Karria Henry: My stay here was abruptly ended due to a staff member who told me and my husband that they had an larger party coming and they couldn’t honor our reservation! The front desk guy was very very rude about the situation and he failed to give me the correct number for corporate so I took it upon myself to call guest services to explain what they were doing to me and my family! I paid for a week and needed another week before my home becomes available for my family to move in! What I didn’t understand was how could my reservation not be honored when it was made two days prior to having to pay for another week! The guy was light skinned with dreaded hair no name tag was present at the time of my entire stay so I don’t know what his name was but he was very much unprofessional and disrespectful and he said he could help with getting another reservation at another WoodSpring but failed to do so! Instead he called or sent out an email to the other location’s giving my name and my husband’s names saying we’re on the do not rent list! Which was all done out of spite of me trying to get further information on why my reservation was not being honored! He lied and stated that I was giving him a hard time and more bad thing’s which is all an lie! I’m a very polite woman who respects all even in this unfair situation I still kept my composer and my class bc I didn’t see the reason of getting out of character bc of what happened! Even tho I probably had every right too I just don’t see an real point in that ! I truly regret staying there and paying 500 plus a week! I was never late on payments nor did I violate any policy’s! This hotel experience alone was one I would never forget and I hope the guy gets what he deserves for everything he’s caused against my family! I’m assuming that my call and complaints to the guest services was what pushed this guy to do all these things against my family! I am a mother of 5 and at the time the hotel had the amenities that suited my family best ! The stove and full refrigerator was the only thing I liked about that hotel ! They had roaches really bad and they charged for every little thing such as if your room keys are lost you would have to pay 25$ for another one they charged to clean the towels they offered as well! My overall experience was nothing I would ever want to relieve again ! Please take heed they are ran by an independent owner meaning they don’t have to have reasons for why they deny your reservation or stay! I wish it was something I could’ve done to alleviate my stress and anxiety from getting this unfair treatment ! My words of advice for anyone coming into town take caution when your choosing hotel’s here in Fayetteville the employees seem to have an issue with certain guest & an attitude of entitlement due to their job position! God bless and good luck to anyone who’s looking for a good hotel Fayetteville’s selection choice is few far and in between! Its horrible and the location’s are in bad areas!

Michele Runge (KITTY): Staff is awesome. Been here for awhile with no issues. The Manager Mrs. Jones is very courteous and helpful. Front desk clerk is helpful and very courteous as well. Close to downtown Fayetteville and close to Ft. Bragg. Close to shopping, restaurants, walking trails and park! Clean rooms and are very cautious with Covid issues. Love the place!

Alex Fuentes: A buddy and I booked a room here on a whim while on a road trip, and I'm glad that we ran into this place! The suite and facilities were nicely kept, the general manager was very friendly and accommodating, and it had to be one of the most affordable rates I have ever come across that wasn't at a sketchy budget motel, or in a rougher part of town. I highly recommend if you're just making your way through the area, or especially if you're looking for a good place to stay long-term.

Was slightly skeptical at first but this hotel has exceeded every expectation I had.Location is great, no loitering of random sketchy people who might make you feel uncomfortable. Rooms are huge. Kitchen was a bit older but just fine. Parking was somewhat limited due to the contractor's trucks but okay. Bring bottled water to use for cooking!!! Bobby Sampson Jr.: Brad was great with his customer service! I 100% recommend this place next time you visit Fayetteville, NC. For what you pay for, you get a lot of amenities compared to other hotels. My room was big and spacious like an apartment. It's different rates for daily, weekly, and monthly. If you're looking to move up to NC and need a place to stay while you find a home It's only $68 daily. The place was super clean from the court yard to bedroom. Nice couches, oven, plenty of the basic dishes to utilize for cooking. Affordable Suites is nearby the main big brand stores and entertainment. Like the AMC theater, Walmart is around the corner, the mall is across the street, and other restaurants/fast food like chipotle, crackle barrel, etc is near by as well. I loved my stay at Affordable Suites!Rooms: Has oven, spoons, forks, plates, cups, and dish cleaning materials. A counter top with a TV in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom separates the room to have it spacious and not cramped for 600+ something sqft.Walkability: Walmart is close. Movie theater is nearby.

