a decent size, and had a good amount of channels.The heat/ac unit didn't work the best and was difficult to regulate. We had a couch and table as well. The room also had the smell of a cleaner when we arrived. The room at least smelled clean. But it looked the part also.The bathroom had the outside sink, with the shower and toilet in their own room. It had a nice shower with soft water. It had a water saver shower head which means not a lot of water or pressure.The tub did kind of make you feel like you might slip and fall, so care had to be taken. A bath mat or such might help. The tub sides were kind of high which makes stepping in and out more difficult for some folks.The bed seemed somewhat firm and soft at the same time. So I guess it’s in the middle. It was firm enough for us, but not too soft. We slept okay, but not as good as some places we’ve stayed recently. But to be fair, we slept fairly decent. And also much better than some places we’ve also stayed recently. The motel was quiet and with the constant back ground noise from the fan sound from the heat/ac unit. It was pretty quiet.There was no breakfast included in the price. So you have to make your own arrangements. Although there are some places close by. Burger King is next door. But you cannot get breakfast before 8am, unless you get in your car and drive thru. We went elsewhere since we had to get in our vehicle.The motel is also close to I-95. So it's easy to find, or get on the highway in the morning. We found this motel quite nice for its price point. I tend to look at what a motel gives you in a price point, rather than what it doesn't give you. As such, I found the Deluxe Inn to be a decent place for an overnight. If I was in need of lodging again in Fayetteville, I would definitely consider the Deluxe Inn again.

Shannon Barnes: I wouldn't recommend this place to NO ONE! The lady at the front office is just horrible and rude for no reason. No tv, wifi didn't work, no towels or toilet paper... paid $80 and went to get a refund after 2-3mins (long enough to step in the room and back out) and was refused a refund. The hotel is run down and the staff is even worse... Just keep driving anywhere is better then there.. only gave it a star so I could post btw.

O O: Nearby activities: Super owner and his wife caring people but we drove a long way to get here and turned away by a white woman who said no rooms available . It was just after 10 am there were multiple rooms empty . She told us all to come back after the owner got back later that day. She then said she was a maid there and went back to smoking something and laughing with a rough looking gentlemen.As l said l have talked with the owner before we made plans to come to this hotel super nice man . I'm so surprised he had her even on the property period, she was very rude the woman would never work for me PERIOD . We all left l wish him luck this year he is not the problem maybe she is the one who posted the bad photos here of the wires . I found out around town she bad mouthed him alot and other folks had problems with her Both the men who worked at there are very professional and protect his property. Sandra Stump: I came out for a job. I stayed at the regency. It was terrible. The outlets didn't half work. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was rude. The owner should not have this motel open. .He has no good solid staff. He wants people to work in exchange for the room. He does not coletely stock the room. No telephone. Old school tekevision.. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

T T: My family and I stayed here one night and for the amount of money we paid the amenities were outdated and not worth the price. I am not sure if this is the standard but if it is it needs to change asap. Most military bases have at least one or two nice updated and modern hotels that family members can utilize while feeling safe and comfortable while visiting their families or if you just want a break. When we arrived to check in we drove to this location around 5pm nobody was at the front desk so we had to call the number listed only to be informed we had to drive to moon hall to check in and get our keys after a long day of driving this can be upsetting and tiring despite it being a 5/7 minute drive apart and this information not being listed anywhere in the email. The public should be aware of this information if IHG does not want to assign a employee at this site full time I could have just checked into moon hall and did all the transactions in one location. This location has no elevator so if you end on any floor beside the first floor good luck. My elderly parents were forced to walk up 12 flight of steep stairwells each time we wanted to leave the room because it was no availability on the second floor and during the entire stay I was nervous and assisted them while moving up and down the stairwell but thankfully we only stayed here one night. The breakfast was bare and located in a small area in the back of the hotel with limited options and left a lot to be desired again for the amount we paid we could have ate better at a local Waffle House or even ihop. The rooms were small and dated and while it looked clean it still did not give the updated and modern feel it should have for 140 dollars a night for a hotel on base. This location is really tucked away from alot of the basics so if you need to be close near a shopette or mini mall on base this is not the location for you. The next time my family and I visit we will stay in moon hall the closer proximity to basic amenities and a elevator really make a different when traveling to unfamiliar locations. This hotel should be your last option on post and not your first one because I never saw one hotel employee while staying here until we were about to check out before eating breakfast but even then she wasn’t clearly identified because she was wearing a hoodie over her head and on the phone having a personal conversation while also watching folks eat breakfast and then restocking items again this space is really small for it to host breakfast and this was a little weird and not good public relations if your visiting this site for the first time. Fort Liberty is known to be the flag ship of the army culture if they want to keep this distinction they need a nicer hotel on this post or at least a remolded hotel. Maybe they should consult with fort Gordon or fort Jackson because they have at least one nice ihg hotel on their bases that are fairly new and at least updated. My family and I won’t be back to this location but thank goodness we were only in town for less than 24 hours. Either the price point for these rooms need to stay below a certain price point or a massive renovation needs to take place so the price being charge is worth the price. It was also a little unsettling not to see any employees at this site what happens if you need assist with something? Or better yet you have some special accommodations again please be careful if you book here.This review is 100 percent accurate and my family and I did stay stay at this location while the response from the hotel below may suggest otherwise. My dad is a retired Army Veteran that was stationed at Bragg and I am currently still serving and spent plenty of time at this base growing up but this was our first time staying at this location. I don’t have to go above and beyond to reveal my identity just to review a location and let people be aware of what we encountered. As I said again when we return we will give moon hall a chance and look forward to better hospitality.
