Gary Alston: Had a pleasure of working with a pleasant young lady here she went above and beyond helping me and made sure I felt very comfortable. She truly was a lovely lady I believe her name was “Cindy” Kudos
S S: Absolutely deserves all the bad reviews. I went here to get some labwork done. They ran into an issue where they couldn't find the exact match to the doctor's lab order in their system. It was there, just under a different name that no one else uses. I herd them whispering to each other for a few moments trying to figure out what to do and which order to place. So instead of calling someone for clarification or looking into their system or any other competent thing a reasonable person would do, they decided the best course of action was to just NO SEND THE LAB AT ALL. I found out about it 5 days later when everything else came back but that particular one wasn't even sent.

Logie Marie: Worst labcorp! Waited 45 mins to get a drug screening and the entire time it was all just giggling and laughing between the so called “doctors” while the waiting room is PACKED and no one was being called back. After waiting 45 mins and I finally get called back, the doctor doesn’t say a word to me until we get to the room and starts profusely giving me attitude about having a physical ID, when nothing was said prior to checking in, and they allowed me to check in using a photo of my ID. Giving me attitude saying “you don’t have an ID?” and shaking your head at me. BFFR !!
Robert Grimes: I wouldn’t come here for drug screening. The drug screening is 2-4, which by the way is NOT listed anywhere, and even if you make an appointment they say you made an appointment for something else.I made an appointment for drug screening and the lady at the front desk said “no you have appointment for blood work” when I have the confirmation showing it was for drug screening and even showed it to her.I don’t understand how the staff is always so rude here.
Tiffany: Listen to the reviews and avoid this place if possible.I went in for employment drug testing. I called to check up on my sample. Turns out, the sample spilled in transit. I'm assuming since they threw out the sample, it wasn't contained in a biohazard bag.I was expecting results back in 3-5 days now I have to start the process all over. The inconvenience of going back is infuriating. The staff isn't helpful, the place is poorly run, and corporate reviews are worse than this place. So take the gamble if you dare!
Deborah Burke: This has been the 4th week that my husband has been going to get blood work done for Duke and it has been a nightmare. They can't get it right which means we have to drive to Duke every week now. Someone needs to investigate this office and make improvements

nick owen: This is the norm at this location. I use labcorp because my Drs require regular lab work (multiple times a month) Staff is typically friendly when they are available, but as shown in the pictures they typically only have maybe 2-3 staff/technicians working at any given point in the morning. Check in process is streamlined with computers but you lose the ability to discuss what labs you are receiving. More than once (regularly in fact) orders are dropped or forgotten. The staff who do show up work very hard there’s no denying that but they need more than they have!!!!

Andrea Silva: Extremely slow!!!!! Receptionist was rude & staff is clearly in no rush! People were walking out due to how long they had to wait. Keep in mind I waited 2.5 hours in the waiting room just for a urinalysis.

Darlene: I highly recommend this location. (2149 Valley Gate Drive, Fayetteville, NC) Marinela and Frankie were sooo kind and they both went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful!!! I will definitely come back here whenever I need more blood work.
M H: I have had to come in a couple of times with my children.BUT....my son hates bloodwork. He had a horrible experience as a younger child. He looks at blood work like an "alien probe"- he works himself up. We came in this morning and the two ladies that always help us are the BEST!!! So kind, sweet and patient. He did great today thanks to them !

Jc Joe: Long waitingI have made an appointment online for 8:30am this morning. I arrived before 8:00am and checked in online at 8:00am. Soon I received a notice, the online checkin has been received and let me wait for the technician's call. I waited for 30 minutes and heard nothing. 10:30am, exactly two hours after my appointment time, I received a text and said "You Labcorp technician is ready to see you. Please proceed to the Labcorp check-in area and your name will be called shortly." It would be nice to let me know in front if you couldn't see me on time. That would avoid wasting 2 hours of my time without doing anything.

Jessie Bright: Lab techs themselves were very kind, but this place is not prepared for pediatric patients AT ALL. Lab technician told us that they normally needed two or three people to hold down peds patients arms; because of a prior incident, parents weren't allowed to do it... but despite us having an appointment, there were no extra techs to help her.The bathrooms were not clean, and had no changing table. Urinalysis for young children is not available unless your untrained child just happens to go to the bathroom while you sit on the floor of the nasty bathroom holding a cup.Overall, nice and kind staff.... But poor preparation and many oversights for young patients higher up the food chain.

Well if you are running behind then you work through lunch to accommodate all of the people who have been waiting. Also they are telling anyone else who comes in that they need to leave and come later or go elsewhere ! When they say I’ve been fasting or do I need to fast the answer is I DONT KNOW. UNACCEPTABLE! Need someone else working here that cares. After Waiting 90 minutes no one can sign my paperwork yeah avoid this place at all cost
Sam Underwood: Facility could be cleaner however, Frankie is absolutely hands down the best lab tech I have had. From her cheerful personality to the stick of the needle, she is the best at what she does. Well worth driving the extra miles to have labs done here.

Liane LeFavor: My appointment was at 8:30 and I was out of the door by 8:46. The front desk employees are very friendly and professional, and my technician who took my blood did a great job, and I had minimal pain. I’m pretty sure her name was Mariam. It was a very quick and stress free experience.

As soon as I hit submit, I was called back for blood. I typically have a difficult time getting my blood drawn because my veins are difficult. The guy working there got it first time. Pulled blood. Finished up and sent me on my way! Wow!
Leslie Lee: I've been using this site to get all of my labwork done now for 11 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Paul is both friendly and professional and since I have to get labwork done every three months he even knows me by name! Even the office is clean and inviting too 90% of the time there is little to no wait time and when there is U know Paul will do his very best to move his patients along (without rushing them) so it's worth the wait I've even heard him work with a scared young child and he did so in a caring and reassuring way that calmed the child's nerves I recommend this site to all of my friends and will continue to do so U r lucky to have such a competent and professional employee and I hope he is compensated in a way that reflects those qualities
Kelly: I stopped by at 2pm to see if my insurances would cover the cost of my pre-op labs. The one male staff member ran Tricare Prime first and then my NC Medicaid. Everything looked covered although he didn't clearly state anything. He immediately drew blood and I filled my urine sample. I was out in less than 10 minutes, it was super quick. Reading the other reviews, I hope they don't try to bill me later since they didn't state a patient responsibility cost. 🙄🤞🏼

Crystal Gary: I would rate ZERO but it is not an option. This place is in need of a LEAN project. The amount of time that patients have to wait is absolutely ridiculous. When people come in for a urinalysis, or urine drug screen they have to do what is right and be ready by drinking plenty of water so that the specimen can be collected. When they have to sit and wait 2 hours, to go to the bathroom that is not okay.Someone should really consider taking a good look about what needs to be done to get this clinic/lab running with more proficiency. Seek more help, analyze and review wait times vs processing times, something!I pray I never have to come here again!
John Bleazey: You couldn’t tell me if my lab order was covered by my physician during my visit and then sent me a bill for $385 a week latter. I just pulled up what I would pay if I had booked the visit myself at your location through a third party online service (where the third party makes money as well) and it was $145. Your pricing should be up front. Hopefully tricare will cover this (probably at a tenth of what you billed me.) I am shocked at how much people without medical insurance are overcharged buy businesses like you.