Ms. Swain: Very clean & fresh...all extra pillows & blankets were already available in the room in sealed bags. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't complain about my stay even if I wanted to. Keep up the GREAT work & extraordinary customer service. Upon checking in, the night of my arrival, everything went so smoothly, and the rep. whom helped me at the time of checking in was very sweet, cordial, and made sure we had everything we needed. A+ on Customer Service.

The only draw back to this stay was that we had no access to the pool which was a bummer. Tori W: My family was supposed to stop at this Hilton during a roadtrip. I was advised against traveling by my OB as I am in my third trimester and the risks for complications are increased. I called re: the cancelation policy. I spoke with someone who was not exactly the picture of great customer service. I explained my situation and got push back. I said I would call back in hopes to speak with someone else. I tried to call back that day and again the following morning and got a disconnect ring back. For almost 2 days, I was unable to connect with anyone at the hotel. It was only through Hilton customer service that I was able to be connected to the hotel. For a week straight, I have waited for a call from the charge posting manager. Every time I have called she is either not at work yet or off. No one at this location seems willing to help resolve issues. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Yeah Her: If you’re fond off poor service, and a dated hotel, this is the place for you! I can’t say that everyone was bad but if you’re exhausted from traveling and you’re looking to get checked in quickly, there is a bit of a risk involved! Be sure to bring charger blocks because there’s no usb port in your room. Hotel was clean but in need of renovation. Elevator smelled of urine. Luggage carts are tiny, considering how it’s an extended stay hotel, doesn’t make much sense. Was awakened early the first morning by housekeeper who claimed we were marked for checkout despite having a reservation for two nights! Overall, I wouldn’t stay again! Despite being a diamond member there was no perks or acknowledgment whatsoever.

Definitely dissatisfied. Wouldn’t recommend if u are coming in from out of town with any credit union or local financial institution that isn’t 24hr service or able to assist u in different transfer options available to u.

Shane Hill: My only reason for 4 stars is because the keys are incredibly temperamental. It took multiple attempts on a side entrance with one key, unlocked right away with the other key. Tried again later, both keys decided not to play nicely on the side entrance and my room. They’re so finicky that a front desk clerk offers the fun fact during check in. The hotel as a whole is great otherwise; love the spacious room and storage options (so many shelves!), hotel is very clean and safe, staff is courteous and friendly.

Judi Layland: Run! If you value your life, stay somewhere else. Walls were stained with a brown matter in the bathroom. Toilet paper was in a different room, sheets were stained but it looked like pen ink and not bodily fluids. A drug dealer showed up outside around midnight and announced at the top of his lungs that he had “all the drugs!”. We did not have any bed bug bites so there is that. Worst motel room I have ever encountered.

Christopher Simmons: Dewayne and Shakira were wonderful great customer service.That GM you guys have is going to cost you guys some money. I was going to sew but I opted not to because I like Dewayne and Shakira. The GM talks to you anyway she wants and when you ask her about the extra charges she doesn’t want to hear you out. I would pay my monthly fee of 1654 dollars and she would knock on my door and says don’t listen the date the computer the receipt gave me, and charge me an extra 400, because a month is only 28 days or some lie like that. No my receipt shows the 1st to the next 1st. I have good lawyers and plentiful evidence. So thank your employees for their kindness. She would say you can pay or leave I say my receipt says I’m not due but I would pay anyway because I don’t have anywhere to go no family here I’m a veteran. Also I stayed three months and smashed over 100 roaches, no kidding. Best wishes Dewayne and Shakira working for that mean disrespectful lady.
